This study aims to investigate the gap in accessibility to urban planning facilities between living spheres in local small and medium-sized cities. In this study, OD data between administrative dongs of public transportation users was constructed to analyze the living shpere, and community analysis was conducted based on cohesion between data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that a total of 10 clusters (mid-living areas) were formed, and the topographical difference between the 11 middle living areas established in the existing Jinju City Basic Plan and the single living areas were actively exchanged to form a community with other administrative dongs. Next, the analysis of the service area of urban planning facilities for mid-living areas was conducted based on the road network. As a result of analyzing the area accessible within 5, 10, and 15 minutes, educational facilities, public facilities, cultural facilities, tourism, and green facilities could be reached within 15 minutes in most mid-living areas. On the other hand, there were many areas where access to transportation facilities, medical facilities, and cultural facilities was difficult within 15 minutes. In particular, the accessibility of the outer living area and the central living area were different. To improve the quality of life of citizens, using urban planning facilities in Jinju-si and establishing related plans in urban basic plans, it is necessary to conduct a study on service areas through network analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the cross-sectional ratio of the courtyard, an external space that not only was used as a workplace, shelter, and playground in our lives, but also gave symbolic meaning to Koreans. Since the beginning of 2000, Hanok began to receive rapid attention from people, and Hanok construction and remodeling were actively carried out in urban and rural areas. In particular, Bukchon and Seochon in Seoul, around Cheonmachong in Gyeongju, and Hanok Village in Jeonju became popular places related to hanok, and Gyeongju, Buyeo, Gongju, and Iksan were designated as ancient districts to encourage the construction of hanok. However, although hanok is being built with national trends, support, and interest, attention is focused only on the external form, materials, and convenience of use, and the composition and system of the external space have not been properly reviewed. Therefore, this study aims to understand the functions and meanings of the yard in traditional housing, and to analyze the proportion of the height of the building surrounding the yard and the depth of the yard in terms of closure and opening. In addition, the system and characteristics of the external space of traditional architecture felt by this can be used as basic data in designing traditional architecture.

This study aims to identify the Spatial Changes and the main agent of space creation in Samrye Area during the Japanese Occupation Period. As for the urban space in the Samrye area, the urban space was expanded to the Hujeong-ri area from the construction of the Jeonbuk light railway. Before 1914, the urban space of Samrye was formed around Samrye Station in Samrye-ri, which oversees Samrye-do from the Goryeo Dynasty to the Joseon Dynasty, but when Samrye Station of Jeonbuk light railway was established in Hujeong-ri in 1914, the foundation of a ladder-type street network visible from the central space of the current Samrye area was formed until the 1930s. And it was the Japanese and Korean landowners who took the lead in the construction of the Jeonbuk light railway, not the government, who expanded the urban space of Samnye from Samrye-ri to Hujeong-ri. The background of the establishment of Jeonbuk light railway is the reason why Dongsan Farm has difficulty in transporting rice to the Honam Line during the rice harvest. At that time, Park Ki-soon, famous as the land king, took charge of the established chairman of the railroad installation and established it, and with the establishment of Samrye Station, the access road was connected to his farm. In addition, a new road was built on the farm land that owned the Hujeong-ri area to the Seoul-Mokpo Interroad in Samrye-ri, thereby expanding the urban space. In other words, unlike Gunsan and Iksan, which were built under the leadership of the Japanese colonial eran government, the urban space in Samrye area was expanded by a farmer who grew up as a large landowner based on agriculture, which was the economic base at the time.

The purpose of this study is to provide design guidelines necessary for creating disability-friendly campuses. To this end, a literature survey and a survey on the current educational welfare facilities for disabled college students were conducted. The fact-finding survey was conducted in writing and visiting evaluations on 19 campuses located in Gangwon-do(province). The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) The college enrollment rate of the disabled has doubled since 2000, but it was found to be half of the enrollment rate based on school enrollment, and the number of students who gave up in the middle is increasing. This is due to an obstacle in the learning environment, so it is necessary to improve welfare facilities. 2) As a result of evaluating the status of educational welfare support for students with disabilities, it was found that the overall evaluation result was improved, but the absolute evaluation result was less than 70%, and it was not improved. 3) As a result of evaluating the actual conditions of the intermediate facilities, indoor facilities, sanitary facilities, guidance and other facilities, and unit spaces, it is necessary to expand and improve them due to the lack of disabled parking marks, continuity of access roads, pedestrian safety passages, lifts, and rest areas for the disabled.

