서비스의료네트워크에서 중소병원의 협업성과 동인에 관한 연구

중심병원과 중소병원과의 협업적 관계에서는 시장 개척이나 기술과 자원 확보 등을 목적으로 하는 중소병원의 목적이 있는 반면에 중심병원은 의료기술 고도화와 종합적 의료기술 확보를 통한 높은 의료기술을 요하는 환자나 혹은 중증환자 확보에 중소병원과의 협력적 네트워크가 필요하다. 그런데 협력적 병원네트워크의 활성화를 위해서는 시장개척이나 기술 및 자원 확보와 같은 일반적인 기업간 협업 목적이 동인이 되질 못한다. 중소병원의 협업성과를 높여 중심병원과의 협업활동을 극대화하기 위해서는 중소병원과 중심병원 각각의 특성을 고려한 협력네트워크가 만들어져야 한다. 본 연구는 중심병원과 중소병원간의 협업적 관계 네트워크 구축에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 중심병원과 중소병원 사이에 의료교류범위, 경영교류범위 및 협업 통합수준을 협력구조의 구성요소로 정하고, 중소병원의 협력역량, 내부활동, 외부활동, 중심병원에 대한 의존성을 중소병원의 관계특성으로 하며, 중심병원의 호혜성, 개방성, 접점프로세스, 내부활동, 외부활동을 중심병원의 관계특성으로 하는 구조모형을 개발하였다. 제시된 연구모형을 가지고 구성원인 병원을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료를 얻었으며, 자료분석을 통해 연구모형의 타당성을 검증하였다. 아울러, 본 연구에서 제시된 연구가설을 검증하고, 결론과 시사점을 제시하였다.

Social network services (SNSs) provide measures for people to express their thoughts, feeling, and experiences through computer mediated communication. As SNSs rapidly grew, studies on what were the usage motivations were conducted in order to explain the acceptance of SNSs and SNSs use intentions. However, situations where people are rather stressed through SNSs are being developed and thus it is necessary to consider again what objectives people are pursing using SNSs. In this respect, this study considered SNSs users’self-disclosure as a mediating variable to empirically analyze causal relationships between SNSs usage motivation, privacy concern and subjective well-being using a structural equation model. Based on the results of the analysis, the SNSs usage motivation was mediated by self-disclosure to show positive causal relationships with privacy concern and subjective well-being.

This study examines social media diffusion among different countries that will help to provide a picture of the current global social network services (SNS).Analyzing country-level data drawn from 71 nations, we find that non-technological factors including cultureas well as technical factors including Internet penetration and smartphone adoptionhave a significant influence on social media diffusion. These findings, derived from a broad range of different countries, not only provide practical insights into understanding critical factors that enable a social media firm’ successful global expansion but also help practitioners to plan their market strategies more effectively.

Knowledge-based warfare is a war paradigm dominated by not only physical potentials but also the cognitive domains of the militaries. In this paradigm, the empowered edge of the organization by knowledge-based network plays a critical role in attaining the objective of warfare. In its command and control (C2) system, command is not the sole responsibility of any single individual but shared and distributed one. Also, control is not being in control but positively acting to create the conditions desired. In this context, I propose that agility would have a significant influence on war readiness in knowledgebased warfare, and that there are some causal relationships among the agility aspects. 10 hypotheses are presented for this model. The conceptual and empirical findings have significant implications for future research and practice in the business organizations as well as in the military.

The paper presents the technology trajectory of competitive wireless technologies in wireless industry using the Loglet Analysis tool which is a new forecasting tool in the technology diffusion field. We attempt to trace the trajectory of wireless technologies with historical data, and then analyze its pattern. As a preliminary result, we find that there exists network effect and substitution effect in the trajectory. Our result can provide insight to wireless service providers where best to focus its efforts for maximizing overall gain in their networks as well as when to establish the transition strategy towards the next generation wireless network technologies.

The proliferation of social network services affects individual’ lifestyle. Users get a lot of information through social network services. Accordingly, the social network services are useful tools, as means of promotion and marketing. In this research, we analyze the information exchange network using social network analysis in a specific-purpose trade show. That is, social features of interested parties (organizer, exhibitors and visitors) can be analyzed in information exchange network of the trade show. The aim of this research is that how the social network services influence the behavior of interested parties. We expected that the analysis can utilize the social features of interested parties to design better trade shows for promotion and be a role as an exploratory analysis for discovering a useful communication channel.

