The objective of this study was to explore the effects of OJT on their job satisfaction and job performance among eyelash service workers, thus making a contribution towards greater awareness about the importance of OJT in the growth of the eyelash service industry. The results showed that the higher the perceptions among eyelash service workers on hands-on activities, instructors, and the acquisition of the certificate were, the higher their job satisfaction was, while the higher the perceptions on study on theories, instructors, and the acquisition of the certificate, the higher their job performance was. In addition, it was revealed that the higher their job satisfaction, the higher their job performance. The major implication was that OJT may play an important role in increasing their job satisfaction and job performance. Another implication was that greater emphasis on improved quality of instructors and merits from a certificate is strongly needed to increase their job satisfaction and performance.

This study evaluated previous studies about variables related to skin knowledge and skin health care activities of men in order to compare and contrast the difference between men and women's skin care method and preference, thus suggesting the research orientation for future aesthetics industry. The discussion about previous studies suggested that the knowledge and interest of skin health give new understandings about the necessity of skin management and affect skin care activities. More men are knocking the doors of men's skin care centers since appearance now not only affect women but also men, and in this competitive society, taking care of the looks raises one's competitiveness and self esteem. The skin care researches targeted only women, but considering that men are now having positive interest in skin, the researches about plans and detailed men skin care are still insufficient. When individual tendency and preference are acknowledged, customized programs are developed, and customer's management urge aroused, it will have affect positively not only the self-skin care activities but also customer attraction from both genders. More researches are still to be carried out.

As the globalization sharply expands all over the world and the population moves a lot, the number of women emigrating from other countries is augmented because of the increase in international marriage and foreign students. 10 years ago, the Korean society was a single-race nation and shared homogeneity that only the Koreans have. In 2011, the total number of marriage was 329,087. 29,762 of which were made internationally (National Statistical Office, 2012). It amounts to 9% out of total newly weds and indicates that a tenth is international couples(NSO, 2012). Based on the fact that the migrated women is increasing, this study will perform comparative analyses on the awareness and the preference of Korean and migrated females for the hair treatment. Those women are important members and new consumers of Korean society. Thus, it would be better to analyze the hair care awareness and preference that is reflecting tastes of migrated women and set various marketing strategies based on this research. The increase in the foreign females indicates that new social members related to the beauty industry are augmented. Therefore, the study suggest to establish brand-new and varied marketing plans that consider their tendencies and needs to prepare for this trend.

This study indicates high correlation between hair style and pre/post self-satisfaction in his/her hair style, satisfaction in beauty salon and customer satisfaction by investigating general characteristic of respondents, recognition of hair style, degree of importance, preference and type of hair design. And this study is to provide information used to cater to customer’s needs for hair style. The survey, targeting person (age from teens to fifties) who lives in Seoul, Kyeongi-do and so on, was conducted from 2013 April 15 to May 16 by distributing 400 questionnaires (Total 374 questionnaires were returned). Among the returned questionnaires, 374 questionnaires were used for statistic analysis, except 26 questionnaires. The actual proof analysis of this study (which was analyzed by Statistics process SPSS WIN 18.0 program) has been proved by 5% significance level. The main statistic methodologies utilized in order to prove the hypothesis were verification of reliability, investigation of frequency, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result of this analysis is as below; First, a different degree of customer’s service satisfaction was found in general characteristic of respondents. Second, a different degree of customer’s service satisfaction was found in recognition of hair style and design. Third, an influence of hair style’s importance and preference on customer’s service satisfaction was found Fourth, an influence of satisfaction in hair salon on customer’s service satisfaction was found. Fifth, a difference was found in self-satisfaction in pre/post hair style.

Make-up has been developed as a way to fulfill esthetic desire which is the most primitive instinct of human being and experimental as well as creative sense of art make-up that combined surrealistic art has been expressed visually in various ways. The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics of and relation between art make-up and surrealistic art by making an analysis on the distinguishing tendency for research of art make-up by understanding characteristics of surrealistic art through consideration of surrealism artistic theory shown in art makeup. Characteristics of surrealism shown in art make-up are as follows. First, art make-up is suitable for expressing surrealism as creative and pictorial field undeterred by subject, method and material of expression. Second, characteristics of expressive technique of surrealism are position turning and automatism, and its expressive factors are classified by the color, texture, shape and space, and aesthetic characteristics can be subdivided into anti-legitimacy, dissolution of aesthetic consciousness, unconscious world, mystique and abstractness. Third, in art make-up, color shows unrealistic world by expressing the sense of space together with surrealistic expression effect and texture suggests a visually strange effect by distorting experience of conventional texture. As shown in the above, surrealistic techniques and surrealistic formative elements are frequently utilized as they have a thread of connection with characteristics of art make-up, which exerts a substantial influence in expanding expressive effect of art make-up. Surrealistic characteristics shown in art make-up intend to provide creative idea and new perspective with design and formative characteristic of art make-up, and realistic expression through the significance of materials, formative elements and expressive techniques, the beauty of design and computer work shall be developed much more for the degree of completion of works.