Sharehouse has been supplied as an alternative to solving the steadily increasing one-room housing problem of single-person households every year, and it is necessary to investigate the satisfaction of residents who actually live in sharehouse through P.O.E. Therefore, this study analyzed priror researches related to the existing one-person households, sharehouses, and satisfaction surveys, and summarized indicators with high relevance and frequency to derive satisfaction survey factors that can clearly evaluate the improvement architectural plan of sharehouses. As a result, it was classified into 4 items in the 'general information' category to investigate the status, housing rental type, and housing cost of the sharehouse, 15 factors in the 'peripheral environment' category to evaluate the safety, 3 factors in the 'community' category, and 17 factors in the space (facility) and service category. In the "General Information" section, the overall one-person housing satisfaction, desired sharehouse type, housing rental type, housing cost, and living expenses were reduced. In the "Surrounding Environment", accessibility to public office, accessibility to cultural facilities, accessibility to medical facilities, accessibility to work and school, convenience stores, noise pollution and safety. In addition, in the "community" section, it consists of interactions with various people, relationships with housemates and in the "space (facilities) and service" section, heating, waterproof, soundproof, ventilation, moisture and condensation blocking, facility management, interior, room size, built-in furniture, storage space, laundry, parking. Most of the scales for each factor were 5-point Likert scales, allowing evaluation of the degree of satisfaction, and some factors presented criteria to induce structured answers. Therfore, it is expected that the survey will be conducted on residents who actually live by deriving factors for the satisfaction survey of one-person households living in the sharehouse, and the current status of the sharehouse will be identified, and the degree of satisfaction will be analyzed to be used for research.

The purpose of this study is to present the implications of the rural living area setting and rural spatial structure analysis of the rural spatial strategy plan through case analysis. Following the decentralization of autonomy and the promotion of the transfer of state affairs to local areas, some of the general agricultural and fishing village development projects of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs were transferred to local areas. In addition, in 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs introduced a rural agreement system for 113 cities and counties. However, since the understanding of the field is still low, this study attempted to present implications through a case analysis of the structure of rural space and the establishment of rural living areas in three local governments in Chungcheong. As a result of the study, in the stage of establishing the living zone, it is necessary to comprehensively review the contents reviewed in the analysis of the current status and conditions. However, the two local governments had insufficient interpretation of the axis by function and the establishment of the base area, or were using the upper plan as it was. Second, the source of the data used in the survey on the distribution status of living SOC facilities is unclear. Since the distribution status of living SOC facilities overlaps with accessibility analysis, OD data analysis, and resident survey results and is used as the basis for setting living areas, the data source should be clearly marked, and verification should be possible. Third, amenity (facility) resources were classified and analyzed according to the conditions and characteristics of local governments. The local government that applied the guidelines as they were was A local government, and the remaining local governments conducted surveys and analysis according to the current status. Forth, since the establishment of the rural living area is the minimum unit supported by government policies through future rural agreements, it is necessary to distinguish them based on quantitative standards in the process of establishing them. Only one case area presented clear grounds and standards, and the rest of the case areas presented standards but are based on non-quantitative standards. In order for rural agreements to be sustainable in the future and benefit local residents, it is necessary to use or establish a government-level institution that can collect and produce objective data. In addition, it is necessary to find ways to specify and standardize the standards for setting the living area and specify them in the guidelines.

The purpose of this study is to present the basic direction of a desirable space plan for the elderly with dementia by examining the characteristics of the development of daily living behavior of the elderly with dementia. As a research method, First, the literature survey identified the increase in the elderly population in gyeongnam-province and the basic status of 197 elderly care facilities installed and operated in gyeongnam-province, and second, the development of daily living behaviors of eight dementia elderly people in two facilities in the form of overlapping-shaped nursing homes. The results of the survey and analysis are as follows. First, on average, it was found that the elderly with dementia in nursing facilities spend 98.3% of their work hours in the bedroom and the residents' control room. Second, it was found that the elderly with dementia accounted for 57.2% of sleep and idleness, 21.3% of leisure and hobby, and 10.7% of basic behavior. Third, in the development of the daily living behaviors of the elderly with dementia, the time to develop daily living behaviors related to identity and sociality is prominent in the living zone, and the time to develop daily living behaviors related to identity, safety, and family atmosphere is prominent in the public zone.

