본 연구는 최근 증가하고 있는 베트남 유학생, 특히 부산 지역 대학에 재 학 중인 베트남 유학생들의 유학 동기를 ‘Push(배출)-Pull(흡인)’ 이론을 적 용하여 심층적으로 분석하였으며, 이를 위해 부산 지역 B대학교 대학원에 재학 중인 베트남 유학생들을 대상으로 설문조사 및 통계 분석을 실시하여 이들의 유학 결정에 영향을 미친 주요 요인들을 파악하였고, 이러한 분석 결과는 향후 효과적인 유학생 유치 및 지원 정책 수립에 필요한 실질적인 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다. 연구 결과, 한국 유학을 결정하는 데 있어 주요 흡인 요인으로는 ‘한국 문화에 대한 높은 호감도’와 ‘희망 전공의 존재’가 꼽혔으며, ‘양국 간 우호 적 관계’ 및 ‘지리적 접근성’도 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부산을 유학지로 선택하는 데에는 ‘타 지역 대비 저렴한 생활비’와 ‘다양한 장학금 혜택’과 같은 경제적 이점이 주요 흡인 요인으로 확인되었다. 한편, 유학생들은 한국 유학 생활 전반에 걸쳐 높은 만족도를 보였으나, ‘유학생에 대한 잠재적 차별 문제’와 ‘졸업 후 한국 내 취업의 어려움’에 대 해 상당한 우려를 나타냈다. 이러한 실증 분석 결과는 부산 지역 대학이 베 트남 유학생 유치 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 맞춤형 지원책 마련과 더불어, 유학생에 대한 차별 해소 노력 및 취업 연계 시스템 구축이 중요하다는 점 을 시사한다. 향후 연구에서는 연구 대상을 확대하여 표본의 대표성을 높 이고, 유학 동기 외에도 다양한 주제에 대한 심층 후속 연구가 요구된다.

This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the motivations of the rapidly increasing number of Vietnamese international students, particularly those attending universities in the Busan area, by applying the ‘Push-Pull’ theory. To achieve this, a survey and statistical analysis were performed on Vietnamese graduate students enrolled at B University in Busan to identify the key factors influencing their decision to study abroad. The findings reveal that the most critical pull factors for choosing Korea were a ‘strong affinity for Korean culture’ and the ‘availability of desired academic majors.’ ‘Favorable bilateral relations’ and ‘geographical proximity’ also played significant roles. Conversely, economic factors such as study expenses and part-time job opportunities were of relatively lower priority for selecting Korea itself. However, when choosing Busan as their specific study destination, ‘lower living costs compared to other regions’ and ‘diverse scholarship benefits’ emerged as the most influential economic incentives. While students expressed high overall satisfaction with their study abroad experience in Korea, significant concerns were raised regarding ‘potential discrimination against international students’ and ‘difficulties in securing post-graduation employment in Korea.’ This empirical study suggests that for Busan universities to enhance their competitiveness in attracting Vietnamese students, it is crucial to develop tailored support measures, with a particular focus on addressing discrimination and establishing robust employment support systems. Future research should aim to improve sample representativeness by including a broader range of students and explore in-depth topics beyond initial motivations.

In the era of artificial intelligence, the need for cross-linguistic communication has led to the development of various automatic translation applications that support daily activities. Translation supported by AI tools is emerging as a potential foundation for new approaches to foreign language education. Language teachers today are required to find effective ways to integrate these technologies into their classrooms and use them creatively. The application of AI translation tools in Vietnamese language classes for Korean learners is part of this growing trend. Within this context, the present article compares and analyzes translations from Korean to Vietnamese to explore the use of AI tools in Vietnamese language teaching for Korean learners. By examining translation outputs generated by ChatGPT and by human translators, the article offers insights and suggestions regarding the target learners, the role of teachers, and the criteria for selecting appropriate texts for use in the classroom.

Thời đại trí tuệ nhân tạo hiện nay, nhu cầu được hiểu biết, thông suốt giữa các ngôn ngữ đã là bối cảnh cho sự ra đời của nhiều ứng dụng dịch thuật tự động nhằm hỗ trợ cho các hoạt động thường ngày của con người. Trong thời đại này, dịch thuật với sự hỗ trợ của các công cụ AI có thể trở thành phương tiện để xây dựng các phương pháp giảng dạy ngoại ngữ mới. Theo đó, những người làm công tác giảng dạy ngoại ngữ cần tìm kiếm mối quan hệ cùng tồn tại và trang bị cho mình khả năng sử dụng những công cụ này một cách sáng tạo trong lớp học. Ứng dụng công cụ hỗ trợ dịch thuật AI trong lớp học tiếng Việt dành cho người học là người Hàn Quốc cũng nằm trong xu thế tương tự. Dựa trên bối cảnh đó, bài báo này so sánh và phân tích kết quả dịch thuật các văn bản từ tiếng Hàn sang tiếng Việt để đưa ra một số ý kiến về ứng dụng công cụ dịch thuật AI trong giảng dạy tiếng Việt cho người học là người Hàn Quốc. Sau khi so sánh và phân tích các văn bản dịch thuật do ChatGPT và do con người tác nghiệp, bài báo đã đưa ra một số ý kiến thảo luận và đề xuất liên quan đến đối tượng người học, vai trò của giáo viên và định hướng lựa chọn văn bản dịch thuật để sử dụng trong quá trình giảng dạy tiếng Việt cho người học là người Hàn Quốc.

