The application spectrum of low cost material reinforced metal matrix composites is growing rapidly in various engineering fields due to their superior mechanical properties. In the present study aluminium alloy (AlSi10Mg) is reinforced with locally available inexpensive rice husk ash(RHA) and fly ash(FA) for developing a new hybrid composite material. A rice husk ash and fly ash particles of 5, 10 and 15% each by weight are added to develop metal matrix composites using liquid metal processing route. The surface morphology was studied using scanning electron microscope. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength, hardness and percentage elongations were studied for the all test specimens.

Concept of using solar energy to run vehicles has been introduced many times in many countries. But the stored amount of energy can run vehicle for limited time or only during day times. In the traditional technique of ‘solar powered vehicle’ a motor is drive by battery which is recharged by solar energy. Here, we have introduced a solar charged electromagnetic mechanism, where the both attractive & repulsive effect of two similar dissimilar poles will be responsible for piston’s reciprocation & will produce sufficient shaft power.

Viscosities of liquid mixtures provide information for the elucidation of the fundamental behaviour of liquid mixtures, aid in the correlation of mixture viscosities with those of the pure components, and provide a basis for the selection of physicochemical methods of analysis. The viscosity (η) of the binary mixtures of 1-bromopropane with chlorobenzene have been determined over the entire range of molefraction at temperatures ranging (303.15, 308.15, 313.15 and 318.15) K. From the experimental data viscosity values were correlated to the models of Kendall–Monroe, Grunberg and Nissan, Tamura and Kurata, Hind–Mclaughlin Ubbelohde, Katti–Chaudhary viscosity models.
The Removal of COD and Color from Textile Industry by Chlorine Hypochlorite

Industrial wastewaters are played one of the most important roles in environmental pollutions, but discharge these wastewater to environment has always with irreparable damages. The aim of this study was to explore the removal efficiency of COD and color of polyacrylic Textile Industry by Calcium hypochlorite. In this study, this parameter was measured including total Dissolved Total Solids, Turbidity, and pH. Red and blue color product the maximum rate of color. The removal efficiency of COD was about 96 to 98 per cent and for Turbidity were 72 to 71 per cent. Produced Pollution of imported fibers from Belarus, Spain and Japan is 4.47, 3.07 and 6.33 times lower than native fibers. The method of oxidation with chlorine as the easiest, cheapest and most efficient way of preliminary wastewater treatment plant was used in the textile industry polyacrylic. With this technique within COD decrease, the possibility of wastewater treatment with biological treatment in the final stage is provided.
