최근 온라인 유통 환경에서는 가격과 상품 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라, 차별화된 고객경험 제공을 위해 라이브 커머스가 새로운 플랫폼 경제 모델로 자리매김하고 있다.라이브 커머스의 가장 큰 특징은 상호작용성으로 고객의 참여 수준이 서비스 성공의 핵심이 되지만, 이를 살펴본 연구 는 부족하다. 본 연구는 고객을 플랫폼, 스트리머, 다른 소비자와 함께 가치를 창출하는 주체로 바라보고, 가치공동창출의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 정보시스템 성공 모형(IS Success Model)을 확장하여 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질, 스트리머품질을 주요 독립변수로 설정하고, 쇼핑 가치(실용적 가치, 쾌락적 가치)를 매개로 가치공동창출의도에 미치는 구조적 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 품질요인 중 서비스품질과 스트리머품질은 실용적 가치와 쾌락적 가치 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 시스템품질과 정보품질은 실용 적 가치에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 실용적 가치와 쾌락적 가치는 모두 가치공동창출의도를 강화하는 요인으로 확 인되었다. 마지막으로 라이브 커머스의 품질요인과 가치공동창출의도 간의 관계에서 쇼핑가치가 일부 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 러한 결과는 정보시스템 성공 모형을 라이브 커머스 맥락으로 확장함으로써 학문적 저변을 넓히는 동시에, 기업이 차별적 전략을 수립하고 고 객 참여 기반의 경험을 설계하는 데 활용할 수 있는 실질적 시사점을 제공한다.
In today’s online retail environment, where price and product competition are intensifying, live commerce has emerged as a new platform-based economic model by providing differentiated customer experiences. The defining feature of live commerce is its interactivity, in which the level of customer participation becomes a key determinant of service success. However, empirical studies on this issue remain limited. This study views customers not merely as buyers but as co-creators of value alongside platforms, streamers, and other consumers, and seeks to identify the factors influencing customers’ value co-creation intention. To this end, the Information Systems Success Model(IS Success Model) was extended by incorporating system quality, information quality, service quality, and streamer quality as independent variables, while investigating the mediating roles of shopping value(utilitarian and hedonic value) in shaping value co-creation intention. The results reveal that, among the quality factors, service quality and streamer quality significantly influenced both utilitarian and hedonic values, whereas system quality and information quality had significant effects only on utilitarian value. Furthermore, both utilitarian and hedonic values were found to strengthen value co-creation intention, and shopping value partially mediated the relationships between the quality factors and value co-creation intention. These findings extend the IS Success Model to the context of live commerce, thereby broadening its theoretical scope, while also offering practical implications for firms to establish differentiated strategies and design customer experiences that encourage active participation and co-creation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of perceived benefits of OTA users on perceived value and intention to co-create. The data was collected for two months from November to December 2019, and finally 231 questionnaires were analyzed. A structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follows. First, informativeness, economics and convenience have a significant positive effect on perceived value. Second, informativeness had a positive effect on the intention to co-create. Third, perceived value had a positive effect on intention to co-create. Fourth, perceived value has a mediating effect on the relationship between perceived benefits and intention to co-create. This study has the academic implications of expanding the scope of research and the practical implications of providing basic data for improving intention to co-creation of OTA.
객실승무원이 지각하는 무례함이 직무스트레스와 이직의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate relationship between incivility, job stress and turnover intention of cabin crew. A survey was conducted to cabin crew of FSC(Full Service Carrier). A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 210 parts were collected, and 193 parts were used for the final analysis except 17 parts of incomplete or unfaithful responses. The hypothesis test was conducted using statistical programs of SPSS 18.0 version and AMOS 18.0 version. The analysis results are as follows. First, Incivility had a positive effect on job stress. In particular, incivility of support departments was found to have the greatest impact. Second, Incivility had a significant positive effect on turnover intention. However, peer incivility did not appear to affect. Third, Job stress had a positive effect on turnover intention. Finally, There was a mediating effect of job stress between incivility and turnover intention. This study has the academic implications of expanding the scope of research and the practical implications of providing basic data for improving treatment of cabin crew.