We are living in the modern society where mass media has been quickly promoted. Especially, teenagers and university students are playing a great role in the whole field of life due to a high dependence on the Internet and smartphone. This study was intended to figure out a difference in the hair styling by the use of mass media, an interest and imitation of pop stars' hairstyle. Significant factors were the Internet use motivation and time. When teenagers and university students were mainly playing a game or shopping through the Internet, the use motivation gave them an great interest and imitation. And the more use time gave them an great interest and imitation. They placed the most importance on clothes, figure, makeup and hairstyle out of appearance management activities of those surveyed. Consequently, this study has an limitation of low frequency in analyzing the relationship with a single item of hairstyle.

It can be said that the history of cosmetics is that of mankind. Cosmetics have developed seamlessly from simple functional techniques to practical knowledge. High schools, colleges, universities and graduate schools have established school subjects related to cosmetics. Cosmetics education has grown quantitatively, but are not so satisfactorily from the aspects of cultivating and providing cosmetics professionals. Therefore, now is the time when all cosmetics professionals should make an effort to solve these problems. The purpose of this research is to maximize the efficiency of education by suggesting some improvement methods after surveying curriculums in high schools related to cosmetics. As a research method, a questionnaire was used for second and third grade students in four high schools (two are in Incheon, and two are in Seoul, effective data: 739 copies) and graduates and college students (effective data: 63 copies), and cosmetics teachers (effective data: 51 copies). The resulting improvements are outlined below. Firstly, more efficient education can be expected, if the overall frame of operating curricula is set by the government and each school automatically plans education appropriate for its own environment as in the cases of other advanced nations. Secondly, to meet the needs of continuing education to be continued after graduation, necessary studies in terms of theories and practices are required to be done to help them perform playing their efficient field roles. Thirdly, as an improvement in job environments, reasonable wages and working conditions shall be given appropriate for professionals in order for them to have pride in their professions and hopeful futures. Fourthly, continuous training opportunities shall be given to other teachers having majored in other subjects than cosmetics for their improvement and the supply of teachers. Fifthly, students shall be able to replenish their short special lessons by using practice classrooms after school classes and by attending supplementary classes.

This study try to provide the overall understanding of the comprehensive review of recent research related to sports center's service quality, customer satisfaction, customer behavioral intentions to scholars and practitioners and sports center for customer-facing issues that should be addressed in future research by raising implications for future research was conducted to raise. Service improvement in sports center can be expected to significant affect customer satisfaction, purchasing behavior and support the large number of studies were performed. In this study, the service quality of sport centers were investigated such as focusing on the relationship with customer satisfaction and customer behavioral intentions, purchasing behavior. The formulation of the concept of service quality still was not clear in Sports Center. measurement tool of relation of service quality and customer vary according to the researchers that have been proposed. Shown in previous studies, variables of service quality is customer satisfaction, customer behavior intention, repurchase intention was to affect variety of back. Customer satisfaction is a key factor in marketing, the current consumer movement is the key to solving the consumer dissatisfaction. That commercial sports facilities, sports center ultimate goal is seeking profit of company through customer satisfaction. Primarily effective marketing strategy in response to a competitive environment and customer satisfaction and to provoke repurchase intention should be developed in order to the success of a comprehensive sports facilities for the purpose of profit.

