With Fujian Province as object of study, panel data from 1980 to 2013 is selected in this paper. Besides, VAR model is established. Co-integration test, Granger causality, impulse response function and variance decomposition are used for quantitative analysis on correlation between real estate development, financial expenditure and economic growth in Fujian Province. The research results show that long-term stable balance among real estate development, financial expenditure and economic growth in Fujian Province. Real estate development and financial expenditure are the Granger factors driving the growth of economic growth. Financial expenditure is the Granger reason for real estate development’s development. On this basis, the author proposes some policies and recommendations for macroeconomic regulation and control in Fujian Province.
A Survey on Semantic Sensor Web: Sensor Ontology, Mapping and Query

Sensor Network has been widely used in all fields, and a large number of heterogeneous data is produced. In order to make these data shared and integrated semantically, semantic web technology is introduced in the sensor network. In this paper, we make a comprehensive survey about Semantic Sensor Web (SSW) from the perspective of ontology, mapping and query respectively. Firstly, we present state of the art of SSW from three aspects: ontologies before SSN ontology, SSN ontology and the extensions of SSN ontology, in which the extensions of SSN ontology are introduced emphatically. Secondly, we discuss the mapping from the stream data to ontology and focus on the comparison of the mapping languages in order to find out the best mapping method of SSW. Thirdly, we describe the research status of stream data query languages and analyze the characteristics, the application fields, the related researches and tools of the query languages in detail. Finally, the future research directions of SSW are proposed.
A Study on Cooperative System between Devices to Construct Internet of Things

Due to the development of the network, modules can control the home appliances by using the applications on smart devices and also monitor the condition of houses by using the built-in camera in smart devices. And, power control, physical control, natural ecosystem can be controlled on the smart device applications by using the network communications. The skills to do so are implemented to technologies. But since the smart appliances use different protocols, there has been a problem in a matter of product compatibility. In this paper, we design An XML schema on devices for collaboration between devices and implement the device manager, which defines the relationships to enable collaboration between devices. When the device’s relationship is redefined by the manager, we used the compact embedded system in Arduino and OpenWRT while designed and implemented the prototype system that enables collaboration between devices through an XML schema.

Aiming at the problem of multi echelon inventory management logistics network based on the concept, the automobile spare parts warehousing logistics as the breakthrough point, the supply chain inventory total profit as the objective function, the automobile spare parts supply chain inventory model is optimized, the multi echelon inventory management strategy, the strategy makes the enterprise inventory cost is reduced, the production efficiency is increased.
A ZigBee-based Aquiculture Water Quality Monitoring System

To overcome the issues of many monitoring measurement points, wide range, complex working environment and difficult link in aquaculture monitoring, a low-cost, low-power real-time ZigBee-based water quality monitoring system is presented. The system collects, transmits, displays, queries the water quality parameters (the temperature, dissolved oxygen concentration, pH value, and water level) and controls the increase oxygen machine. The low-power MSP430F149 and CC2530 RF chip are the core of the system which is constituted with the sensor nodes, routing nodes and coordination nodes. The time synchronization algorithm enables all nodes in the network sleep and wake up synchronously to ensure the reliability of data transmission and reduce power consumption. The test results illustrate that the network packet loss rate is 0.83% when the distance between the two nodes is 80 m, which meets the demands of aquiculture. The system runs stably, measures accurately and can automatically regulate the water quality, has certain market value and wide prospects of application.
IceBreaker : An Efficient Simulation Management Framework for Web-based Supercomputing Services

With the recent advent of microprocessors and networks, supercomputing system has been increasingly adopted as a general-purpose simulation environment for a broad spectrum of applications. In particular, the simulation environment has allowed theoretical and/or experimental research in various fields of computational science and to be free of time and spatial limits, and maximized the use of cyber-infrastructure for next generation problem solving. However, traditional supercomputing services have only been handled through a simple form of command-line based console, which leads to the critical decrement of accessibility and usability of heterogeneous computing assets. To address this problem, this paper describes the design and implementation of heterogeneous computing resources/jobs management framework, named IceBreaker, to enable any web-based supercomputing services. The proposed framework has essential functions including user authentication, data management, physical/virtual computing resource management, job management, etc. to provide efficient supercomputing service environments. The framework follows highly extensible modula design principle to manage different kinds of simulations efficiently and allow heterogeneous computing resources, for example, computing clusters, clouds, grids, to be easily integrated with our framework. We also present the detailed specification of standard web-based RESTful endpoints for 3rd-party developers to configure and build a variety of supercomputing service gateways. We hope the attempt presented in this paper will encourage more researchers to join us in designing highly efficient and cost-effective supercomputing service platform.

This paper uses the method of empirical data to draw a trend analysis on the current situation and investigate the effect of urbanization on the income gap between urban and rural areas based on the data in 29 provinces in China from 1995 to 2010 and feasible generalized least squares method. Current situation analysis shows that urbanization is the important factors that affect the income gap between urban and rural areas. In the different stages of economic and social development, urbanization has different effect on the income gap between urban and rural areas. Empirical estimates show that urbanization significantly promoted China’s income gap between urban and rural areas. For east, middle and west regions, the influence of urbanization on the local income gap also exists significant differences. Results show that different areas adjust measures to local conditions, and push the rural economic and social development through the urbanization is becoming an important approach to narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas of China.
Fractal Analysis of the Agricultural Products Prices Time Series

It is very necessary to research the fluctuation of agricultural products prices as well as the data character. In this paper, the wholesale price of agricultural product is considered. The monofractal analysis and multifractal analysis methods are introduced to study wholesale price. We select the appropriate algorithm to calculate the fractal characteristics of the celery wholesale price. Results show that the price is monofractal and multifractal. The methods of prediction and risk assessment based on fractal analysis are available for agricultural product price.
A Study on the Computation Model for the Product Service System Development

Today the manufacturing industries must transform their focus from the traditional physical products to the service embedded products, thus the industrial product service system design is very essential. The system should satisfy the demands of flexibility, open, and re-configurability of enterprises’ resources, model for service resource based on ontology was referred. The hierarchy-relation and properties of resource were described, and the property-oriented metadata structure of resource was constructed according to the resource description framework (RDF). And furthermore based on the knowledge ontology, the intrinsic of resource and the hierarchy relation of resource were described. Finally in protégé environment, the construction method of service resource bases was illustrated with an example.