본 연구는 항공산업의 우수인력 양성을 위해 항공서비스 전공 학과 재학생을 대상으 로 전공만족도가 진로준비행동과 진로결정 수준에 미치는 영향에 대하여 규명하고자 한 다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공만족도의 하위요인 중 수업만족은 도구준비행동 과 실천적 노력행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계만족은 정보수집행 동과 실천적 노력행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 인식만족은 진로 준비행동의 모든 하위요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공 만족의 하위요인인 수업만족과 사회적 인식만족은 진로결정수준에 유의미한 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로준비행동의 하위요인 중 정보수집행동과 실천적 노력 행동이 진로결정수준에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으 로 항공서비스학과는 항공전문인력을 양성하기 위해 실무 중심의 프로그램을 개발에 대 한 필요성을 제시하고, 교수는 학생과의 세심한 관심을 기울여야 하는 등 학과와 교수 차원의 차별적인 전략방안을 제시하는데 시사점을 가진다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of major satisfaction on career preparation behavior and career decision level for students attending department of airline service. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the class satisfaction, which is a subfactor of major satisfaction, has a positive impact on tool preparation behavior and practical effort, and relationship satisfaction has a positive impact on information collection behavior and practical effort. Also, the social awareness satisfaction has a positive impact on all the subfactors of career preparation behavior. Second, the class satisfaction and social awareness satisfaction, which are subfactors of major satisfaction, has a significant impact on career decision level. Third, the information collection behavior and practical effort among the subfactors of career preparation behavior directly affect career decision level. Based on the results of this study, the department of airline service has implications for presenting different strategies for the department and professors in order to train airline experts.
X-Ray를 이용한 표고(Lentinula edodes) 돌연변이주의 균사배양 및 세포외효소 분비능 특성조사

방사선 조사에 의한 표고(Lentinula edodes) 돌연변이주의 균사배양 및 세포외효소 분비능의 특 성을 조사하였다. 공시균주(균주명 JMI-10041)의 돌연변이 유발을 위해 균사체를 PDA(Potato dextrose agar) 배지에 배양한 후 선량 5, 10, 50, 100, 500 Gy 등에서 X-Ray를 조사하였고 대치선 확인배양법을 통하여 균주 간에 대치선 생성 유·무에 따라 돌연변이주를 선별한 결과 500 Gy(1균 주)에서만 돌연변이가 유발되었다. 돌연변이주의 배양적 특성을 조사한 결과 모균주의 균사생장 최적온도는 25℃이였고 돌연변이주는 23 ℃로 모균주보다 2℃ 낮게 나타났으며, 최적배지 선발실험에서는 두 균주 모두 ME1(Malt Extract Agar) 배지에서 생장이 양호하였다. 최적 pH 선발실험에서는 두 균주 모두 pH 7에서 생장 이 양호하게 나타났다. 또한 세포외 효소 분비능을 조사한 결과 amylase, xylanase 및 pectinase 효 소활성이 모균주와 돌연변이주 모두에서 나타나지 않거나 약한 활성을 보였고 β-glucosidase 효소 활성에서도 두 균주 모두 활성이 약하거나 중도이상의 활성을 보여 차이점이 없었다. 그리고 Protease에서는 모균주와 돌연변이주에서 강한 효소활성을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서는 저선량보다는 고선량의 X-Ray에서 돌연변이가 유발되었으며 배양적 특성조사에는 돌연변이주가 2℃ 낮게 나타났었고 세포외효소 분비능은 뚜렷한 차이점이 없었다. 향후 자실체 실 증재배시험을 통해 돌연변이주의 형태·재배적 차이점이 규명되어져야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 상사 리더십과 상사부하 간 교환관계의 인식에 따른 직무만족과 조직몰입의 차이에 대한 직원들의 인식조사를 통해 컨벤션산업에 대한 인적자원관리의 실효성 제고를 위한 보다 효과적인 방향을 제시 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 리더십, 상사부하 간 교환관계, 상사부하 간 교환관계와 직무만 족, 조직몰입에 대한 문헌을 검토하고, 연구 주제에 대한 컨벤션 산업 종사자들의 인식에 대한 실증적 연구를 수행했다. 분석결과, 리더십과 상사부하 간 교환관계의 인지도는 직무만족과 조직몰입에 큰 영향을 미쳤다.
The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for human resource management of hotel organization by analyzing the relationship between abusive supervision of superiors and organizational commitment, counterproductive task behavior, and turnover intention. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on employees working at the hotel, and a total of 266 copies were used for the final analysis. Moreover, statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS v.23 and AMOS v.23 programs for the frequency analysis to understand the demographic characteristics of respondents, validity and reliability analysis of measurement tools, and path analysis for hypothesis verification. The results of the study are as follows. First, second, it was analyzed that the impersonal supervision of the supervisor had a positive effect on counterproductive work behavior and turnover intention. Third, it was found that the impersonal supervision of the supervisor had a negative effect on organization al commitment. Fourth and fifth, organizational commitment was found to have a negative effect on counterproductive work behavior and turnover intention. With all these findings, we established that all hypotheses are found to be supported. Sixth, the mediating effect of organizational commitment between impersonal supervision and counterproductive work behavior was confirmed. Finally, the mediating effect of organizational commitment between impersonal supervision and turnover intention was confirmed. Based on these research results, in this study, we presented strategic implications for human resource management and organizational management of hotel companies.
호텔 기업의 공유가치창출이 기업이미지, 혁신행동, 기업성과에 미치는 영향 KCI 등재

