In this study, a real-sized experimental equipment (pilot plant) was built at the site based on the preliminary research data to develop a movable separator for the mixed construction waste that can be implemented in agricultural areas to review its feasibility through the evaluation of its separation efficiency by waste types. The final construction of the movable separator and experimental results of the separation efficiency are summarized as follows. 1) The separation performance according to the blade type was the best for the combustible wastes either with 26 numbers of L-type blades and 32 numbers of pin type blades. As far as combination of blade types, when the L-type and pin-type were combined, the best separation efficiency was achieved. 2) The separation efficiency for waste wood by the conveyor type and angle of inclination (slope) of the trommel was the best when the conveyor had ribs of seagull shape with the angle of inclination 45°. 3) The separation efficiencies by process showed that 65.9% was separated as inorganic demolition wastes, 18.2% as waste woods, and 16.0% as combustible wastes at conveyor speed of 2-3 rpm, and the error rate was the least from the waste types generated in the dismantle site.

We have lived in a highly dense environment since the rapid urbanization of the industrial age. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the need for individual spaces for telecommuting or non-face-to-face classes in residential spaces. This study explored problems in residential spaces and the solutions to relieve the sense of social isolation in this pandemic era. The development process of the courtyard housing in France was examined as an example. Based on the case study, the meaning of threshold of contemporary architecture was reinterpreted, and the characteristics of the healing community space in this pandemic era were proposed by applying prospect and refuge theory.

The above factors are invested and analyzed. The results of the survey and analysis of seven senior welfare centers are as follows. First, in the survey, the spatial organization of the senior welfare centers surveyed showed that the larger the size is, the dominantly lager the social education space is. Second, the space for day or short-term care, and employment is less than 1% of the total area, and most senior welfare centers do not have a basic space for this. Third, the space related to home welfare and counseling is very small, and more than half of the senior welfare centers do not have space related to it.

The purpose of this study is to use urban regeneration management types through classification and step-setting of physical types by administrative dong as the basis data for future urban management plans in local small and medium cities. The analysis was conducted on the physical density of each administrative dong by setting the data on urban and architecture provided by the government as three elements: buildings, lots, roads, etc. Through the system classified in this study, Mokpo City's 23 administrative districts were divided into nine management types and three management steps. Methodology can be utilized to establish areas of similar areas within the city and to use them as basic data for planning management. It is meaningful that it is possible to extract areas that need actual regeneration and maintenance through physical density analysis and plan suitable projects.
