This study polled 118 men in their 20s and 30s living nationwide to find out their makeup status, purchase behavior, and usage patterns and to check the positive changes in their satisfaction and psychology when men did their make-up. In college, there were the most men who started makeup, and the motive for starting makeup was often for beauty and psychological satisfaction of their appearance. On special days, makeup was often done with skin makeup. For makeup and makeup products that are used on special occasions, BB cream was used the most frequently. For the purpose of makeup, I did the most for self-confidence. Most men who had no experience in makeup study were the ones who preferred skin makeup-oriented education in the future. The average monthly cost of cosmetics was less than 30,000 won. I got the most information through newspapers, magazines, and books. The place where people usually buy makeup products was the most cosmetics, multistop or road shop, and the reason why they chose the place of purchase was the most convenient. Men are shown to have positive effects on satisfaction and psychological change through makeup, and makeup has become a very important factor in social activities and relationships. Even though men's makeup has become more active day by day, there is still a lack of makeup education for men. Therefore, makeup experts are expected to benefit men as well as generate profits in the makeup field if they conduct and study makeup education for men.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of scalp ampoule using MTS tool on adult women 's scalp health by using it in home. The experiment had done statistical analysis after checking the increase of the moisture of the scalp, decrease of oil, thickness of hair, amount of scalp dead cell skins, and scalp tone change. The measuring site were the top point of the head, and calvaria parts. Those parts were diagnosis by diagnostic device, and moisture measuring instrument. After using the MTS ampoule, there were statistically differences in all areas as a result of changes in hair thickness, increase in moisture content, and decrease in oil content (p <0.05). In the case of hair, the thickness of the hair got thicker(0.540 ± 0.075) than before(0.369 ± 0.053) the experiment(z=-2.666). In the case of water content, moisture got increased(-1.00±2.32) than before(-4.11±1.69) the experiment(z=-2.687). In the case of oil content, it got decreased(-3.89±1.26) than before(-2.82±2.67) the experiment(z=3.412). Each amount of scalp dead skin cells and scalp tone was photographed by a diagnostic device. The results of comparison between before and after applying ampoules with MTS, it was confirmed that the amount of dandruff was decreased, the pores were opened, and the scalp tone was clean and transparant due to increased moisture and decreased oil. Hair of alopecia scalp was 0.352±0.057 before the experiment but after the procedure, the hair got thicker as 0.505±0.037. It proves that the hair gets thicker after the experiment(Z=-2.604). MTS ampoule is really effective to improve scalp and hair, and it will be very helpful to prevent hair loss when used as home care, after shampoo.

In this study, we investigated the effect of hops extract on inhibition of tyrosinase activity and collagen production and MMP-1 expression in human fibroblasts using M-tyrosinase and C-tyrosinase, Cytotoxicity and collagen production and MMP-1 expression were measured. The results showed that M-tyrosinase and C-tyrosinase significantly inhibited the activity of tyrosinase. Cell viability and cytotoxicity of HDF cells showed cytotoxicity at the concentrations of 6.25, 12.5 and 25 μg/ml of hops extract I did. Inhibition of MMP-1 activity was found to be insignificant and the effect of collagen synthesis was increased in a concentration-dependent manner. However, ascorbic acid As a positive control group, it was confirmed that the hops extract did not significantly affect the collagen production. Therefore, the anti-aging effect of the hops extract is considered to be insignificant.