This study is to investigate the old buildings that have been built more than 50 years ago, targeting the areas of Seongan and Jungang-dong, the historic urban area of Cheongju. Their types and distribution characteristics are as follows. 1) First, the old buildings existing in downtown Cheongju account for 21.4% of 1,070 out of the total 5,000 buildings. Among them, wooden buildings before the 1950s accounted for 60% of them, resulting in severe aging. 2) Second, by use, 728 detached houses and 276 neighborhood living facilities account for 93.8% of the total, with 16 offices and 12 religious facilities. By structure, there are wood 65%, masonry 30%, and reinforced concrete 5% (54 buildings). By number of floors, the first floor 90%, the second floor 7.3%, and the third floor or higher 2.7% (30 buildings). The roof material is 51.6% of earthenware, followed by slate, cement, and slab. 3) Third, the old buildings are scattered all over the streets, and are concentrated in Namju-dong, Nammun-ro 1-ga-dong, Seoun-dong, and Sudong at the foot of Uamsan Mountain, a former refugee village. Also old buildings are distributed in Seoun-dong and Seokgyo-dong where hanok(korean traditional houses) are concentrated, in Namju and Nammunro 1 ga-dong blocks connected by alleys, and in cul-de-sac all over the place.

The purpose of this paper is to provide basic data to Si and Gun preparing for rural agreements in the future through consideration and case analysis for rural conventions, such things as living standards, hierarchical analysis methods, and general rural development projects. In the 1970s, sporadic and one-off projects focused on individual projects were repeatedly carried out in rural areas, which were undergoing dramatic changes in population movement, land use, landscape, economic growth and living. The keyword of the government's policy has changed to a way that existing rural development projects are planned and promoted by local governments themselves in conjunction with the issue of autonomy and decentralization. In addition, with the introduction of Rural Convention, the central and local governments are striving to achieve common policy goals. However, due to the lack of understanding of the Rural Convention introduced as a pilot project in 2020, the lack of living areas setting-standards, unclear classification of hierarchical structure, and excessive goal consciousness for general agricultural and fishing village development projects remain, fading the original purpose of the Rural Convention. Therefore, this study analyzed the seven reports of the Gyeongsang region selected in the 2021 Rural Convention to identify the characteristics of living area, hierarchical structure analysis, and detailed projects (rural center revitalization project, basic living base development project) and provided them as basic data. As a result of the study, first, according to the results of the hierarchical structure analysis, the first class was derived from 6 out of 7 Si and Gun. This is judged to be the result of the current rural population, social, and economic problems. Second, according to the results of the division of living areas, it was confirmed that except for one local government in seven cities and counties, the remaining six local governments were divided into three single living areas and three two living areas. This is the result obtained through a comprehensive review by overlapping the results of various analyses such as hierarchical analysis and resident surveys and OD data, and shows a different form from the existing upper or related plans. It is judged that this is the result of including qualitative contents such as residents' opinions along with various analyses when determining the living area. Third, the proportion of the budget for rural center revitalization and basic living base development projects to the total project cost subject to the Rural Convention was 59.6%, which was relatively higher than that of other general agricultural and fishing village development projects. It is judged that it is preferred because the unit project cost is relatively high in Si and Gun, and that quantitative results can be visually shown after the project is terminated.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications by comparing the spatial distribution of each service facility per unit population(1,000 people) with population decline areas. For this purpose, major concepts such as living infrastructure services, Spatial Distribution of Rural Living Service Facilities, areas of declining population, and regional extinction were reviewed and trends in prior research. Based on the literature review, ‘Spatial Distribution of Rural Living Service Facilities’ analysis criteria were set, and it was derived by 'the number of facilities per 1,000 population by township' using population data and rural space data. And the trend of each service sector was identified and implications were derived with 89 cities and counties in 'depopulation areas' suggested by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. The derived implications are as follows. In the medical, leisure, and sports infrastructure sectors, 'rural areas with few service facilities per unit population' and 'depopulated areas' tended to coincide. In addition, the distribution characteristics of rural and urban areas differed by sector, which is judged to depend on the inclusion of rural facilities and population density.

