The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual condition of the layout and floor planning of elementary schools for the 7th education curriculum. This article discuses about the basic characteristics of the plan composition and the outdoor spaces of 35 elementary schools in Gyeongnam prefecture. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) To respond to the 7th educational curriculum, unit classrooms need to be expanded or space for a multi-purpose room needs to be secured to serve the following purposes: the operation of educational program by the level and offering of unified subjects. overall, elementary schools need to seek ways to deal with problems associated with space composition, types of classrooms, and changes in the number of classrooms so that the 7th Educational curriculum can be carried out smoothly. 2) Different from the past, various plan types are available nowadays. Even in case of schools with the same class size, their areas were different by 130 percentages or higher. Therefore, practicality needs to be more focused than facility standards in order for the school to cope with changes in future educational environment. 3) When designing the elementary school in the future, more space needs to be assigned for learning by expanding facilities - special purpose classrooms and supporting facilities - to accommodate students' various learning activities. In addition, faculty facilities need to be rearranged to promote research and development as well as to ensure the operation of the educational program. And, resident facilities that consider the close connection with the local community need to be rearranged in an efficient manner as well

The rural area is activated and if it does to sleep, that versatility the reading is necessary from the side which is various it sees. Only expansion or improvement of namely base facility it will have and there is not a possibility becoming the basic activation countermeasure. With this with the instance investigation against the traditional market activation which is developed the Gamgok from same background has both the quality of the rural and the city in the center it joins in and the far it will be able to complement a problem point it presents. Also it presents the activation plan which considers the regional quality which from the research which it sees relates with a traditional market to sleep and it does.

Although the coastal area of Jeju has already been developed, it has high pressure and demands for development continually increasing due to the increase of tourism and leisure activities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present objective guidance for the planning of the buildings on the seaside road with a view which have the largest impact on coastal landscape in order to enhance its visual quality. The results of this study are as follows : 1) It is chief element to make guidance for the use and planning of buildings in the conservation of the coastal landscape. 2) The D/H ratios which immediately influence an angle of elevation are different one another for the whole street. To ensure a sense of openness for the landscape, it is needed to maintain under 27° angle of elevation, which demands 1~3 D/H ratio. 3) It is important to make 2.4 visual blockage ratio for whole street, but the actual condition is 4.48 ratio on average. To bring down the visual blockage ratio, the W/D ratio needs to be regulated. 4) Various techniques are also needed for lively building styles going with coastal landscape.

The function and role of museum has changed focused on the experience program and visiter's participation in this time. In Comparison with Korean museums, like this visiter's personal experience has special effects through experience programs of museum in Japan. So, I researched cases of Japan and the survey on experience museum programs should summarized three characteristics as followings implied cultural desire about museum directly or indirectly. 1. Experience programs base on the rural community, identity, and tradition. 2. Boso village museum and Tokusima experience museum harmonized with out-space and institutions, prepare various programs, exhibition, and selling of collections. 3. Through experience programs classifying into visiter's experience at first hand and expert's rehearsal according to difficulty of the job, it is sufficient about visiter's demands.

The result of this study about application methods of regional heritage are important things. 1. Rural community going ahead Rural Activation Policies applied in regional heritage, have principal experience programs based on visiter's demands. 2. The programs applied regional heritage are most useful application methods of traditional-cultural experience, and following, folk-life and nature environment experience. 3. Insufficient of scheme for applying regional heritage, and specific characters and identity of rural community, is coming out the inadequate plan of community design with comparing other neighborhoods.

Transformation of housing space is the most accurate physical trail to understand main needs from residents. The scope of the study targeted the 7 si & gun districts in Gyeongsangnam-do, this study is designed to consider the characteristics of space transformation in rural apartment houses and provide basic materials for the development of rural apartment houses. The results of the study are as follow. First, such spaces as corridor and stairway are transformed into storages and outside the houses are installed tap water facility, bicycle storage, and toilet. Second, in autumn seasons when crops and grains are harvested, parking lot and rooftop are used as the space drying such agricultural products. Third, space transformation within the houses has been different depending on family type and main businesses in terms of function and time to seek efficiency and stability of residence. Fourth, rural residents concentrate on a simple change of space usage and replacement of ageing or dilapidated equipment and facilities rather than space transformation incurring more financial burden.
