This study aims to improve the family friendly certification system by analyzing the actual experience of family friendly certified companies with the certification’s incentives and their demand for new incentives. We analyzed 2018 survey data of family friendly certified company incentives and interviewed representatives from 9 family friendly certified companies. First, the use of incentives differs according to the level of corporate classification, number of employees, industry, certification continuation training, and incentive impact. Current family friendly certification incentives indicate that the utilization rate of incentives is high when small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with less than 300 employees have newly received family friendly certification. Second, the use of the certification mark significantly differs by industry, certification duration, and incentive impact. Interviews with the companies’ family friendly certification managers revealed that the incentives that companies use mainly are the Public Procurement Service bid points and priority immigration service. Large corporations hope for strong incentives, such as the National Tax Service’s deferred tax investigation, interest rate cuts for bank loans, and corporate tax cuts. Lastly, the family friendly certification mark is a representative incentive used by 60% of family friendly certified companies. For the qualitative growth and stabilization of the family friendly certification system, the family friendly certification mark should be improved to become a more attractive incentive.

This study focuses on the leisure activities of young, single-person households. Data collection involved selecting and interviewing eight cases. The results are as follows: 1. The leisure activities of young, single people are divided between weekdays and weekends. 2. Important factors affecting these leisure activities are time, money, and cognition. 3. Respondents maintain their work-life balance by focusing on weekdays and weekends, they work and study intensively on weekdays and spend their time and money on leisure and rest on weekends. 4. Young people want a chance to meet and share their experiences with others. This point must be central to planning the Healthy Family Support Center program.

The purpose of this study is to resolve the factors that affect happiness levels and l Considering the increasing importance of maintaining and developing the careers of working mothers, this study sought to analyze the effect of the meaning of work (MOW) and child-based self-worth (CBSW) on the work–family interface and career commitment. This is the first exploratory study to examine MOW and CBSW as resources for working mothers. For 10 days, starting August 18, 2020, 309 working mothers were asked to complete a questionnaire commissioned by a professional research institute, and 250 valid samples were then analyzed. The analysis found, first, that MOW had statistically significant positive effects on work–family enrichment and family–work enrichment and a negative effect on work–family conflict. Second, CBSW had a positive effect on work–family and family–work conflicts. Third, work–family enrichment had a positive effect on career commitment, while work–family conflict had a negative effect on career commitment. Finally, the mediation effects of the three paths were determined: MOW→work–family enrichment→career commitment; MOW→family–work enrichment→career commitment; CBSW→work–family conflict→career commitment. These results suggest that, to better manage the career commitment of working mothers, attention should be paid to the MOW, CBSW, and work–family interface.