사천 선상지 ‘새미’의 이용 실태 및 가치 고찰

This study is about the story of ‘Saemi’, existing in the Sacheon Alluvial fan area. Saemi is a local word for Dumbeong, which is the traditional water irrigation facilities in this area that could be formed according to the geographical characteristics of a Alluvial fan site. In the meantime, although Saemi has been an important source of water, related research has been mainly done from an ecological point of view. Accordingly, the researcher paid attention to the functional aspects of Saemi itself, grasped its location, distribution status, and usage including the construction method, and considered its intrinsic value through classification and characteristic analysis of Saemi. As a result of five field surveys from September 2021 to October 2022, 129 Saemies remained in the Sacheon alluvial fan area. According to the structure and shape, Saemi could be divided into basic type, complex type, and buried type. The basic type was subdivided into bucket-type and stairs-type along with the complex type, and the buried type was subdivided into all buried-type and some buried-type. Saemies were mainly distributed at the distal end of the Sacheon alluvial fan site, individual Saemies were built on farmland, and common Saemies were usually built along roadsides adjacent to villages. The reason why the Saemies are concentrated at the distal end is the geographical characteristics of the alluvial fan where the water underflows. Saemi was an important multifunctional water supply source equivalent to the main water source for people at the distal end of the pond who did not receive a stable supply of water from the reservoir. Saemi was at the center of the underground water irrigation network agricultural system in the Sacheon alluvial fan area according to the principles of ‘bbaeim(drop out)’ and ‘gaepim(pooling)’ It has provided a foundation for establishing itself as an appropriate technology in this area. Such Saemi contributed to the rural landscape and agricultural biodiversity through its own system and served as a public interest function. It is necessary to know, conserve, manage, and continuously utilize the value of this Saemi as an agricultural heritage.

During the Japanese colonial period, Japan exploited the entire Korean Peninsula and targeted not only cities but also rural areas. The exploitation of rural area was accelerated with the support of Oriental colonization Company and The countryside was a living scene of direct exploitation. However, most of the research was concentrated in representative port cities such as Kunsan, which transports logistics such as rice and grains. There was insufficient research on how Japanese entered the country, how Korean were plundered, and the rural villages that were the target of exploitation. This study investigated the status of resident participation in the policy of supplying new and renewable energy in rural areas. According to the survey, most of the rural residents were well aware of the new and renewable energy supply project promoted by the government. However, it was found that participation in the project was difficult mainly for economic and social reasons. In order to activate the participation of rural residents who can’t participate in the renewable energy power generation project for economic and social reasons, it is necessary to develop and promote business models and support policies for power generation projects in which village communities participate. Changes in residents' acceptability due to resident education and operation for solar power systems were analyzed. As a result of the survey, it was found that the satisfaction of rural residents was high when new and renewable energy power generation projects were introduced in rural areas. Therefore, it is thought that the government's goal of increasing farm household income and expanding the supply of new and renewable energy in rural area can be successfully achieved by the improvement of resident acceptability and the increase of the participation rate. Lastly, this study presented a plan to improve the resident acceptability of the renewable energy system by using the rural solar project and survey results.

Recognizing the problem that the definition of the term pan-ock does not appear precisely in the dictionary, the definition of pan-ock was established through analysis by analyzing 183 cases of pan-ock searched in the Korean Classics DB and classifying them into buildings and ships. First of all, the 65 pan-ocks classified as architecture were used in various ways, such as residences, religious facilities, jang-pan-ocks, and prisons, depending on their use. Second, the 90 cases of pan-ock related to ships were the concept of houses that combine work and accommodation on ships. Finally, through military installations, literary expressions, and bureaucrats who have seen trains and wagons, Pan-ock uses boards. It can be used for walls or roofs only, or for both walls and roofs. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the case of the Joseon Dynasty with the definition of Pan-ock in the existing dictionary. In other words, Pan-ock refers to “houses, religious facilities, royal tombs, and prisons, with various uses and forms. In addition, it refers to the joining of only the wall or the roof with planks, or the joining of both the wall and the roof,” suggesting a broader interpretation of the category.

It can be seen that Traditional house of Jeong Si-yeong is located in a place where Saenggi(good energy), which is important in Pungsu(Feng Shui), can be gathered and that energy can be properly maintained. Considering that the name of the place where the house is located is also Oyat(cucumber tree)-ri, where many cucumber trees closely related to the royal family of the Joseon Dynasty were planted, it seems that the family wished for prosperity by producing many Sadaebu(upper class gentry) in the past and forming a good relationship with the royal family.

This study deals with the formation of Jongyeonbangjeok’s Gwangju Factory in the 1930’s to 80’s, and the findings are shown below: In the period of formation, the factory was rectangular-shaped from north to south, and the structure was located at the center of the site, and in the east of it, there was a dormitory connected from south to north. The building was arranged with an open area on the south. In the east of the site where company houses were located, same-sized structures were arranged along the axis.In the period of change, the factory was restored about the damage from the Korean War, and it went through the process of division into two companies. As a result, the factory in the center of the site was divided into left and right ones, and the dormitory and the group of company houses were, too, divided into two, so division was made largely into southern and northern parts. In the period of stabilization, along with factory extension in each of the companies, welfare for factory workers was expanded by building more houses or opening sport facilities. After the 1980’s, too, the existing factories were either extended or remodeled according to the induction of equipment, and some showed changes in their functions due to a fire or such.
