This paper takes Zhaoxing Dong village in Guizhou Province as the research object. The purpose is to study the continuity of landscape context in Dong Village. The research process includes specification on the evaluation system of Dong village landscape context by AHP method, and use of the questionnaire survey method in sequence, according to the specific situation of Zhaoxing Dong village, and this study develops a specific questionnaire that modifies the evaluation system suited to reflect specific problems. Through the analysis of the specific questionnaire and recycling in Zhaoxing Dong village, this study found that Zhaoxing Dong village as a whole is over commercialized due to the vigorous development of tourism service industry. As a result, whether it is experts, foreign tourists or local villagers, the rating of the village landscape is low. There are three problems in the village landscape context: historical continuity, invisible cultural heritage and contradiction in protection and development. The results of this paper provides a future direction for the protection and inheritance of Zhaoxing Dong village.

The trend emphasizes children-oriented, play-oriented ecological education programs for children's ecological education. And most of these nature -friendly and eco-friendly education takes place outdoors. Therefore, outdoor space planning is important in childcare facilities. This case study aims to analyze the actual conditions of outdoor spaces in daycare centers and to provide standard data for outdoor space planning. In order to provide basic data on the improvement direction and planning standards of outdoor spaces, this present study conducted the composition, utilization status and related problems of outdoor spaces for nature -friendly ecological education in childcare facilities. Accordingly, outdoor space planning for ecological education should consider outdoor space characteristics such as free and easy accessibility between indoor and outdoor spaces, openness of space, flexibility, dynamic/static space, and nature affinity. Therefore, for an ecological education environment, children should be able to freely approach nature and play in the natural environment without any restrictions and artificial controls. Also, in urban areas, natural environment such as parks and open spaces should be considered as outdoor play spaces for children.

Reservoirs, which make up most of South Korea's reservoirs, are located in rural areas. In the case of rural reservoirs, about 75% have been reported over 50 years old aged reservoirs constructed before the 1960s. Reservoirs are important facilities that store and supply water necessary for daily life. However, if it is destroyed, the reservoir can cause a lot of damage, so continuous management is necessary. As a method for strengthening old reservoirs, a method using cement has been widely applied. However, OPC is a product that uses a lot of carbon dioxide and natural resources. Therefore, the amount of cement should be reduced. Against this background, in this study, the ground injection material of utilizing circulation resources was applied to the site. Applied reservoirs have been around for 75 years and leaks have occurred in some sections. The application method was constructed in two rows, up to a depth of 12m. After reinforcement, the electrical resistivity test was conducted three times. As a result, similar resistance was shown at 1 month after construction. And after 6 months, the saturation area decreased. And the performance after reinforcing the aged reservoir was examined. As a result of the review, this study confirmed that the applicability was equivalent to that of OPC, and the excellent performance of reinforcing the aged reservoir was shown.

The purpose of this study is to understand what Le Corbuiser has intended on a panoramic landscape view through his modern architectural design. This paper is willing to improve that he considered both natural and local landscape scenery, when he designed architecture with drawing images. He designed various ways to see outside scenery and community culture through ribbon windows, piloti, architectural promenade, picture frame, and rooftop garden as the angle of view inside the building, ‘designed landscape panorama’ from his architecture. Therefore the contents of the study include the analysis of the local landscapes shown through his architecture by photograph, drawing of a real scenery, and his sketches with biology to find what he has intended. The following conclusions have three points. First, Le Corbuiser has a basic idea to bear a natural and local scenery from his architecture through five points of new architecture. Second, pilotis, ribbon windows, and roof garden with picture frame and architectural promenade are pathways of his architecture to see ‘designed landscape panorama’. Third, it comes from his early architecture like Villa Savoye in 1920s to Couvent de Sainte Marie de la Tourette in 1950s, but Ronchamp church converts his idea on previous thoughts.

Wood is one of the main materials of wooden building. Hanok also uses wood as its main component. Recently, Hanok continues to be built. Wood is affected by the climatic environment. The growth of decay bacteria is activated at more than 80% relative humidity. The microclimate environment and moisture content were measured for architectural cultural properties that have been maintained for a long time as a wooden building. The method analyzed the measured data by distinguishing between cloudy and sunny days. In the case of the old house, Anchae moisture content was higher than that of Sarangchae. This seems to be due to the narrow front yard or the planting of trees. The microclimate environment inside the house began to decrease in humidity from 8 am. According to the survey data, the relative humidity was less than 80% from 9 am when there was wind around 4-6 am. It appeared an hour earlier than in the absence of wind. As a result, the time interval for dehumidifying of wood was widened. Therefore, the wooden building is open to the front so there is airflow under the eaves during the daytime and wind in the morning appear to be alternatives in order to lower the moisture content.

The purpose of this research is to manage the physical sectors systematically, needed for the selection and direction of declining areas, such as urban regeneration and revitalization projects, by grading the density of decline indicators of buildings in small and medium cities. In five small and medium-sized cities in Jeollanam-do, the data were divided into three stages according to the density, according to the use, structure, and age of the building. Rating by element of Census Output Area, detailed designation, and management of declining areas in small and medium-sized cities are required, rather than setting the scope of declining areas based on administrative districts. It is also necessary to manage cities through complex and intra-element phasing rather than single elements in defining physical decline. The analysis based on the complex factors and boundary of the Census Output Area is meaningful in order to maintain and manage such cities in a more detailed and precise manner according to such characteristics of each region.

The purpose of this study utilizes the service design methodology centered on the lives and experiences of rural residents, who are the main beneficiaries of the service, to derive specific problems and needs, and to propose a service improvement plan suitable for the rural residential environment. The study selected Dosan 2-ri Village, Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do as the target of the survey, used personas and Customer Journey map of service design method to derive specific core issues and insights from the village residents. By developing this, the final five service directions for ‘Air care service’, ‘Self-driving garbage collection and treatment service’, ‘Emergency/disaster networking service’, ‘Contaminant removal service’ and ‘Mobility share service’ were derived and presented according to each key keyword. This study is not just a study to grasp the actual conditions of the rural residential environment, but it focuses on the lives and experiences of rural residents and extracts elements that can respond to changes in the lifestyles and patterns of the residents. It can be used as a basic material for more realistic improvement of rural residential environment and service development research. Most of the existing studies on residential environments and spaces is focused on urban areas, and there is a limit to the use of rural areas in residential areas. Therefore, by making recommendations for improvement of residential environment services suitable for rural areas and by creating residential spaces and environments in rural areas in a comfortable and safe manner, it is thought that it is possible to contribute to improvement of satisfaction in rural areas and improvement of healthy housing welfare as well as to improvement of the quality of life of residents of rural areas.