본 연구는 최근 기업의 사회적 역할 확장에 따른 호텔기업의 공유가치창출과 기업이미지 그리고 호텔 기업 의 혁신활동과 기업성과와의 영향관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 분석을 위해 호텔기업 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 회수된 250개의 자료 중에서 불성실한 자료 33개를 제외하고 217개를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 실증분석에는 SPSS v.23과 AMOS v.23 통계 프로그램을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호텔기업의 CSV 활동이 기업이미지에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설 1은 지지되었다. 둘째, 호텔기업의 CSV 활동 이 조직구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설 2는 지지되었다. 셋째, 호텔기업의 CSV 활동이 기업성 과에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설 3은 지지되었다. 넷째, 기업이미지가 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 기업 성과에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 4, 가설 5도 지지되었다. 마지막 으로 구성원의 혁신행동이 기업성과에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 6도 지지되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 호텔기업의 CSV 활동은 기업이미지 및 기업성과를 향상시키고 조 직구성원의 혁신행동을 촉진하는 요인임을 알 수 있다. 또한, 기업이미지는 조직구성원의 혁신행동과 기업성 과를 향상시키고, 조직구성원의 혁신행동은 기업성과를 증대시킬 수 있는 선행요인으로 볼 수 있다.
This study aims to examine the relationship between the creating shared value of hotel companies and the corporate image and the innovation behavior and corporate performance due to the recent expansion of corporate social roles. For the analysis, a survey was conducted on employees of hotel companies, and 217 of the 250 collected data were used for the final analysis, excluding 33 unfaithful data. For empirical analysis, SPSS v.23 and AMOS v.23 statistical programs were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1 was supported on the effect of hotel companies' CSV activities on corporate image. Second, hypothesis 2 was supported on the effect of hotel companies' CSV activities on the innovative behavior of organizational members. Third, hypothesis 3 on the effect of hotel companies' CSV activities on corporate performance was supported. Fourth, hypothesis 4 and hypothesis 5 were also supported as the effect of corporate image on member innovation behavior and corporate performance were found to have a statistically significant effect. Finally, hypothesis 6 was also supported as the effect of members' innovation behavior on corporate performance was found to have a statistically significant effect. Summarizing the above results, it can be seen that the CSV activities of hotel companies are factors that improve the corporate image and corporate performance and promote innovation behavior of organizational members. In addition, the corporate image can be seen as a prerequisite for improving the innovation behavior and corporate performance of organizational members and the innovation behavior of organizational members can increase corporate performance.

