The purpose of this study was examine and clarify the recognition according to gender of sexual harassment in the office. The samples were consisted of 250 employees in a seoul headquarter and 13 branches of S bank. the data were analyzed using percentage, frequency, mean, 1-test, F-test and ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; 1) female workers recognized sexual harassment as severe problem, but male workers as minor and trivial things. 2) workers recognized the cause of sexual harassment as female low position in the office and sexual distinction 3) workers recognized sexual harassment type as visual, verbal and physical harassment. 4) workers recognized the main assaulters of sexual harassment as male senior workers and co-workers. 5) worker recognized place of harassment as times of workers' dining together. 6) worker recognized the victim of sexual harassment was apt to experience anger, hurt of self-respect, shame and embarrassment. 7) female workers recognized necessity of sexual education but male workers none of it.

The purpose of this study explores the meaning of shopping and shopping behavior of consumer under the perception of time pressure. In this study, qualitative methods such as participation observation, depth interview, focus group interview were used. The major findings are as follows : First, consumer under the perception of time pressure defined shopping is mainly' grocery purchasing'. Second, they go shopping on weekend, in familiar store and buy the same kind of goods. Like this, their shopping patterns appear fixed type. Third, this study ascertained proposed time management strategies applied to shopping. Finally, a place of residence, driving or not, house helper, children and standard of family influence on consumer's shopping behavior additionally.

This study classified consumers' behaviors of purchasing gifts, divided groups by the types of similar behaviors, and examined impacts of demographic variables, relevant variables in purchasing processes on those behaviors. Findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, factors explaining consumers' behaviors of purchasing gifts were the tendency of demonstrative purchase, the level of placing values to the meaning of gifts, the level of altruism and rationality in the purchase of gifts, and the tendency of impulsive purchase. On the basis of these five factors, five distinct consumer groups showing similar behaviors of purchasing gifts based on the results of Cluster analysis were identified. Those groups were impulsiveㆍdemonstrative groups, impulsiveㆍnon-sincere groups, indifferent groups, non-impulsiveㆍdemonstrative groups, non-altruistic'ㆍrational groups, sincere groups, and altruisticㆍrational groups. Second, behaviors of purchasing gifts showed significant differences depending on gender, educational levels, occupational types, and women's employment status. Consumers with high education, professional occupation, high income tended to show the demonstrative purchase. Male consumers were not interested in the purchases of gifts and placed high values on the meanings of gifts. In contrast, female consumers showed rational behavior, but revealed the tendency of demonstrative in the purchase of gifts as well. Finally, behaviors of purchasing gifts were also different depending on the method of gathering consumer information, places of purchasing gifts, experiences of ordering paid wrapping gifts and the relevant costs, consumers' evaluations of the purchases of gifts, and degrees of satisfaction after the purchase of gifts. Impulsive'ㆍdemonstrative groups and non-impulsive'ㆍ demonstrative groups preferred departments as places of purchasing gifts and choose ordering paid wrapping gifts but showed dissatisfactions after purchases of gifts. Consumers who belongs to non-altruistic'ㆍrational groups, sincere groups, and altruistic'ㆍ rational groups tended to prefer local stores in their own villages as places of purchasing gifts and did not order paid wrapping gifts while showing high after the purchase of gifts.

The main purposes of this study are to examine the impact of parent's and child's incomes on financial transfers from elderly parents to their adult children, and to study other factors influencing financial transfers from parents to children. Analyzing data from the Wisconsin Longitudinal Study, which provides long-term observations of financial transfers, the current study finds strong positive effects of parent's income on financial transfers from parents to their adult children. In terms of determinants of financial transfers, the results of multivariate logistic regression analyses suggest that child's education child's marital status, and sibling size are statistically significant determinants of parent-to-child financial transfers.