As people adopt applications for hand-held devices, mobile application stores are becoming more widely used in everyday life. For example, Apple’ application store, App Store, has over 350,000 applications, and achieved 10 billion downloads in January 2011. With so many apps to sort through, finding the right ones to download can be a painstaking task for consumers. In spite of such difficulties, the App Store has had overwhelming success, offering a much higher number of applications than competitors such as Android Market. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the dynamics of application discoverability and quantity of applications. Drawing on concepts from environmental psychology, the present study identifies the effects of application discoverability and quantity of applications on user satisfaction with mobile application stores. We also investigate the facilitating role of information technology (IT) artifacts (e.g., iTunes in App Store) for managing the conflicting goals of application discoverability and quantity of applications. Specifically, our research framework can be differentially determined by the degree of information specificity that application searchers have.

This paper illustrates a research which attempts to identify the nature of online brand community and the relationship between online brand community practice, online brand community commitment, and brand loyalty. We insist that online brand community practices are mutually influential with online brand community commitment and brand loyalty, focusing on Korean perspective. Triangle framework and foundational propositions are suggested and further researches are explained.

The gross domestic product (GDP) deflator, which was used in the recent paper by J. Park, S. K. Shin, and H.-H. Shin, “he intensity and externality effects of information technology investments on national productivity growth,”IEEE Trans. Eng. Manage., vol. 54, no. 4, November 2007, pp. 716-728, may not be appropriate for estimating real information technology (IT) investment because it does not reflect accurately the steep downward sloping price trend of IT. Moreover, the difference between the real IT investment by the GDP deflator and those by IT price index is increased as the time distance from a base year is increased. Using the real IT investment by the GDP deflator, there is a possibility of overestimating the effect of national IT capital on economic performance. The study should therefore have analyzed it using the real IT investment considering the steep downward sloping price trend of IT, or clearly included the assumption and limitations related to use of the GDP deflator in the paper.

세계적으로 신공공관리의 패러다임이 확산되면서 공공기관에 대한 경영평가는 새로운 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 국내 공공기관 경영평가는 1984 년 정부투자기관을 시작으로 현재의 공공기관 경영평가에 이르고 있다. 이에 따라 그 동안 경영평가 체계에 대한 많은 문제점의 지적과 함께 개선이 진행되어 왔으나 아직 이에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 2007 년 ‘공공기관 운영에 관한 법률’이 시행되면서 경영평가제도의 근본적인 변화가 이루어졌다. 즉, 말콤볼드리지 모델을 근간으로 하여 기존의 기능중심 평가체계가 아닌 프로세스 중심의 경영평가 지표체계를 개발하였다. 하지만, 이에 대한 검증연구가 체계적으로 이루어지지 못함으로 인해 지속적인 개선 노력에도 불구하고 경영평가 지표체계에 대한 의구심은 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 2008 년에 새롭게 개선된 경영평가 지표체계의 실효성을 검증하기 위한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 공공기관 경영평가의 각 평가 범주 간 평가결과에 관한 상관관계를 분석함으로써 평가 지표체계의 실효성을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2008 년도 경영평가 제도와 말콤볼드리지 모델을 고찰하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 연구 모형 및 가설을 설정하였다. 설정된 가설을 검증하기 위해 각 공공기관의 실제 2008 년 경영평가 데이터를 표본으로 하여 평가 범주 간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더십, 전략 범주와 경영효율화, 주요사업활동 범주는 유의한 상관관계를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. - 731 - 둘째, 경영효율화, 주요사업활동 범주와 경영효율성과, 고객만족성과 그리고, 주요사업성과 범주는 유의한 상관관계를 나타내지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 리더십, 전략 범주와 경영효율성과, 고객만족성과 그리고, 주요사업성과 범주는 유의한 상관관계를 나타내지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 리더십, 전략 범주와 경영효율화, 주요사업활동 범주만이 유의한 상관관계를 나타내고 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구는 지표체계의 실효성을 확인하고 향후 지표체계 개선의 방향설정에 새로운 시사점을 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

Successful e-learning requires understanding learners needs, paying attention to research-based learner-centered design principles, and building an electronic environment that provides timely feedback, rich information, meaningful conversations, and learning-by-doing. It is also essential to know the environment where they live in because the society is believed to be a great influential factor for a person’ behavior. For the success of e-learning, it is essential to evaluate the satisfaction of the e-learners. The main objective of this paper is to examine cultural differences in terms of student satisfaction in e-learning context from students of two universities, one from the Philippines and the other from South Korea. Learner dimension, instructor dimension, and technology dimension will be used to investigate their satisfaction. In addition, nationality will be used as moderator between the relationships of each dimension and learner satisfaction.
The Analysis of Competing Technologies in Wireless Industry: the Arthur’s Model

