Since the introduction of the Departmentalized Classroom System in 2009, schools that operate the system experienced many changes in terms of school management, educational courses, and school environment. In particular, class-based classrooms changed into departmentalized classrooms and staff rooms became teachers’ support centers and research rooms to create an environment that is apt for the management of departmentalized classrooms. Students have also come to move from departmentalized classrooms to departmentalized classrooms in which homebases were prepared as a space for students to rest and enjoy a stable school life. As such, homebases as a space for students to enjoy school life are indispensable and are becoming more important for the management of the Departmentalized Classroom System. Thus, it is necessary to investigate in detail the state of the establishment of homebases in schools that operate the system. In line with this, this paper sampled 59 schools that have managed the system as an advanced system for over 2 years and conducted school visits and held interviews to investigate and analyze the placement, function, and scale of homebases as well as to provide basic material on homebases

In this study, we have intended to provide the related construction manuals with technical materials and to reduce the defects in the on-site construction, with reviewing the adhesive properties of joint parts according to change of temperature and speed of hot-air sealer for the products that have been made of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) materials in the single waterproof sheet. The result from the experiment is shown as following. 1) Bond strength was shown as high as the welding speed became slower. For the hot-air welding velocity with 3∼6m/min, a stable bond strength has been shown in the range of the hot-air welding temperature with 175∼210℃, while it has been shown in the range of the hot-air welding temperature with 210℃, when the hot-air welding velocity is between 9∼12m/min. 2) If the hot-air welding temperature is lower, the adhesive strength has been shown as higher in the section where the hot-air welding velocity is low, while the adhesive strength has been also shown as higher in the section where the velocity is fast as the hot-air welding temperature becomes higher. The highest bond strength has been shown in the velocity with 3m/min for the hot-air welding temperature with 140±10℃, which is rather low. At 175±10℃, a high bond strength has been shown in the velocity with 3∼6m/min, while the high bond strength has been shown in the velocity with 6∼9m/min at 210±10℃.

In this study, the current conditions of the farming and fishing village housing improvement projects that were promoted for the last five years were examined, the results of the survey conducted among the promoters of the farming and fishing village housing improvement projects with regard to their level of satisfaction were analyzed, and the outcomes of the housing improvement projects and the improvement needs were derived for utilization as basic data for preparing an improvement plan for “the farming and fishing village housing improvement projects.”Below are the results of this study and the proposals based on such. In view of the reality that the recipients of the farming and fishing village housing improvement projects are limited to the rural residents who are able to repay their loans, ways of actualizing the current loan limit of 60 million won should be prepared, taking into account the actual construction cost. Moreover, as the rural residents do not live on monthly salaries, the repayment periods of their loans should be adjusted to make them payable on a quarterly or a semi-annual basis, reflecting the reality of the farming villages, where loan repayment is based on the residents’ yearly income. Further, policies guaranteeing the residential rights of those belonging to the low-income bracket who are unable to repay their loans must be established at the soonest possible time. In view of the realities in the farming villages, where there are 640,000 houses that are over 31 years old, the supply of 10,000 houses as part of the housing improvement projects is grossly inadequate. Of course, it cannot be said that all the residents who are living in worn-out houses have the necessary conditions for receiving support from the housing improvement fund. Therefore, policies supporting the speedy improvement of worn-out houses and guaranteeing the residential rights of those belonging to the low-income bracket are urgently needed.
