Living in a century with great interest in physical appearance caused increase of competitiveness in appearance and 'baby face fever'. Because appearance has been brought up to such competitiveness, alopecia has been causing great stress in both mental and physical state of individuals, leading to negative effects of life. Recently, head spa has been brought up to people’s interest due to its mentally soothing effect along with its effective scalp health care. The experiment was progressed with controlled subjects of non-working individuals from ages from 30 to 60 by exposing the subjects to go through head spa care program with survey on scalp·hair changes and satisfaction level. The head spa care program was held under controlled conditions for 4 weeks with 1 head spa care session per week and been observed with appropriate diagnostic apparatus on each steps of head spa care program. The changes on oiliness and moisture level were measured by scalp health measurement from calvaria and occipital site. The result on changes of oiliness shows ±2.152 in calvaria before the experiment and increased to ±2.733 after the experiment, which does not show significance (p<0.05). For occipital site, before experiment was ±3.124, and decreased to ±0.342 (p<0.05). As for changes of moisture level, ±0.516 before the experiment and increased to ±1.653 (p<0.05) in calvaria, and ±1.493 before the experiment and increased to ±1.461 in occipital site. This shows that moisture level has increased in both calvaria and occipital site after the experiment. The overall result on oiliness and moisture level test shows improvement from dry and reddish scalp with greasy sebum oxide to clean and clear pore line, enlarged pore size, and decreased number in dead skin cells as it can been observed clearly through naked eye from the monitor(picture). Scalp health measurement showed change in hair thickness from average of 0.3594 and standard deviation of 0.0556 before the experiment, and average of 0.4158, and standard deviation of 0.0599 after the experiment in calvaria. The average and standard deviation shows significance in change that hair thickness level has improved. Therefore, the experiment result shows that head spa care program is an effective method for men and women who needs scalp·hair care

Communication is the center of all organizations, and it is important to have effective and efficient communication systems in order to achieve organizational goals. In fact, it is common to see cases where many problems arise due to ineffective communication. Through communication in the organization, communication satisfaction can be improved. And through this, the performance of individuals and organizations can be improved. In this study, first, we investigated how communication type of organization influences on communication satisfaction, and second, how communication type in organization affects job performance. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, in order to increase the satisfaction of the communication within the organization, the communication type should be considered according to the situation. Especially, when the upper level communication and the horizontal level communication were high level, the satisfaction level of the communication level was high. Second, when informal communication was smoothly performed besides official communication, it was found that the level of communication satisfaction was high. Therefore, it will be necessary to promote not only formal communication but also informal communication within the organization. Third, it was found that job performance was also influenced by communication type. When formal communication had a high level of horizontal communication, job performance was high, and informal communication also had to be smoothly performed to achieve high job performance. Fourth, this study can be meaningful in that the communication type of the skin aesthetician verifies the relationship between communication satisfaction and job performance. We think that it can be an important result to help recognize the importance of communication style, communication satisfaction and job performance of skin aestheticians, considering that previous researches were limited to some occupations.

The purpose of this study is to research about the cognition of ultraviolet rays and the skin care against 95 golfers who visited golf course. 16 golfers were selected as test subjects to research the amount of moisture on facial skin after golf. 77.7% of test subjects understood that ultraviolet rays are harmful and they realized that the ultraviolet rays can cause pigmented skin lesion. However, 9.6% of people did not know it. Furthermore, 20.2% of people was not realized that sunburn can be caused by ultraviolet. According to this statement, people have low cognition of the harmfulness of the ultraviolet rays. Also 41.5% of test subjects answered that they don't have knowledge about sun protection factor, SPF and PA. 79.6% of golfers use sunscreen before they start to play golf. However, 20.5% of people do not use sunscreen not at all, or they don't use it when ultraviolet rays are not strong. 71.4% of test subjects do not use sunscreen because it is inconvenient. 26.9% of test subjects think that maker or brand is an important factor to choose sunscreen. 67.4% of people use sunscreen right before starting the golf but 60.9% of them do not use sunscreen over and over during golf. After the game, 28% of test subjects use mask pack for self skin care, and 37.6% of people use basic skin care product. There was an experiment for test subjects after playing golf. The water content of the right, left, and chin except the forehead was significantly increased(p<0.05) after skin moisturize care. In addition, test result shows that 75% of test subjects indicated that skin pulling feeling was decreased and felt moisturize. Plus, most of them were satisfied with their skin status.

This paper analyzes the design of hairstyles based on the recognition that female solo artists are active in the popular music scene and present a new direction for hallyu. This method of study was studied as a literature method based on previous studies and existing literature analysis. According to each concept, IU, Sunmi, Taeyeon's hair style and Lee Hyo-ri were analyzed. First, concepts and images presented by the singers were formed according to the atmosphere of the representative song chosen by the singers. Second, it was also appearing to emphasize these images more by using a variety of shapes, lengths, or shapes or props. Third, it is also known that it produced a style of hairstyles that matched the characteristics of the song as well as the trend of the music. Therefore, through these activities, it is meaningful to see female solo artists showing a wider range of images and styles to the public, and to also lead the hair trend.