현재 국내 공항은 스마트공항의 완성단계에 있으며, 본 연구에서는 스마트공항 이용객의 지각된 혜택과 희생이 지각된 가치와 공동가치 제안 의도 그리고 정보공유 의도의 영향 관계에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구를 수 행하기 위해 최근 1년 이내 국내 스마트공항을 이용한 경험이 있는 탑승객을 대상으로 2022년 03월 15일 부터 04월 30일까지 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 총 310부를 대상으로 최종 분석을 수행하였고, SPSS v.23 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석하였고, AMOS v.23 프로그램을 활용하 여 확인적 요인분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트공항의 지각된 유용 성, 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 기술성, 지각된 비용 모두 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 1은 채택되었다. 둘째, 스마트공항의 지각된 가치는 공동가치 제안 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타나 가설 2는 채택되었다. 셋째, 스마트공항의 지각된 가치는 정보공유 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 3도 채택되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 스마트공항 운영에 관한 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
Currently, domestic airports are in the completion stage of smart airports, and in this study, we examined the relationship between the perceived benefits and perceived sacrifices of smart airport users in perceived value, intention to co-create, and information sharing intention. In order to conduct the study, an online survey was conducted from March 15 to April 30, 2022 for passengers who have experienced using domestic smart airports within the last year. A total of 310 copies were analyzed using SPSS v.23 program for the final analysis: frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis. Besides, the confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using AMOS v.23 program. the results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1 was adopted that the perceived usefulness, perceived pleasure, perceived technicality, and perceived cost of smart airports had significant effect on perceived value. second, hypothesis 2 was adopted due to the positive effects of perceived value of smart airports on intention to co-create. Third, hypothesis 3 was adopted as the perceived value of smart airports was found to have a significant positive effect on information sharing intention. Based on these findings, this study suggests strategic implications for smart airport operation.
기업가정신과 조직몰입, 직무만족 이직 의도와의 영향 관계 : 호텔기업을 중심으로 KCI 등재

This study has the purpose of analyzing the influencing relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention with the entrepreneurship of the hotel and investigating a mediated effect of organizational commitment between entrepreneurship, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. For achieving this purpose, we established workers of above a five-star hotel in Seoul as a population of this study and extracted 282 copies of specimen at all through convenience sampling method among Non-probability sampling methods and used it for final analysis. Programs we used for statistical analysis were SPSS v.23 and AMOS v.23 and we did fluency analysis, validity and believability analysis, and analysis of paths. Examining the result of the study, first, the entrepreneurship of the hotel has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, it has a positive effect on job satisfaction but can't have it on turnover intention. Third, we can find that organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction but has a negative effect on turnover intention. Finally, we can check that organizational commitment functions as a medium in the relationship between the entrepreneurship of hotels, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Through this result, we want to provide a clue for solving problems of managing a personnel organization, which is the main cause for occupying sustainable competitive advantages of the hotel business.
스마트공항의 긍정적 기술 준비도와 통합된 기술수용이론, 정보공유의도의 영향관계 KCI 등재

With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution and the advanced aviation industry, smart airports have been immerged as a new trend. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online communication has been the mainstream of the service sector; smart airports have reached near completion. For this study, the researcher investigated the interrelationships between airport users’ well-preparedness in technology, integrated technology acceptance theory, and information sharing. For the past two years, 370 survey questionnaires were collected from smart airport users; to validate analytical methods, 354 responses were analyzed except for 16 unqualified data. The researcher used statistics programs such as SPSS (version 22) and AMOS (version 22) to measure frequency, validity, reliability analysis, and route analysis. The result findings are as follows. Sub-factors of well-preparedness, such as optimism and trustworthiness, primarily affect performance expectation, attempt anticipation, social influence, and facilitating conditions; however, optimism is analyzed as ineffective for facilitating conditions. Besides, all sub-variables for integrated technology acceptance affect information sharing intentions. The research confirmed variables influential on the technological acceptance of smart airport users based on research findings. Therefore, this study has significant implications for strategies in smart airports.

The purpose of this study is to look into the current process how smart airports are established. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a survey was conducted on those who have used one or more smart devices such as Self check-in, Self Bag-drop, boarding automation, and automatic immigration inspection by using smart airports within the last 18 months. The survey was conducted from July 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020, and 328 copies were used for empirical analysis. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 program were used to analyze the data collected for this study. To summarize the analysis results, the six sub-variants of the extended theory of integrated technology acceptance—expectation of performance, social influence, conditions for promotion, motivation for pleasure, and price effectiveness-were all analyzed to have a positive effect on airport satisfaction. Second, of the six sub-parameters of the extended theory of integrated technology acceptance, facilitation conditions and pleasure motivations were found to have no positive effect on the trust in airports. Third, satisfaction in airports was analyzed to have a positive effect on the intend to use. Fourth, trust in airports was analyzed to have a positive effect on the intent to use. Based on these findings, the government needs to actively support the introduction of smart airports as in the case of Incheon International Airport, and airport operators need to determine whether it should be introduced in the long term, not in the short term.
관광 소셜미디어의 러브마크경험이 브랜드동일시, 관계품질 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 KCI 등재

