Recently, because mobile spatial information service is performed in the wireless environment, its application has been limited by disadvantages of mobile intelligent terminal. This paper constructs mobile space data optimization model in order to maximize the advantages of mobile spatial information service, studies deeply the mobile space service optimization method such as spatial data multi-scale representation, compression storage, index optimization and progressive transmission, and applies the mobile space data optimization model into the forest intelligent management system, which has improved the running efficiency, achieved good results.
Head Pose Estimation for Car Drivers

Advertising agencies have a growing interest in finding out if roadside advertisements have reached the target audiences. The drivers’ head position’ would enable us to determine if they have been looking at the billboards. Numerous researches were focusing on the drivers’ attention from inside their cars; however, some have tried to determine the interaction between the drivers and outside objects. In this paper, the proposed Head Pose Estimation (HPE) is able to detect drivers’ head motion/position and try to determine if they are looking at the billboard. This information is vital for the Advertising companies for the evaluation of the effectiveness of their advertisements.

Based on lots of survey and testing, the effect of multifunction wheeled skidder on the physical and chemical properties of trail soil of artificial mixed broadleaf-conifer forest was analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the bulk density of soil increases, the property of keeping water of soil decline, the porosity of soil decreases; the value of soil PH and organic matter. For the nutrient elements, the quantity of nitrogen and potassium increase, and the quantity of phosphorus decrease. The effect of multifunction wheeled skidder on the physical and chemical properties of soil is small when compared to J-50 tractor. The results of study can be used for correctly selecting skidding operation, operation equipment, and reducing the effect of skidding operations on forest soil. At the last, based on the ecological harvesting operation, the corresponding technologies of reducing the damage of soil for timber skidding were put forward.
Detecting High Obfuscation Plagiarism : Exploring Multi-Features Fusion via Machine Learning

Providing effective methods of identification of high-obfuscation plagiarism seeds presents a significant research problem in the field of plagiarism detection. The conventional methods of plagiarism detection are based on single type of features to capture plagiarism seeds. But for high-obfuscation plagiarism detection, these single type features are not sufficient for identifying the plagiarism seeds effectively because of the varied plagiarism methods used in high-obfuscation plagiarism. This paper presents a multi-features fusion method for the high-obfuscation plagiarism seeds identification. This method exploits Logical Regression model to integrate lexicon features, syntax features, semantics features and structure features which extracted from suspicious document and source document. A multi-feature fusion classifier based on Logical Regression model is proposed to decide whether a text fragment pair can be regarded as plagiarism seeds or not. Experimental results on the PAN@CLEF2013 summary-obfuscation corpus show that the fusion of different types of features produces more accurate results.