Competitive pressures are forcing wireless service providers to streamline their business and technology strategies to offer more and better services to their customers. Wireless operators around the world are in the process of modifying their networks to offer 3G services to subscribers. This paper presents the dynamics of competition in wireless technologies using the Arthur’ model, especially comparing two competing technologies; WCDMA and cdma2000. Our preliminary results show that the fundamental market instability (i.e., fluctuation) in the initial competition stage is gradually stabilized during the competition, and finally locked in the market after a certain period. In addition, we find that the market dominance affects on potential customers’technology choice, as rational expectations yield path dependency.

This study aims to investigate which motivation stimulates contributors in open knowledge sharing services. Integrating motivation for volunteering and open source development, first order factors for motivation are determined, and each impact on attitude to contribution and actual contribution is analyzed by surveying online contributors. The results verify the path from motivation to attitude and behavior in the online open knowledge sharing context. Moreover, the results imply that contributors tend to be affected more by intrinsic motivation than extrinsic motivation. This study proposes an integrated structure of the motivation, attitude, and behavior in the online context and uncovers the motivation of contributors of online open knowledge sharing services. Moreover, in the field of e-business, the results will guide web service developers and strategy managers to develop better open knowledge sharing services with more crowds and to encourage the crowds to become actual contributors.

Recently, many companies have started to manage and support CoPs formally at the organizational level because of strategic usability of CoP. These companies are also seeking ways to motivate CoP members to actively participate in their groups. Accordingly, this paper proposes one way of increasing CoP activities by rearranging CoP members. In practice, active CoP members often lead their groups. Therefore, rearranging members can, eventually, be one method to motivate more individuals to participate in CoP activities. This paper first suggests a new approach in order to improve knowledge sharing activities at the organizational level based on rearranging members of current CoPs. Second, a mathematical model is presented which maximizes total BLS (Balanced Level Score) of company A with several constraints. Then a real world problem is changed to a popular problem, VRP to solve this problem. Third, the solution program was developed to find a meaningful solution.

By adopting the theory of consumption values, this study introduces the concept of ‘erceived value’as a multi-dimensional construct which mediates the relationship between M-banking quality and M-banking attractiveness and usage. In this study, we developed a research model consisting of quality dimensions, perceived value structure (monetary value, functional value, emotional value and social value), and perceived attitude and use (attractiveness and usage). A questionnaire-based field survey was administered to M-banking users (n=273) in order to test and validate the research model, and the data were analyzed via a structural equation modeling technique. The remarkable advances in information technology (IT), particularly those with respect to the Internet, have fundamentally changed the way tourism-related information is distributed and the way people plan for and consume travel. The Internet is a well-known means of acquiring a wide range of information and allows customers to directly communicate with travel websites to request information such as destinations, accommodations, attractions, restaurants, shopping and so on. Although there is a lot of tourism-related research that has been done on online information searches using only one type of online information source, there is a shortage of research on categorizing online information sources and then comparing and analyzing them. Since the majority of customers retrieve information from many kinds of information sources on the web in order to optimize their choices, it is essential to define the differences in online information sources and identify distinct characteristics or properties on each online information source in order to understand the needs and tendencies (attributes) of customers.
A Neural Network-based Semiconductor Price Prediction System

The purpose of this study is to support the decision of semiconductor companies by providing an objective chip price prediction model. Existing statistical or econometric models have shown limits analyzing nonlinear time-series data such as share prices and exchange rates. The back-propagation algorithm, which is the most common method, was used as the learning algorithm. Predicting was attempted by using two supply factor variables and four demand factor variables. The data used in the analysis was collected from January 3, 2003 to December 28, 2005. The data has been divided into two parts for learning and verification. As a result of inputting the verification data into the trained neural network, the actual values show some differences. However, we were able to see that the flow of the semiconductor market and short-term forecasting was possible providing very little error between the predicted value and the actual value.
Understanding the nature of formative construct’s error variation in conducting IS research

Academic debates have been heating up regarding the estimation stability of formative measurement, making it the most controversial issue. The focus of this study is to examine the issue by attempting to understand the nature of error variance of the formative construct. For this, two different analytical approaches are taken: (1) the relationship between the error variance of a formative construct and the correlation strength between dependent variables and (2) the effect of reduced concept space of a formative construct on its error variance. Using actual survey data, we have shown that there is a significant detachment between the theoretical meaning of the construct error variance and its empirical meaning. The evidence underscores that caution is necessary in interpreting studies conducted on the formative approach.

