The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the beauty recognition of modern Korean and differences of these according to demographic characteristics. It is to provide basic data of Korean beauty industry, so to help it to develop further. The survey questionnaire was distributed to Seoul and Kyeongkido. The survey period was from 13th March to 17th April. The respondents were 301. The collected data was analyzed SPSS 11.5, cross table and X2-test. The results are; 1. The face type of beauty that modern Koreans perceive is a round face, white skin, big eyes, eyes with double eyelids, round head shape. And nose, mouth, ear, eyebrow, fore head prefers ordinary type that does not bounce. The body type of the Korean beauty is hight 161~165cm, weight 45~50kg, waist circumference length 25~26inch, long legs. That is preferring tall and slender type. Shoulder, neck, breasts, buttocks, hip, hands are preferred the ordinary type. In other words, there is a face image and a body image of the Korean beauty. 2. Differences in perception of the beauty by demographic characteristics are statistically significant in gender, age, marital status, final educational background, monthly average income, and religion. Particularly, there are many differences items in monthly average income, final educational background, age.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of cosmetics in adolescence and it was conducted on 396 elementary school, middle school, and high school girl students in the metropolitan area. The result showed that 56.9% of elementary school students, 82.5% of junior high school students and 90.3% of high school students experienced acne (total 81.3%), and the percentage that occurs throughout the face tended to increase in the upper grades. The use of skin care cosmetics was the most used lotion, followed by cleanser and skin. In color cosmetics, more than half (58.6%) of high school students frequently used skin make-up, and eyebrows and shadows were found to increase in use from middle school, and more frequently to more than half in high school. In the case of elementary school students, 62.1% of them have used lip makeup more than other color cosmetics, In particular, more than half of middle school students had daily lip makeup. Since the experience of using acne cosmetics was 33.3% for elementary school students, 44.9% for middle school students, and 50.7% for high school students, the use rate was relatively low compared to the incidence of acne. Despite the fact that adolescents have acne skin, the proportion and frequency of use of color cosmetics are high from elementary school. However, the proportion of 'daily washing' is 53% for elementary school students, 68.8% for middle school students, 82.4% of for high school students and it was less careful to remove makeup in the lower grades. Therefore, as the age of makeup in adolescence is getting younger, it is necessary to educate adolescents about the skin beauty urgently in order to protect and manage the skin from the use of indiscreet cosmetics.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the service of lip contour makeup to 250 women in Shenzhen, China. 20 women who agreed to the experimental study performed lip contour makeup. In the preliminary study, statistical analysis was performed on the lips and oral health status, lips' characteristics and awareness according to the demographic characteristics of Chinese women, and contour makeup procedures were conducted for the study. The personal lip characteristics and preference (lip color, design) of the subjects were analyzed and the service satisfaction of the lip color and lip design before and after was studied. Many Chinese women know Contour make-up, and it is surveyed that it has a lot of eyebrow and eyeline. In addition, most women are aware of lip contour makeup, but they are reluctant to do because of side effects, professionalism and cost. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize that the lip contour make-up is performed with less side effects, performing professional operations, and using a safe pigment and equipment. In this study, 20 women who participated in lips contour makeup procedure For women in their 20s and 30s, they prefer a natural feeling of pink or orange pink, and women in their 40s or older have a darker color and a more voluminous feel, and the lips line has a clear design preference. In addition, after the contour make-up, it has a healthy lips color without any make-up, and the line becomes crisp and changes the image, so that the contour after the make-up procedure shows high satisfaction, and all the experimenters are willing to recommend it to other people. We can see that there is steady growth and potential market.

The causes of alopecia become diverse because of two factors: external factors like fine dust, and genetic factors. People are interested with the health of scalp and hair to prevent hair loss. The purpose of this study is to research about the effects of home scalp scaling. With the home scalp scaling, the status of scalp and hair can be improved, and it will prevent hair loss. The test subjects who are 20's to 50's adult ladies. The test subjects had scalp diagnosis before the experiments. They are divided into two groups: a dried and sensitive scalp group, and an oily scalp group. The dried and sensitive scalp group had home scalp scaling once in a week and the other one had home scalp scaling twice in a week. This study measured before taking home scaling and after take home scaling for 8 weeks, and compared the scalp changes. This study divides four regions of for the measuring: parietal, left temporal area, right temporal area, and occipital region. The four regions are checked by a measuring machine. The amount of oil on the scalp after the experiments are decreased but the amount of moisture of the scalp are increased. The amount of oil on the left temporal area and occipital region are (z=-2.160, p<0.05). The amount of moisture on left temporal area are (z=-3.155, p<0.01), right temporal area are (z=-2.116, p<0.05), and occipital region are (z=-3.078,p<0.01). Before the experiment, the thickness of a hair is 0.119±0.017. After the exam, the thickness of a hair became 0.143±0.024 (p<0.05). It shows that the thickness of a hair became thicker after the experiments. The dead skin cells on the scalp are decreased after the test and the color of the scalp became clear white blue. It verified to compare before and after by 80x magnification of a measuring machine. Also the sebum oxides are decreased so the pores are opened and the line of pore is clear. It verified to compare before and after by 400x magnification scope. The result of this study shows that the healthy hair can be occurred by scalp managements, and the scalp scaling is one of the most important method for the health of the scalp. Home scaling care can manage the health of hair and scalp. Also it prevents hair loss.

This study is intended to look into how effective cosmetics containing 1.5% allantoin and 5% calendula extracts could be in relieving facial porphyrin sebum. To achieve this, a randomized double study was conducted on 16 21-year-old women living in Seoul and Gyeonggi area through January 16 to February 29, 2016. They were divided into a control group (allantoin- and calendula extracts-free) of 8 women, and a allantoin- and calendula extracts group (containing 1.5% allantoin and 5% calendula extracts) of 8 women. The control group, allantoin- and calendula extracts group spent 3 hours at a time to apply each group's toner and cream, and continued for 3 hours after applying the distributed make-up base and grease paint foundation to adhere to their face. They washed their face with cleansing cream provided after 3-hour make-up, and then their facial skin was measured after 20 minutes. The results were as follows. The use of grease paint foundation for 3 hours at a time showed that the control group has a tendency towards a decrease in normal sebum, porphyrin sebum. The moisture content decreased (p<.05). The 1.5% allantoin and 5% calendula group has a tendency towards a decrease in normal sebum. The porphyrin sebum content decreased (p<.05). The moisture content tended to increase. As for the findings stated above, cosmetics containing 1.5% allantoin and 5% calendula extracts help you relieve the skin irritation of stage make-up. Consequently, they reduce porphyrin effectively. Especially, as the oxidized sebum, porphyrin is one of factors that cause trouble by stage make-up, the use of cosmetics suitable for the skin type to reduce porphyrin effectively can minimize facial skin irritation of many people who make-up.

On the other hand, many side effects don't think of himself in for disappointment and mental treatment for their looks changed sometimes. In pushing the U.S. to the absolute value is relative value, but modern man. Accordingly, U.S. before to pursue yourself before you're going to do, ask to be seen what ways to make themselves look beautiful.