The proposes of this study were designed to practical use of credit cards on consumers in Kwang-ju. The 371 subjects formatted questionnaires were analyzed to frequency, percentage, crosstabulation and chi-square test by SPSS WIN 10.0. The main results of this study were as following : First, it is analyzed that most consumers have had more than credit cards. Second, it is tended that consumers have influenced to practical use of credit cards by sex, age, marriage, income and living expenses. Third, consumer is use to the spur of credit card, requirement about businessman, credit card connection system and distinction of sex, age, marriage, income, showed difference of relevant distribution between living expenses all. Based on the above, to make the use of credit cards practical and active, it needs more attention from consumers as well as it needs continuous efforts from the authorities concerned. Accordingly, to prevent consumers from overconsuming possibly by imprudent use of credit cards, it suggests systematic consumer training, from which consumers will learn responsible life as a consumer.

The objective of this study is to induce the importance of manners through the relation between the implementation of manners and strengths of family life in adolescents and to examine positive variants that can enhance healthy family life. A total of 312 questionnaires were used as the final data for this study. The results of the study are as follows. 1. The implementation of manners in adolescents was just above the median. In particular, the lowest sector was in public manners requiring intensive activation measures. The variables influencing the results were sex, self-esteem, level of intimacy with mothers, and relative comparisons. Especially, the level of intimacy with mothers was the most influential indicating the importance of the roles of mothers in manners education. 2. Adolescents seem to be leading a comparatively healthy family life. In the subcategories, bonding among family members appeared to be the most prominent. Nonetheless, little time is spent together among family members. Moreover, psychological variants were very influential in the strengths of family life in adolescents. Considering that implementation of manners contributed to enhancing the strengths of family life, the establishment of a healthy manners culture of adolescents in required.

This study aimed at identifying and analyzing consumption of leisure services in silver industry and factors that had effects on them. This focused on the consumption of leisure services and its influence on the variables related to change of elderly's attitude, because socio-economic environment structure is improved and average life span is prolonged. The main findings of the research were as follows: 1. Totally, the percentage of leisure services consumption not so high and kinds of leisure were not various. Also, the reason why they use leisure was just for self-development and their indifference to leisure made them not to use services. 2. There were significant differences in individual characteristics and family-environmental conditions relating the consumption of leisure services in the silver industry. 3. Among variables which influence on the consumption of leisure of the elderly, job was the most significant factors. Also average monthly income, the changable inclination in food, clothing and shelter, social support of the family, status of residing, status of health and source of income were influential variables.

In korea, it has been recently issued to enforce the 5 days-working system, which may cause the considerable increase in the leisure time and lifestyles. The purpose of this study is to find out major characteristics of leisure to establish the theoretical framework for leisure behavior by considering various theories. Each of theories provides the frame of thinking for leisure tim use, the relationship with labor, the transmission of leisure type and the change of leisure value and consciousness. Therefore findings will be the foundation for the future study that finds out more actual factors. Having examined how the leisure behavior is interpreted in various theories will help us to better understand why the demand for leisure time and activities has developed and will develope rapidly.

The purpose of this study was to compare characteristics between the parents who saved money for their children's college education and those who did not, in an effort to identify the factors influencing the decision to save. From 1998 Survey of Consumer Finances (SCF), a sample of 1,085 family households was employed. Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the probability of saving for college education. The results showed that higher incomes and financial assets significantly increased the probability of saving for children's college education. The married couples who had higher education and larger household sizes were more likely to save. The age of the youngest child was a significant positive factor in the probability of saving for college education

So, this study showed the necessity of family-friendly Policy and families' demands to it. Many capitalist countries which have insufficient welfare system effort to integrating work and family by offering a family-friendly policy for working parents. So, policies for family and women have to be family friendly, and all of the corporation, community, school, and government have to support the working families.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the family resource management problems caused by the Internet use. The family resource management problems are composed of time management problem, money management problem and interpersonal resource management problem. And time management problem is perceived as most serious of the three. The perception of family resource management problem is influenced by socio-demographics variables and Internet related variables. Based on the findings, we suggest several implications for education and public policy.