This study aimed to find out the effect of users’ lovemarks formed in tourism social media on behavior intention regarding tourist attractions, brand identification, and relative quality after experiencing the attractions. It figured out the effect on behavior intention including intention to use continuously, and intention to share information through the sensible connection with social media users, analyzed the influential relationship to see it could lead to confidence and satisfaction by brand identification, and examined the influential relationship with behaviors through social media brand identification and relationship quality. To this end, an online survey targeting people who had made domestic and overseas trips in the past 18 months was conducted. Out of a total of 330 questionnaires collected, 316 were used for the final analysis. SPSS v.22 and AMOS v.22 were used as statistical programs, and the frequency analysis to figure out the respondents’ general characteristics, the validity and reliability analyses regarding the measuring instruments, the analysis of correlation between the constructs, and the path analysis for hypothesis testing were carried out. The results showed that lovemarks had an effect on brand identification, relationship quality and behavior intention and that brand identification and relationship quality had an effect on behavior intention. Based on them, academic and practical implications were drawn.
기술수용모델(TAM)을 적용한 소셜미디어 관광정보경험이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 KCI 등재

In this study, we are trying to identify the impact of social media tourist information experience on the intent of continuous use by applying the technology acceptance model. To achieve the purpose of the research, we conducted theoretical research and empirical research at the same time. Also, this study included those who had domestic and foreign travel experience over the past year and those who had explored and acquired tourist information through social media. A total of 290 samples were used for the final analysis. The statistical tests used the SPSS v.21 and AMOS v.21 programs to perform frequency analysis, feasibility and reliability analysis of measurement tools, and path analysis for statistical hypothesis testing. The results are as followed: First, it is shown that all the sub-factors of tourist information experience on social media have a positive influence on cognitive usefulness. Second, emotional experience among social media tourist information experience is found that there is no significant impact on cognitive ease. Third, cognitive usefulness is shown to have a significant positive effect on the intent of continuous use. Fourth, cognitive ease of use is shown to have a significant positive effect on the intent of continuous use. Based on these results, we present practical and academic implications.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perfectionist tendencies of airline cabin crews on job stress, psychological burnout, and turnover intention. Airline cabin crews work in-flight to pursue a more complete and trouble-free work process. Crew members are exposed in a variety of abnormal situations and are held to standards of perfection, which makes them subjected to job stress and psychological burnout. In addition, the researcher predicted that turnover intention would be affected if such job stress and psychological burnout occurred. Based on these predictions, a survey was conducted to total of 204 domestic airline cabin crews to design and verify the research model, The results of the study are as follows. First, the perfectionist tendencies of airline cabin crews had an effect on job stress. Second, the propensity of airline cabin crews to follow standards of perfection had an effect on psychological burnout. Third, the job stress of airline cabin crews had an effect on turnover intention. Fourth, the psychological burnout of airline cabin crews had an effect on turnover intention. The results of the study present suggestions on how to focus and manage net functions rather than focusing on the adverse functions of the perfectionism of airline cabin crews. The results also suggest implications for airline human resource management.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of customer incivility experienced by cabin crew on job stress, turnover intention, and emotional depletion. We have reviewed the relationship between these variables based on literature studies, and we suggest new implications in terms of job performance and organizational management capabilities of aircraft cabin crew. For an empirical analysis, 250 questionnaires were distributed to cabin crews of two domestic major airlines. 193 of them were used for final analysis. SPSS 18.0 version and AMOS 18.0 version were used to perform frequency analysis, reliability, validity analysis, and path analysis. As a result of empirical analysis, five out of five hypotheses presented in this study were verified to be significant. However, there has not been a study about the cabin crew of the domestic LCC airline, which should be covered by further study. The study should take into account various situations such as the working conditions and environment of the cabin crew.

