볏짚버섯속(Agrocybe) 보존균주의 여름철 인공재배시 재배 및 형태적 특성

Thirty strains of genus Agrocybe which had been kept in National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science, were tested for the formation of fruiting body. Nineteen strains of collected genus Agrocybe were formed fruiting body at bottle culture of sawdust medium. Five strains (including ASI 19003) and thirteen strains (including ASI 19007) could be grouped as A. cylindracea and A. chaxingu . Although ASI 19008 showed the formation of fruiting body, morphological characteristics were significantly different from the two groups. Cultural period of ASI 19003 strain at sawdust substrates was 29 days and ASI 19007 train was 30 days in liquid spawn inoculation. The yield and quality of ASI 19003 strain was excellent in the spring, fall, and winter, whereas ASI 19007 strain was excellent in the summer. Accordingly, these cultivar might be contribute to farmers’ income by stable year-round production if using the season-oriented strain.

자낭균 곰보(Morchella esculenta)버섯의 인공재배에 관한 연구

This study was executed in an attempt to investigate a artificial requisites of fruitbody occurrence. Environmental requirements on habitat for fruitbody occurrence of collected cultures resulted in leading to 13- 16℃ and 75% relative humidity, and requiring silt loam of soil texture which had more nutritional substances than a dry field. Optimal temperature was 25℃, medium PDB, and pH 5.0 in cultural conditions. Mannose required of 5% in ASI 59002, 59003, 59004, but 3% in ASI 59001 was selected as optimum carbon source. The substrates stimulating sclerotium formation were cotton waste, or cotton waste + oak sawdust (mixture ratio of 8:2), which had 20% additive of wheat barn respectively. Sclerotium was formed well in the substrate adjusted chemical properties by applying 2% of calcium sulfate. Sclerotium formation was the most effective in the treatment of peat moss + oak sawdust (mixture ratio of 5:5) + 30% of wheat barn.

These experiments were conducted to find the optimum mixing rate of used media for saving the production cost of Flammulina velutipes. The materials for media formation was used needle-leaf tree sawdust, media that finished 1th cultivation of F. velutipes, corncob meal, and rice bran, wheat bran as nutrition source. We inoculated the F. velutipes in 14 kinds of different media types and checked the spawn growth speed, fruit body quality and quantity. Two nutrition agents, which is rice bran and wheat bran, did not affected the incubation period, but the effective stem number, quality and quantity of fruit body was better at rice bran than wheat bran. The quality of fruit body produced at mixed 20% of used media (needle-leaf tree sawdust 60% + used media 20% + rice bran 20%) was similar to control plot (needle-leaf tree sawdust 80% + rice bran 20%), but the yield was improved 10% than control plot 130g. According as the used-media mixing amount increases, quality and quantity of fruit body became low remarkably. Therefore, the optimum mixing amount of used-media was 20% and it increased 10% of fruitbody yield.

아위버섯(Pleurotus ferulae)의 균사배양 특성

Pleurotus ferulae is an edible mushroom found on a medicinal plant, Ferula assa-foetida , in centeral China. This study was carried out to investigate the cultural characteristics of P. ferulae strains. Characteristics of mycelial growth were investigated for 5 strains of P. ferulae . All the 5 strains showed the best mycelial growth at 25℃ and their growth rate was very low at 35℃. The colony diameter reached to 45~72 mm after 7 days at 25℃. Malt extract agar medium was the best for mycelial growth of the species both in hyphal length and density. Mycelial growth was not affected by various pH from 6.0 to 8.0. An optimal carbon source was arabinose and an optimal nitrogen one was arginine. And an effective substrate for the mycelial growth was 8 to 2 mixture of oak sawdust and cottonseed meal.

버섯산업에 대한 2008년 국민의식조사

Gyeongbuk Agricultural Technology Administration carried out the nation opinion research to mushroom industry in 115 of the citizen and the provincials from 10/17/2008 to 10/18/2008. Which was for both grasping the citizen’s opinion and habits and understanding farmers’. The result of the research is the following. 37.4 percent people preferred Lentimus edodes among the all respondents and 27.0 percent preferred Flammulina velutipes. As for the purchasing place, 57.4 percent buy them in large retail stores, 40.9 percent buy them in traditional markets. 67 percent of the respondents mainly use them in fall, 31.3 percent use them in winter. 88.7 percent of them mainly eat the mushrooms at home, 11.3 percent is at restaurants. 63.5 percent of them responded that the price of mushrooms was resonable, 26.1 percent answered that was expensive. In appearance, 27 percent of them chose yellow Flammulina velutipes as a good-looking mushroom, 19.1 percent chose Lentimus edodes.
