I recognized necessity of the space planning to three-generation dwelling because of preservation of wholesome society sense of values of the younger generation indicated often to the point at issue by the change to nuclear family of present and by way to hand down thought of respect for the aged which is our traditional public morals. I wish to present basic data for storage space planning that resident's request and consciousness are reflected in such background. I investigated records in general concept, which is utilization pattern of storage space to achieve the function of these culture intermediation. The object of research is three-generation dwelling, such as 3L-K and 3L-DK as national residences that appear most generally in chongju city. The method of research was question investigation method to write utilization actual conditions and requirement of storage space directly. So I proposed suitable planning to resident's life style analyzing frequency, percentage and average distribution. When supply apartment house hereafter, it should be reflected wide selection by resident's characteristic and needed systematic storage space planning in consideration of user mainly. Also continuous and diversified researches that can improve quality of residence are required.

This study attempts to understanding of outer space elements in a rural house through an analysis nouns for function definition phase in design value engineering. To choose main check objects, this study examines requests by rural dwellers and analyze function definition in design value engineering. The rural dwellers prefers that barrier free design, outdoor working space and security of calamity. Each selected elements are classified the nouns into a main noun by analysis function definition nouns at design VE phase. Past, teacher's facilities space of school arranges the desk by teacher's number and businesslike function a teacher's room and night-duty room, supplementary rest space, of considered 1 room from everything mean. Therefore, I wish to suggest architectural data for general and efficient operation management of integrated school through this study.

Though there are high needs for the development of elderly house in rural area, there is not carried out at all. So, the purpose of this study is to provide the criteria to develop the architectural mode of elderly elderly house in rural area. The facts found in this study can be summarized as follows ; The elderly house in rural area. is increasingly being located near town. This is derived from the fact that the brand-new generation of the aged has the great likelihood to participate in social activities. So, Paid Elderly Home needs to be developed in town or suburbs. Medical facilities are indispensable in elderly house in rural area. So it is necessary that elderly house in rural area is closely connected with hospital and medical treatments. Inmates want small-sized rooms, thus one room shaped home should be built for these demands. And the flexibility of the spaces which can make two units into one should be applied to the plan and the design of the elderly house in rural area. The Home's medical facilities should be planned by considering the relationship with the Hospital. Factors for architectural planning of elderly house in rural area is movement pattern, safety facilities, and preferred subsidiary facilities through considering the physical and psychological characteristics.