The majority of researches regarding user acceptance of information systems (IS) are considering end users being homogeneous. However, online brand communities (OBCs) are considered to have diverse types of users in different layers, and existing theories and models of user acceptance cannot explain the user acceptance of OBCs. This research-inprogress paper aims to reveal different motivators to accept and continued use of OBC among different groups of members. Based on consumers’product purchase decision making process, this paper classifies OBC users into five layered categories and propose the most significant motivator for each user layer based on technology acceptance model and motivation model. Future work is proposed mostly focusing on data collection.

Software industry still has many deep-seated problems. As a natural consequence, it may have to learn from best practices in more mature industry like manufacturing. An example is ‘ean’™ software development which is defined as translation of ‘ean manufacturing’principles to the software development domain. The principles include ‘liminate waste’and ‘mplify learning.’™ It was much asserted that these principles are worth applying. Not much study, however, was done on how to practically implement these principles into software development practice. In this study we attempt to present a method in which project lead time and software defects are regarded as major targets of management and are visualized using Cumulative Flow Diagram. We further applied this method on actual projects. The result confirms that agile is positively effective on reducing wastes.

Structural Relationships among Factors to Adoption of Telehealth Service

The purpose of the study is to find out the causal relationship of the factors to telehealth service adoption based on technology acceptance model(TAM). 608 valid samples excepting questionnaires which were judged to respond unfaithfully and exceed the answering time were collected among 1165 adult respondents with the online panel survey method using structured questionnaires. Reliability analysis and factor analysis were performed to verify the reliability and validity of the measurement items and structural equation modeling were performed to confirm the causal relationship among latent variables respectively. As for the structural relationship of the adoption factors using structural equation modeling, service quality, innovativeness of medical technology, and social influence had statistically significant effects on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the use of telehealth service. As the two factors had positive effects on the adoption intention of telehealth service and social influence had significant effects on the intention to use, TAM was useful to explain the intention to use of telehealth service. The study has important significance in empirically analyzing the structural relationship regarding how the related external variables influence the intention to use telehealth services through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Identifying Prospective Visitors Based on Collaborative Filtering in the Exhibition Industry

The success of an exhibition depends on the number of visitors and exhibitors. For such a purpose, it is necessary to recommend right exhibitor and right prospective visitors into right exhibition. In this research, we suggest a recommendation methodology for acquisition of prospectors. The proposed methodology is evaluated with the collected data from surveys. From the experimental results, we can see that degree of recommendation satisfaction, and novelty and serendipity of the proposed methodology are better than those of the item-based collaborative filtering. We expect that the proposed methodology can be extended into other areas such as museum and concert.

급속한 정보화의 진전으로 인한 형식지의 증가 및 활용, 암묵지 활용의 증가는 온-오프라인상의 효과적이고 효율적인 지식의 창출, 공유, 활용에 있어서 지식의 누출, 유출, 파괴, 변조, 왜곡 등의 위협들로부터 지식의 가용성, 기밀성, 무결성을 보장하기 위한 "안전한 지식경영"의 필요성을 대두시키고 있다. 안전한 지식경영이란 "올바른 지식을 생산, 획득하고(무결성/인증성), 적합한 사용자가 사용하며(기밀성/소유성), 이러한 지식이 조직이나 개인의 성과를 증진시키기 위해 사용되는 (가용성/유용성) 것"으로 정의한다. 기존의 지식경영에 관한 연구를 보면, 지식의 발굴, 창출, 공유, 활용에 대한 연구는 수행되고 있으나 안전한 지식경영에 대해서는 찾아보기 어렵고 지식관리시스템) 구축을 위한 기술적 차원의 고려에 머무르고 있으며, 보안에 관한 기존 연구들은 운영적, 기술적 측면의 연구, 보안 중심적이며 개별 보안 분야 중심의 연구에 치중되고 있어, 지식경영의 상의 안전대책의 강구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 지식경영의 성공을 위해 안전한 지식경영에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하고, 요인들 간의 인과관계를 규명하며, 안전한 지식경영 모형을 제시함으로써, 효과적이고 효율적인 지식경영의 기반을 제공하는 것이다.