This study aims to investigate the influence of the hierarchical organizational culture of the airline cabin crew on the organization’s atmosphere, service orientation, and turnover intention. To this end, an online questionnaire was given to members of cabin crews that were currently working for an airline. A total of 214 copies of the online questionnaire were used for the study. Empirical results showed that the hierarchical organizational culture of an airline cabin crew had a significant impact on the bullying atmosphere and turnover intention, but did not affect service orientation. The bullying atmosphere was shown to have an effect on service orientation and turnover intention. The study also examined the mediating effect of the bullying atmosphere on the relationship between the hierarchical organizational culture, service orientation, and turnover intention. As a result, it had a completely mediating effect on service orientation and a partially mediating effect on turnover intention. Based on the results of the empirical analysis, the implications of the study have been suggested to have an impact on the industry.

Airlines provide customers services through cabin crews, a medium of human resources. Ultimately, the rapport built through the relationship with the cabin crews at a service site is an important factor related to the effective performance of an airline, as airlines’ main focus is on customer satisfaction. This study involved 226 airline passengers who have experienced international air travel, and the impact of cabin crews' communication styles on rapport, customer satisfaction, and long-term trade orientation was investigated. The results showed that, first, among the different communication styles of airline cabin crews, cooperative communication had a positive impact on building rapport. Second, professional communication was found to have a positive impact on building rapport. Third, rapport positively affected customer satisfaction and long-term trade orientation. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a highly significant impact on long-term trade orientation for airlines. Lastly, it was found that customer satisfaction had some mediating effect in the relationship between rapport and long-term trade orientation. The results of this study have significant implications, as they suggest the importance of rapport-building with customers in airline services and the future direction for service development.

The purpose of this study is to enrich career guidance for current aviation service major undergraduate students who will be the future driving force of the aviation industry. The study aims to seek out social and institutional support that can effectively promote career preparation and self-efficacious career decision for undergraduates as well as to establish educational and practical guidelines and resource for future career guidance. Drawing on previous literature on the four variables of social support, selfefficacious career decision, career preparatory behavior and the career deciding stage, this research constructed a research model based on a survey targeting undergraduates studying aviation service. The survey and analysis resulted partial confirmation of the first hypothesis, which predicted the positive impact of social support on self-efficacious career decision. The second hypothesis on the positive impact of social support on career preparation and the third hypothesis on the impact of self-efficacious career decision on career preparatory were both partially confirmed. There is a gap in research addressing career-related factors and social support of undergraduates studying a specific major. As undergraduates advance into industries, it is critical to survey and measure the impact of career-related variables on the individual and social level so that industries can reasonably respond and provide support to the upcoming labor force.
오존-마이크로버블-열수 처리한 세절 도라지의 품질 및 저장성

