The purpose of this study is to analyze the facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities applying the seven principles of the universal design. The facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities were limited to the provisions of the 「Enforcement Regulation of the Elderly Welfare Act」. There are few legal regulations applying the universal design in the construction of the elderly welfare facilities. The facility standards are set only with the minimum requirements such as securing the safety of the user, securing the space area, functional convenience, and risk prevention. However, the contents of the regulations are limited to the minimum standards for functional convenience and safety required for living. In conclusion, in the elderly welfare facilities, the notion of universal design, which considers not only the elderly, but also service providers, employees, and general visitors, should be considered.

This study aims to present a direction for the efficient TV commercial marketing strategy at the market by analyzing the relationship between technology and the smart-phones’ TV commercial especially ‘iPhone series’ and ‘galaxy S series’. As the results of the factor analysis of the hardwares, slogans and TV commercial for the target smart-phones, TV commercial is the way of the expression for the technology through the meaning of the value. And the meaning of value is defined by reclassifying the expression technique of each scene of TV commercial into nouns and adjectives. Setting a slogan is very important because it is making memorable motto or phrase for the consumer and it decide the image of the product. So the correct configuration of the slogan is a keystone that is important for creating a TV commercial and has a profound impact on product image formation.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate financial models that can predict corporate bankruptcy with diverse studies on evaluation models. The study uses discriminant analysis, logistic model, decision tree, neural networks as analyses tools with 18 input variables as major financial factors. The study found meaningful variables such as current ratio, return on investment, ordinary income to total assets, total debt turn over rate, interest expenses to sales, net working capital to total assets and it also found that prediction performance of suggested method is a bit low compared to that in literature review. It is because the studies in the past uses the data set on the listed companies or companies audited from outside. And this study uses data on the companies whose credibility is not verified enough. Another finding is that models based on decision tree analysis and discriminant analysis showed the highest performance among many bankruptcy forecasting models.

The purpose of this study is to identify the current situation of bicycle rental center in Seoul through big data analysis and to find ways to improve it. For this purpose, we analyzed the open data set provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the typical data which is the citizen opinion of the customer center of the Seoul City bicycle. As the result, it was found that it is better to install a bicycle rental shop in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

Robot refers to machines that recognize the external environment and assess the given situations in order to operate autonomously by imitating the manner in which humans behave. Although Korea still lacks global competitiveness, Korea, as the 4thranked robot manufacturing country in the world, is currently expanding the domains of robots from application in manufacturing to application in service provision. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the factors for the success in entry into the cooperation robot market among various robotic markets in accordance with the literary research method in consideration for the importance of robot industry that could determine the future national competitiveness. The result of the analysis of the factors for the success in entry into the cooperation robot market, shows that factors including analysis of the trends in manufacturing robot market, strategy for benchmarking of the leading cooperation robot companies, activation of small and medium enterprise-centered cooperation robotic industry, excavation of demands for cooperation robots with focus on automobile, semiconductor and IT industries, utilization of the opportunities provided by government’s robotic industry policies and standardization of cooperation robot components, etc. determine whether one will succeed in the market or not. Furthermore, it is believed that fortification of competitiveness of the manufacturing sector through the powerful policy support for the robotic industry at government level and policies on cultivation of new growth engine through specialization of the robotic areas closely related to daily life must be implemented concurrently because it is forecasted that competitiveness in robotics technology will become the criterion for national competitiveness in the future.

This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.
