The purpose of study is to enter into modern hair style based on various hair styles in hippie culture from the late 1960s to the early 1970s. In addition, the result of research will be used for base information on hair design and the relevant field in future. In this research, related preceding papers and books were used for analyzing contents in order to explore hippie hair style in hippie culture. This research is to analyze subculture with the hippie style as the center while the main scope of study was analysis on hippie culture and hair style in the subculture from the materials of America and the United Kingdom where influenced the background of hippie culture and its development. The hippie style in modern days was analyzed while dividing into four styles according to images of hippie hair style directed differently: natural style, romantic style, accessory style and celebrity’s hair style in the current media. The characteristics of modern trend are future-oriented, tendency of hybrid, ecology to draw attention to nature and retro trend that recreates while going backs to a moment in time. As one aspect of this tendency, it is expected that hippie style will make appearances continuously and display dynamic changes and show a tendency to form new genre through various combination.

The purpose of this study is to consider the theoretical background of Maximalism Fashion and design the nail art based on creative thinking and idea. This research seeks to create various expressions of nail art and expands the range of its area as art works. Research methods are to consider the concept of Maximalism and characteristics of fashion, nail art techniques as utilizing the preceding research and internet data. Also, The researcher made four works to reconstitute the characteristics of Maximalism Fashion classifying as expansion, experiment, fusion and decorativeness. The results of this study are as follows. First, we found the utilization of various techniques as presenting nail design based on the creativity and originality applying the characteristics of Maxmalism Fashion. Second, suggest the possibility to extend the area of nail art representation techniques. The researcher hopes that a wide range of design applied to nail art appears in a variety of areas and expects the nail industry to be specialized in specific areas.

This study aimed to research the service satisfaction in accordance with nail-care preference targeting middle-aged women in their 40-60 with nail-care experience, for total two weeks from September 19th to October 3rd 2016. After the pre-survey and preferred procedure research in accordance with results, a survey of the subjective satisfaction was conducted. The pre-survey understood the middle-aged women's perception and preference of nail-care, and also the future direction for the improvement of service satisfaction. The questionnaire was composed of total 29 questions including six questions to understand the demographic characteristics of the samples, 13 questions to understand the general characteristics of the perception and preference of nail-care, and 10 questions divided into typology, reliability, reactivity, direction after procedure, and direction of sales promotion to understand the direction for the improvement of service quality. Conducting a survey through convenience sampling of the population, total 252 questionnaires were collected. Among the collected questionnaires, total 207 questionnaires were used for the extraction of response sample, perception of nail-care, preference of nail-care, and the service direction for the quality improvement of nail-care. In the results of the pre-survey, more than half of middle-aged women showed the positive perception of nail-care, and among the type of nail-care, they preferred the wet-care(54%) for the type of cuticle care, the round shape(58.2%) for nail shape, the full-coat shape(46.3%) for nail-coloring shape, and pink color(56.3%) for nail color. Based on the results after the pre-survey, regarding the matter of receiving the same type of nail-care(wet-care, round shape, full-coat, and pink color) again, the experimental group(20) receiving nail-care showed positive responses(57.9%), and also showed positive responses(60.0%) to the intention to recommend to others. In the results of this study, the middle-aged women in their 40-60 positively perceived nail-care, and also showed high service satisfaction in accordance with the preference of nail-care. If the nail-care preference service in accordance with each age group is researched in diverse methods and also suggested in differentiation based on the results of middle-aged women's perception of nail-care, preference, and service direction for the improvement of service quality of nail-care, more effective and efficient marketing could be provided.

In recent years, the beauty industry has been rapidly growing, and the personal care skin salon has shown remarkable growth. The area has been diversified and classified through the skin care and clinic of the hospital or the oriental medicine clinic, and the franchise beauty salon competition in scale also intensified. However, most of the beauty salons have strengthened their quantitative competitiveness through the expansion of facilities and advertising and publicity, but the qualitative lack of knowledge and information on skin beauty is revealed, and such quantitative expansion and lack of qualities make the opportunity of leaving. In addition, it recognizes the importance of talent development and job environment of the skin beauty salon and helps the management of the skin beauty salon by understanding the cause of the turnover phenomenon, thereby improving the quality level of the service in the skin beauty industry as a whole, We will use this data as basic data to overcome the problems of beauty industry and to study reasonable manpower management and alternatives to actively cope with various and rapid changes.

In this study, a survey was carried out to 375 cosmetic purchasers to look into the cosmetic purchase behaviors through a blog. The results of data analysis are as follows. Most of them purchased cosmetics 2~3 times for recent 6 months. Most of them purchased cosmetics less than 100,000 won for recent 6 months. They responded that they could feel pleasant and intimate to visit a blog because the higher purchase frequency and total purchase amount are based on trust. They responded positively to group purchase and recommendation. They had low trust in cosmetics due to low purchase frequency and purchase amount, which they were much interested in others' postscript and sympathy, and influenced by purchase decision. As for the findings stated above, offering precise product information is an important factor that can build trust to determine purchase because those surveyed think that the product effectiveness is the most important, and get product information through search. This suggests the importance of blog marketing.
