AHP를 활용한 아름다운 장소 이미지의 중요도 인식 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze image factors of places located in natural and humanistically superior geographical locations. It aims to analyze image recognition and spatiality of scenically historical Sahmyook University, located northeast of Gangneung, through standardization. Method: The analysis method of landscape is composed of data investigation and research, and elements of how students, faculty, and visitors recognize a place’s beautiful image will be examined. Result: A phenomenological approach was applied to how the images of beautiful place were set by FGI group meeting, and how such factors affect beautiful place’s perception from the user's point of view. When looking at comprehensive ranking of image factors in recognition of beautiful landscapes, factors corresponding to forest landscapes appear at the top rank. In determining factors for its recognition, shared space with natural elements such as water, trees, flowers, etc. has been analyzed to have the biggest influence. Among factors corresponding to urban landscape, 'streets and pedestrian paths' is of medium importance and are recognized for it is artificial structure coexisting with natural elements shared with humans. The image corresponding to 'city area' and 'architecture' was analyzed to have insignificant influence on beautiful places’ image recognition for artificial element was prioritized.

In this study, a general low-rise building was selected to compare the new shear wall reinforcement method, which is a general method among the existing reinforcement methods, and the reinforcement method using sinusoidal corrugated web reinforcement. And it was confirmed that the following effects can be expected. Sinusoidal corrugated web members can be carried out in a short period of time as it does not require the removal of the masonry filling wall, the reinforcement of reinforcing bars, and the curing period of the concrete. It is effective in preventing damage that may occur when masonry filling wall is overturned in the out-of-plane direction, and the burden of the foundation is also reduced, and thus the construction period and cost required for reinforcement can greatly be reduced. By adjusting the number of sinusoidal corrugated web member, details of joints, and reinforcement positions, the flow of load can be induced to have an advantageous effect on the building. It can be considered as the most suitable reinforcement plan in terms of life safety. Unlike the shear wall that fills between the columns, the sinusoidal corrugated web members, which has a width of 1.5m, can install openings between two columns depending on the purpose of use, and can be expected to have a great effect in terms of usability due to its free installation location. As mentioned above, the seismic reinforcement using a sinusoidal corrugated web members, can expect great effect compared to conventional reinforcement methods in terms of usability, economic feasibility, and stability.

Focusing on the creation of a new han ok, especially a mid-rise hybrid-structured Han-ok, this study proposes a middle-rise (four-story) Han-ok on one and two lots located in Seoun-dong, the existing Han-ok intensive housing site in downtown Cheongju. 1) In terms of layout and function, according to the existing L-shaped Han-ok corresponding to the road and the direction, the parking lots and shops on the 1st floor, the business facility on the 2nd floor, the Han-ok on the 3rd and 4th floors are placed. There are yards, open roof yards, and semi-open Daecheong(大廳, main hall), which can be shared by residents. 2) In terms of structure and form, one or two floors (some 3 floors) are 5.4m square and 5.4×6.6m modules of the RC(Reinforced Concrete) group, and the upper floor reflects the 2.7m module, size and shape of the existing Han-ok. By extending the outer wall of the RC group in the lower floors (1st to 3rd floors) to the wooden exterior of the upper floors (2nd to 4th floors), it is attempted to avoid the awkward appearance of the RC group being exposed to wooden structures. And it is also attempted to reflect the wooden shape and design elements through the elevation elements such as horizontal windows, corner windows, picture frames, and vertical slits. 3) In environmental control and facilities, it is attempted to smooth the ventilation of the building by forming a vertical upward airflow from the dark space of the low floor to the positive of the upper floor. This doubles the effect through a vertical rise of cold air generated in a narrow alleyway, piloti parking lot, and the various voids. In addition to the Daecheong and Numaru(loft) of Han ok, the rooftop yard, the terrace, and the balcony, horizontal natural ventilation is generated through divided doors and transom windows.

This study analyzed the effects of building and greenhouse structural code on the structural design and the greenhouse construction cost. The over-design possibility of greenhouse was analyzed when building structural code was applied using standard smart greenhouse drawings. The possibility of decrease in greenhouse construction cost was investigated if the currently applied building structural code was replaced with greenhouse structural code. As a result of comparing the member sizes with the standard drawings, building structural code was designed with 13%~74% more steel than greenhouse structural code. When building construction estimate was replaced with greenhouse construction estimate, it was possible to reduce the total construction cost of the glass greenhouse by 17% and that of the vinyl greenhouse by 14%. Since there is no standard construction estimate suitable for greenhouses, the wage unit price is set excessively, and the construction cost of the smart greenhouse is increasing. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish greenhouse structural code and greenhouse construction estimate to lower the greenhouse construction cost.

In this paper, for the smart village project in Geumsan-gun, the problems of the village were derived for the residents. And the business model of the smart village was presented. In the introduction, we looked at domestic cases related to the smart village project. And In November 2019, this paper reflected the results of the resident survey(314) and extracted important smart services using the IPA method. The results of the investigation are as follows. The government's smart village project aims to increase agricultural and fishery production and improve the urban environment. Geumsan residents want to increase agricultural production and develop tourism. The smart village model in Geumsan-gun is promoted in three directions. (1) Smart villages require smart services for crime prevention, parking lots, and public transportation. (2) Smart villages need ICT-based ginseng festivals, smart farms, and tourism services. (3) Smart villages need ICT-based culture and welfare services. The rural areas in Korea are expected to improve the quality of their living environment through the smart village project.

Of the 17,106 domestic reservoirs(as of December 2020), 14,611 are older than 50 years, and these old reservoirs will gradually increase over time. The injection grouting method is most applied to the reinforcement method of the aging reservoir. However, the injection grouting method is not accurate in uniformity and reinforced area. An laboratory model test was conducted to evaluate the applicability of the deep mixing method, which compensated for these shortcomings, as a reservoir reinforcement method. As a result of calculating the hydraulic conductiveity for each method through the model test results, the injection grouting method was calculated as a hydraulic conductiveity value that was about 7.5 times larger than that of the deep mixing method. As a result of measuring the water level change in the laboratory model test, it was found that the water level change decreased in the injection method and deep mixing method compared to the non-reinforcement method. In addition, deep mixing method showed a water level change of about 15% based on 40 hours compared to the injection method, indicating that the water-reducing effect was superior to that of the injection method.

In order to understand the physical condition and spatial deformation of houses in rural areas in Hodang Village, Ipjang-myeon, Cheonan-si, a rural area with a good settlement environment, physical characteristics and spatial deformation were identified. First, looking at the construction pattern of houses in rural areas, there have been many houses built since the 1990s, and the modernized spatial composition of urban houses appeared. Second, due to the nature of rural housing, work space and residential space are mixed, and it was analyzed that space is used through renovation to solve this problem. Third, Hodang Village was analyzed as an area with good living services, but as a result of the village survey, the proportion of vacant houses was high at 14 (42.4%). This study is conducting continuous rural housing research, rather than a temporary study on rural housing and vacant houses, based on the problems that have been drawn from previous research and existing fact-finding studies.