모발관련 교과에 근거한 헤어미용 교육과정 개발

study is intended to improve a curriculum for the development of hair beauty textbooks at beauty-related colleges. The status of a hair beauty subject designated as the current major subject for co pleting a teaching course was analyzed through the curriculum for beauty-related departments. And the status of hair beauty textbooks was also analyzed through the class syllabus. In addition, a survey of learners' needs and interests was carried out to organize the contents of hair beauty textbooks. For the purpose of research, the contents of hair-related textbooks were classified by understanding hair-related subjects suggested on the curriculum for 26 beauty-related departments at four-year universities, and the relationship between hair beauty unit and applied hair unit at high schools was analyzed to prescribe the contents of hair beauty subjects offered in 16 four-year universities. For the methods of research, literature research and survey research were aimed at 19 four-year universities offering hair-related subjects of beauty-related departments at 26 four-year universities. The curriculum, 26 hair-related textbooks and class syllabus in 13 four-year universities offering hair beauty subjects were gathered for the objects of research. And 2 beauty-related universities were sampled to carry out a survey to 267 students from beauty-related departments in relation to the necessity of hair beauty textbooks and the organization of hair beauty subjects. Data research for literature research was conducted from January to September, 2012, and survey research was conducted for one month until October, 2012. The SPSS. v. 17.0 was used for data analysis. Data research for literature research showed that hair-related subjects were classified into statements based on trichology in hair department, applied hair. The trichology was prescribed as the ecology, type, microstructure, property, damage and treatment of hair. The necessity of continuous research had a relationship with the contents of unit identical to applied hair by analyzing the unit of hair beauty textbooks at hgh schools in relation to applied hair. Survey research showed that the interests in unit models and the needs of textbooks, which had been mainly reconstructed with learners, were high. Consequently, this study seeks to put forward basic data to achieve an educational goal of beauty departments at four-year universities, cultivation of beauticians and beauty educators.

The population of hair loss in Korea was about 10 million, according to the recent data released by the Health Insurance & Assessment Service. It is estimated that 1 person of 5 people will be a alopecia patient. The number of alopecia patients in their 20s∼30s is increasing every year(WOW TV news, Don't make light of alopecia areata. 2013). There is a growing social interest in and recognition of scalp hair treatment as the increase in scalp hair-related centers and clinics, which is being raised as the needs for nurturing scalp hair specialists and scalp hair-related subjects are being offered in beauty-related colleges at the same time. This study is intended to analyze job models of scalp hair specialists based on the system of the curriculum and educational contents standardized by job analysis on scalp hair treatment. The DACUM method was used to select 10 scalp hair specialists who have 5 or more years of experience in the scalp hair-related field. To figure out the level of educational needs, a DACUM research chart was completed, and a survey was carried out to 25 scalp hair specialists. The results of this study were as follows. Scalp hair specialists' job was 22 duties and 166 tasks, and it was divided into the knowledge, skill and competence fields to identify worker-centered job models. While the level of educational needs based on the identified job models showed a high importance, difficulty and frequency in the skill field, it was low in the knowledge and competence fields. The educational state of scalp hair-related curriculum showed that it was necessary to establish the systematic curriculum. Main textbooks in the class syllabus related to it were of great importance in the skill field, which the balanced teaching-learning should be conducted in the knowledge and competence fields. Consequently, this study attempts to furnish basic data to lay the foundations of an independent study distinguishing scalp hair-related curriculum from other fields in beauty-related departments by analyzing scalp hair specialists' job.

This paper is purposed to study on the Differences of Job Satisfaction of Hair & Skin Care Cosmetologist. The research methods are survey with 240 persons & statistics analysis such as crossing, factor, regression analysis using SPSS V.14. The results are as belows; 1. job satisfactions are reduced by three factors ① systematic & environmental factor, ② psychological & relational factor, ③ amount of working factor. 2. There are differences of democratic characteristics of hair & skin care cosmetologist. 3. There are differences of job satisfaction of hair & skin care cosmetologist. 4. There are the characteristics of differences of job satisfactions of hair & skin care cosmetologist. Job satisfaction of skin care cosmetologists' is much more than that of hair cosmetologists' in all over the items.

This study has an objective to contribute to the development of beauty market through the intensive research about beauty category utilization which is distinguished in current social commerce by studying its utilization and trends about Social Shopping which is a new business model in social shopping, in other words, social commerce in internet electronic business that is rapidly spreading in internet business Additionally, by suggesting beauty social commerce marketing and improvement plans which are improved through consumer purchase behavior and satisfaction analysis about beauty social commerce users, it also has an objective to suggest the plans which can cope with the situation where the negative thoughts of the users about beauty social commerce are spreading in the entire beauty industry; and subsequently to provide the data which could be utilized from the marketing aspect in beauty industry.
