Exponential Operator for Bearing Estimation

In this paper, we present an original spectral technique for estimating the Direction of Arrival (DoA) of narrowband sources impinging on an array of sensors. In this approach, we use the exponential of inter spectral matrix of received data with Gaussian function to annihilate the eigenvalues corresponding to the signal subspace in order to obtain an approximation of the projector into the noise subspace, this mechanism requires the knowledge of the minimum eigenvalue which we compute using the power method. We elaborate this new concept with some tools of quantum formalism and we confirm the accuracy of its theoretical basis by Monte Carlo simulation results comparatively to the standard high resolution techniques.
Exploring the Emerging Impact of Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) in Metro Manila

This study focuses on the different elements of Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) operation with the aim of characterizing MRT operation and putting in context its impact in terms of what it is best designed for and what it can deliver. This also involves analyzing the status of the operations of MRT-3 in terms of accessibility to passengers, routing and convenience and determination of the factors affecting development of the MRT system. The study further concludes that the resources for MRT improvement are scarce, and maintenance and management of the work done are hardly enough. However, MRT-3 is best designed to substitute conventional railway services on routes where much higher capacity is required and to reduce travel time, further improving the railway service, also against other modes, therefore leading to mode substitution.
Fuzzy Rule Based Optimization of Multiple Responses in Turning of GFRP Composites

Glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) composites are finding increased applications due to their superior advantages over other engineering materials. This paper presents, the use of Fuzzy logic combined with Taguchi method for the optimization of multiple performance characteristics considering surface roughness, and cutting force. Experiments were planned according to L25 orthogonal array in Taguchi’s design of experiments. Experiments were performed on an all geared lathe using CBN (Cubic Born Nitride) cutting tool insert. The results reveal that the optimization technique is greatly helpful for simultaneous optimization of multiple quality characteristics i.e., surface roughness (Ra) and cutting force (Fz).
Effect of Nanoclay on the Mechanical properties of Polyester and S-Glass Fiber (Al)

Composite materials play a vital role in many industrial applications. Researchers are working on fabrication of new composite materials worldwide to enhance the applicability of these materials. In view of this, the objective of the present work is to analyze the effect of nanoclay content on the mechanical and morphological behavior of S-glass fiber, reinforced in Polyester with nanoclay as filler. Five different types of composites are fabricated by hand layup technique using 0 wt% nanoclay,1 wt% nanoclay, 3 wt % nanoclay, 5 wt% nanoclay and 7 wt% nanoclay with 40% wt fiber, and polyester. The results of the study show that the incorporation of nanoclay has a significant effect on the mechanical behavior of composites. The optimum loading of clay in the Polyester /glass fiber composites was attained at 3wt%, where the improvement in tensile and bending properties was seen.

In the given paper one determines the constituent mass of the bound state and binding energy of hadronic exotic system, according to the basis investigation of the asymptotically behavior of the loop function of scalar particles in the external electromagnet field are analytically determined exploration of these states through relativistic and non-perturbative corrections. It is shown that, the mass spectrum of a relativistic bound state of protonium consisting from proton and anti-proton is differing from a mass of initial particles.
A New Approach: Automatically Identify Naming Word from Bengali Sentence for Machine Translation

More than hundreds of millions of people of almost all levels of education and attitudes from different country communicate with each other for different purposes using various languages. Machine translation is highly demanding due to increasing the usage of web based Communication. One of the major problem of Bengali translation is identified a naming word from a sentence, which is relatively simple in English language, because such entities start with a capital letter. In Bangla we do not have concept of small or capital letters and there is huge no. of different naming entity available in Bangla. Thus we find difficulties in understanding whether a word is a naming word or not. Here we have introduced a new approach to identify naming word from a Bengali sentence for machine translation system without storing huge no. of naming entity in word dictionary. The goal is to make possible Bangla sentence conversion with minimal storing word in dictionary.