세절 도라지의 선도 연장을 위한 연구로 세절 도라지를 마이크로버블을 처리함과 동시에 $55^{\circ}C$ 물에 열수처리하고 저장 기간 연장을 조사하기 위하여 고산소/고이산화탄소 MAP를 처리한 후 10일간 저장하면서 미생물수, 색상 및 관능적 품질 변화를 조사하였다. 마이크로버블-열수처리는 세절 도라지의 일반세균수, 진균류수, 장내세균수, 대장균군수의 감소를 보였으며 특히 장내세균수와 대장균군수는 2 log CFU/g 이상의 감소 효과를 나타냄으로써 미생물 제어 효과가 뚜렷이 나타났다. 저장 중 고산소/고이산화탄소 MAP 포장은 호기성균의 성장은 억제하는 것으로 나타났으나 혐기성균에 속하는 장내세균과 대장균군은 저장기간이 증가할수록 증식하는 것으로 확인되었다. 시판 도라지와 동일한 방법으로서 침지 후 PP 포장한 세절 도라지와 본 연구에서 제안한 OMH 처리 후 고산소/고이산화탄소 MAP 처리한 세절 도라지의 저장 중 표면 색도를 분석한 결과 황색도 b값이 유의적인 변화를 보여주었으며 OMH-MAP 처리한 세절 도라지의 b값은 저장 10일째의 수준이 일반 포장 도라지의 4일째 수준과 유사하였다. 또한 관능적 평가에서, OMH-MAP 처리한 세절 도라지에 대한 관능적 평가에서 향과 종합적 기호도의 변화는 Control 처리구 보다 낮아 품질의 신선도가 기존의 세절 도라지 세척 및 포장방법과 비교하여 3일 이상 연장됨을 확인하였다. 이상의 품질 변화 특징을 종합하여 $5^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 세절 도라지의 기호도와 가장 높은 상관관계를 가지는 인자를 분석한 결과, 향과 대장균군이 가장 높은 상관도를 보였고 OMH-MAP 처리한 세절 도라지의 기호도는 향과 대장균군으로 전체 모형의 94%와 76%를 설명할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 마이크로버블-열수 세척을 하여 세절 도라지를 고산소/고이산화탄소 MAP 포장하는 것이 세절 도라지의 저장유통 중 품질 유지에 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.
The quality and shelf life of sliced root of Platycodon grandiflorum (Doraji) treated by ozon-microbubble-heat shock (OMH) were investigated by combining modified-atmosphere packaging [MAP, ($50%O_2+15%CO_2+35%N_2$)]. The study was based on microbiological (total viable bacteria, fungi, Enterobacteriaceae and coliforms numbers), physicochemical and sensory changes. OMH treatment was effective in reducing microbial populations of the sliced Doraji, especially Enterobacteriaceae and coliforms reduced by 2 log CFU/g. However OMH-MAP treatment remained the aerobe and fungi numbers. Regarding the color, OMH-MAP delayed the change of Hunter $b^*$ and the sliced Doraji by OMH-MAP treatment exhibited lower decrease of flavor and overall acceptability compared to those by polypropylene packaging after tap water treatment (Control). The OMH and $50%O_2+15%CO_2$ MAP treatment gave better sensory quality and extended shelf-life for sliced Doraji (~3 days longer shelf-life than Control). Flavor was significantly related to overall acceptability at both Control and OMH-MAP, whereas total coliforms prevalence was associated with overall acceptability at only OMH-MAP. Therefore microbubble-heat shock treatment may improve microbial safety and sliced Doraji by OMH treatment can stored under $50%O_2+15%CO_2$ treatment for up to 7 days. Thus, OMH and MAP treatment may be used in maintaining the storage quality and marketability of sliced Doraji.
메타버스 관광 패러다임 전환에 대한 사회문화적 의미 고찰: 강릉메타버스체험관 사례를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 메타버스 관광 패러다임 전환에 대하여 포스트구조주의와 시뮬라크르 관점을 통해 사회문화적 의미를 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 메타버스 관광 체험의 의미와 본질을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 강릉메타버스체험관을 방문한 11명의 관광자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터는 Colaizzi의 현상학 연구방법을 적용하여 메타버스 관광 체험의 본질적 의미를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 36개의 주제, 15개의 주제 모음과‘가상과 현실의 경계 모호성’, ‘확장된 시공간적 경험’, ‘감각적 몰입과 체현된 경험’, ‘사회적 상호작용의 변화’, ‘진정성에 대한 재해석’의 5개의 범주로 도출되었다. 그러나 이 연구는 연구 대상의 단일화로 다양한 메타버스 관광 현상을 포괄하지 못하였고, 제한된 연구 참여자로 인구통계학적 특징을 고려하지 않고있어 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 메타버스 관광이 단순한 디지털 전환에 따른 변화가 아닌 관광 산업 분야의 패러다임 전환임을 규명하였으며 이를 바탕으로학술적·실무적 시사점이 제시되었다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the sociocultural meaning of the metaverse tourism paradigm shift through poststructuralism and simulacrum perspectives and to understand the essence of metaverse tourism experiences. Data were collected by in-depth interviews of eleven tourists who visited the Gangneung Metaverse Experience Center and analyzed using Colaizzi’s phenomenological method. The analysis revealed 36 themes, 15 thematic clusters, and 5 categories: ambiguous boundary between virtual reality and reality, extended spatiotemporal experience, sensor y immersion and embodied experience, changes in social interaction, and reinterpretation of authenticity. This study demonstrates that metaverse tourism is not merely a digital transformation, but a fundamental paradigm shift in the tourism industry. The limitations include the focus on a single experience center and the limited demographic range of the participants. These findings provide academic insights into the theoretical framework of metaverse tourism and practical implications for tourism development and suggest directions for future research on various types of metaverse tourism experiences and economic business models.
