In recent years, RFID technology has been widely appliedto the logistics system in foreign tobacco industry, and leading the information revolution within the industry, and it is imperative to use the RFID technology to design and develop the advanced tobacco materials storage management system, so we take theGuizhou Province tobacco companies as an example to design a inventory management system of tobacco materials during tobacco production using the RFID technology in this paper, in order to provide guidance and reference for the relevant sector decisions. Based on analyzing the demand of the warehouse management system of tobacco materials, we proposed the processes of tobacco materials inventory management based on RFID technology including management of basic information, entering-warehouse management of tobacco materials, inventory management and out-of-warehouse management of tobacco materials. Finally, the structure of tobacco materials warehouse management system was proposed based on RFID technology including the main interface, basic data management module, tobacco materials storage operation management module, tobacco materials inventory operations management module and tobacco goods out of library operations management module.

The purpose of this paper is to show that NPOs’social capital affects the knowledge sharing and the work performance of public web portals. Accumulated social capitial influence collaboration in government projects. Building of social capital as an asset for network, trust, participation etc, effectively enhances the collaboration of government web portals. A survey was conducted and data was collected from those NPOs participating in The CulturalWeb Portal. SEM data analysis indicated that resource network and common goal participation directly influenced knowledge sharing and work performance of public web portals. Especially, inter-organization knowledge sharing (IKS) indirectly impacted the relationship between social capitial elements and the work performance of NPOs. For NPOs to have trust in government policy efforts are required. This study provides an understanding of why social capital is essential for NPOs’ IKS and work performance through public web portals.

Under the situation of highly competition among downstream manufacturers, this research establishes two game models composed of one supplier and two manufacturers under the circumstance of price flexibility strategy and price commitment strategy offered by the supplier separately. The equilibrium and optimal expected profits of all supply chain members are obtained by using backward induction. Meanwhile, this research analyses the impact of price commitment strategy on the creativity of innovative manufacturers, profits of supply chain members and expected profits of whole supply chains by comparing the equilibrium and optimal expected profits under two different strategies. On the basis of preview study, a revenue sharing strategy is designed, and it is verified that the compensation strategy can guarantee the supply chain members to achieve a win-win situation.

The objective of this paper is to explore critical factors affecting customers’ purchasing intention when shopping in a virtual world. Based on the SITEQUAL model, the technology acceptance model and the utilitarian and hedonic motivation theory, this study proposes an integrative model which explains customers’ purchasing intentions in an online shopping mall. And it tries to empirically verify the model by using survey data from Korean customers. In addition, the relative importance of site reputation and hedonic shopping enjoyment is examined as moderating variables between utilitarian site quality variables and customers’ purchasing intention.

Service workflow is the new solution to applications integration, which aims to use Web service as activity to make the business logic executable. It adopts abstract business process with complex control structures to describe interactive behaviors among e-commerce systems. In general, the new workflow should be verified before deploying it to running environment or even updating it into the workflow repository. To compare new workflow with selected workflows, the functional similarity is requested to compute the similarity degree which has been an important research in business process management. However, existing works focus on business process modeling and structural similarity computing, which lacks of the functional similarity computing that the application failure may be reoccurred due to incorrect temporal operations. In this paper, we concern on the functional similarity issue of service workflow in order to provide functions with newly-added values. The consistency verification is employed to check the functional similarity between service workflows. First, two workflows are selected as verification model and requirement model respectively. Then, it proposes automaton model to formalize behaviors and interactions of new workflow. Third, the verification property in the form of temporal logic is generated from requirement model, which is used to automatically check the functional consistency in a qualitative way. Fourth, the functional similarity degree is computed according to verification results for the quantitative evaluation. Furthermore, the functional similarity aggregation is introduced to workflow recommendation based on Pearson formula. Finally, the architecture of our method is discussed to guide engineering practices.

This paper considers two kinds of heterogeneous products and establishes the supplier’s and the manufacturer's dynamic game models under flexible price strategy and price commitment strategy respectively. The equilibrium solution and the optimal expected profits of supply chain members are obtained by using backward induction. By comparing the equilibrium solution under two different strategies, the impact of price commitment strategy provided by the manufacturer on the innovation, order quantity, and the wholesale price of the supplier is analyzed, and the impact of transmuting degrees of products and efficiency of innovation on price strategy is analyzed. Meanwhile, by comparing the supply chain members’ optimal expected profits under two different strategies, the impact of price commitment strategy provided by the manufacturer on the profits of manufacturer, supplier and the whole supply chain is analyzed. On this basis, a risk compensation strategy is designed, and it is verified that the compensation strategy can guarantee the supply chain members to achieve a win-win situation.

This study investigated the characteristics of Parkinson's disease patients' speech through difference of measured cepstral values of speech assignment (sustained vowel phonation, connected speech) between normal adults and patient's with Parkinson's disease in Korea. Subjects of the study were 17 males with Parkinson's disease and control group was 28 healthy male adults without cranial nerve damage or disorder. Speech was collected in sustained vowel phonation and connected speech respectively. The cepstral analysis was used to Analysis of Dysphonia in Speech and Voice (ADSV) Model 5109 of KayPENTAX Corp. Difference of measured value between the groups was confirmed with independent t-test. As the result of independent t-test, there was significant difference in CPP, L/H ratio and CSID of sustained vowel phonation between groups. In contrast, in connected speech, all the measured values have no significant difference between the two groups except CPP. Parkinson's disease patients had difference in speech characteristics depending on speech assignment (sustained vowel phonation, connected speech). Based on the results of this study, analysis on connected speech other than sustained vowel phonation is essentially required in order to precisely identify the speech characteristics Parkinson's disease patients.

Web services have been widely employed in E-commerce system. It is a flexible way to use third-party applications for complex business logics implementation, which supports data transparent transmission via public interfaces. However, the single service with a fixed function has limitations to the diversity and complexity of user requirements, especially the interoperability of applications interactions. To address the challenge, the capability of dynamic services composition aims to select services and assign them to business process. However, there are kinds of possible composition plans to satisfy requested functions. It is a great importance to evaluate these plans to guarantee the solution of services composition is correctness and acceptable. In this paper, it proposes a service process verification approach to probabilistic spanning tree for dynamic composition. First, the probabilistic spanning tree is introduced to describe services composition plans according to the interface operations decomposition of given service requirements. Second, the service process model is generated from probabilistic spanning tree based on different pruning strategies, where the formal verification is performed to check each solution against quantitative properties related to the functional and non-functional requirements. Our method is feasibility to dynamic services composition since the quantitative verification guarantees the performance of composition solution.

This study examined the usage intention for electronic e-Government procurement services among Public Institution Procurement Managers. The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model and the task–technology fit (TTF) model were combined to establish a study model. An hypothesis was formed and verified using SMART PLS. The results show that the UTAUT factors examined in this study effort expectance, social influence, and facilitating conditions influence usage intention. This study is significant in applying both the TTF and UTAUT models with strong explanatory power and identifying the characteristics of the tasks and technology that are required for the use of e-Procurement systems.