본 연구는 베트남전쟁을 경험한 9살 난 베트남 아동의 삶의 경험을 내러 티브 탐구 방법으로 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 첫째, 유년기에 경험한 베 트남전쟁의 기억이 성인이 된 지금까지의 어떻게 남아있는지에 대해 고찰 하고 둘째, 전쟁이라는 극한 환경 속에 가족 구성원의 역할과 책임을 조명 해 보고 셋째, 전쟁이 남긴 트라우마를 과거에 두지 않고 현재 그리고 미래 의 시간으로 참여자 방식대로 극복해 나가는 삶을 통합적으로 들여다보았다. 기존의 베트남전쟁에 참여했던 군인들의 시각으로 연구된 논문들과는 다르게 평범한 아이가 기억하는 “전쟁”을 다시 말하기(Retelling) 하면서 전 쟁의 폭력성을 전달하고자 하였다. 더욱이 참여자 개인의 “경험”이 전달하 는 가치와 의미를 이해하며 연구자로서 다시 살기( Reliving)를 깨닫는 기회였다.

This study analyzed the life experiences of 9-year-old Vietnamese child who experienced the Vietnam War through a Narrative Inquiry method. Through this study, first, it examines how the memories of the Vietnam War experienced in childhood remain until now as an adult, second, it highlights the roles and responsibilities of family members in the extreme environment of war, and third, it examines the life of overcoming the trauma left by the war in the present and future time in the way of participants. Unlike papers studied from the perspective of soldiers who participated in the Vietnam War, it was intended to convey the violence of war by retelling the "war" that from ordinary child’s memory. Moreover, it was an opportunity to understand the value and meaning of individual's "experiences" and to realize “reliving” as a researcher.

본 연구는 응웬옥뜨의 『끝없는 벌판』이 사회주의 리얼리즘의 전형적 서사 구조에서 어떻게 벗어나는지를 중심으로, 이 작품의 문학적 의의를 고 찰하고자 한다. 『끝없는 벌판』은 베트남 사회의 가난과 결핍, 유목적 디아 스포라의 삶, 문명으로부터의 소외라는 주제를 다루면서도, 계급 현실의 모순을 직접 환기하거나 사회주의 이념의 낙관적 전망을 제시하지 않는다. 특히 이 작품은 사회주의 리얼리즘이 요구하는 계급 중심의 서사 구조로 환원하지 않고 인간 내면의 복합성과 정동의 흐름, 그리고 관계 회복의 가능성에 주목하는 서사 전략을 보여준다. 본고는 세 가지 분석 축을 통해 이 작품을 살펴보았다. 첫째, 성적 윤리적 문제를 계급 구조 보다는 가부장제 의 폭력성과 연결시켜 여성성과 가족의 해체 문제를 드러낸다. 둘째, 유목 적 디아스포라의 삶의 형식은 계급적 착취구조에 의한 수동적 도피가 아 닌, 정동적 성장과 인간성 회복의 장치로 기능한다. 셋째, 반복되는 무기력 한 일상 속에서도 남매가 타자-되기를 통해 폭력적 세계를 해체하고 새로 운 세대의 계보를 예고함으로써, 기존 사회주의 리얼리즘이 제시하지 못한 문학적 가능성을 제시한다.

This study examines how Nguyen Ngoc Tu’s 『The Endless Field』 departs from the conventional narrative framework of socialist realism, aiming to explore the literary significance of the work. While the novel addresses themes such as poverty, deprivation, nomadic life, and alienation from civilization in Vietnamese society, it does not directly invoke class contradictions or propose an optimistic vision aligned with socialist ideology. Instead, it adopts narrative strategies that move away from the class-centered structures demanded by socialist realism, focusing instead on the complexity of human affect and the potential for relational recovery. This paper explores the novel in three analytical aspects. First, it connects sexual and moral issues not to class structure but to patriarchal violence, thereby revealing the disintegration of femininity and family. Second, the form of nomadic diasporic life functions not as a passive escape from class exploitation, but as a mechanism for affective growth and the recovery of humanity. Third, even within the repetition of a powerless daily life, the siblings’ process of becoming-other dismantles a violent world and suggests a new genealogical narrative. Through these post-typical narrative strategies, the novel opens up new literary possibilities beyond the limits of traditional socialist realism.
