This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of wedding planners' wedding service commodities on consumers' commodity information satisfaction and recommendation intention. The results of empirical survey were as follows. Wedding planners' wedding photo, wedding dress, wedding makeup and wedding hair had a positive effect on consumers' commodity information satisfaction and recommendation intention. Especially, commodity information satisfaction had a close relationship between wedding photo, wedding dress, wedding hair and recommendation intention, which it was positively mediated in the relationship between wedding photo, wedding dress, wedding hair and recommendation intention.

This study is intended to look into the effects of training for employees on long service in skin care shops. The results of this study were as follows. The effects of job training for employees on long service in skin shops showed that service training and course(stage) training were mechanisms to have a positive effect on long service, while character training and job training were not significant. Given a frequent turnover of skin care shop employees, the training related to customer service technique is a mechanism to lead ongoing work in long-term stability with high expectations of the pride and benefit when it is properly supported according to the stage of career and the level of skill by training course. In other words, skin care shops need systematic management for human resources development with a training supporting system for providing more stable service technique in the recent reality of franchise and corporate management.

This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of hair loss prevention management on customer use intention in scalp care shops. The results of this study were as follows. First, in the effects of hair loss prevention management on customer use intention in scalp care shops, diet therapy and scalp clinic therapy were adopted, while an alternative medicine therapy was rejected. Second, in the effects of marketing strategies on use intention in scalp care shops, strategic factors of product, distribution, publicity and human service were adopted, while a price factor was rejected. As for the above-stated results, diet therapy and scalp clinic service were useful as use factors for hair loss prevention management in scalp care

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the worker's empowerment on job satisfaction and quality of life in beauty education. For this study, the final data were obtained from 215 employees working at the beauty education institution located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Data were analyzed by frequency, reliability, and Regression analysis using the SPSS-WIN 18.0 program. The results of empirical survey were as follows. Research hypothesis, cosmetic consequences of is a high correlation with the job satisfaction and quality of life of the quality of education workers, and ‘competence’ among cognitive elements of empowerment and job satisfaction was influenced, the well-organized nature is ‘meaning’ of the job and personal feature. This is concentrated through the educational skills development and training of employees, past spell in the education system indicated a messaging is important. Also, empowerment of competence of the Quality of Life personal and subjective characteristics and objective for both the quality of life, and personal attitude and character, source of job satisfaction been shown to affect the quality of life. Especially, empowerment competence had a close relationship between individual character and subjective characteristic in quality of life. Finally, it was shown that in order to accomplish empowerment have to focus on the impact of the individual attitude in job satisfaction and quality of life. In this study, we analyzed how the empowerment of in beauty education affects the work satisfaction and the quality of service so that we can set the better marketing strategy as well as the beauty service industry's human resource management.

The purpose of this study is to find out men's appearance management level and the necessity of skin health care through the analysis on adult men's concern level for appearance, appearance management behaviors, and corresponding skin health care knowledge and behaviors. In addition, it is for achieving a large availability in skin care industry with reporting that skin care, a part of appearance management, is also necessary for men, not restricted to women. To accomplish the purpose, this study was carried out with the adult men from their twenties to fifties, living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Total 393 sheets, from the survey for 26 days from March 10 ~ April 4, 2014, were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis was used to find out the general characteristic of the samples. Cronbach's alpha test was performed for reliability evaluation, and descriptive analysis of each variable was performed. T-test and One-way ANOVA with the mean value were carried out to find out whether there was difference between each variables by demographic characteristic. Scheffe's test (in case of homogeneous variance) and Games-Howell test (in case of heterogeneous variance) were used for the post hoc tests about the difference between each groups. IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 was used for statistics process. First, according to the analysis on the subjects' skin health care knowledge and behaviors, most of the subjects had much knowledge of skin health care, and more than 50% of them performed something actively for skin health care. Second, in the study on the relation between adult men's concern level for appearance and skin health care knowledge and behaviors, there was a statistically significant difference (P<.05). Third, in the analysis on the correlation between the recognition on appearance management and the behavior for appearance management, between the recognition on appearance management and skin health care, and between the behavior for appearance management and the behavior for skin health care, a significant positive correlation was shown in each case. On the basis on these results, it is considered that the higher the concern level for appearance is, the more skin health care knowledge is acquired and skin health care behaviors are performed, and also, in reverse, the more skin health care knowledge is acquired and skin health care behaviors are performed, the higher the concern level for appearance becomes. Accordingly, it means that the future direction of skin care market is not only the inflow of men to skin care shops with men's concern for appearance, but also an indirect effectiveness with customers' satisfaction.

Korea sparked increased interest in the culture and society With the popularity of Korea's pop culture in various countries in Asia, including China, Foreign population being immigrants stay in the country due to the Korean Wave is a growing trend. One of the instruments that have sparked domestic beauty market entry. As the subject of production and consumption of foreigners residing in Korea at this point it is necessary to pay attention to the role of beauty in the domestic market. Therefore Satisfaction Survey for their beauty education is considered a very appropriate time. This study was conducted to see beauty educational satisfaction of foreigners residing in korea, and its subjects were 212 trainees attending beauty education institutes located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Targeting analyze the beauty educational qualifications and educational status of foreigners residing in Korea. and Identify the satisfaction of foreigners residing in beauty education according to sociodemographic characteristics.

Overall, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction showed that certainty of service quality had the highest significant effect on customer satisfaction, followed by responsiveness, tangibility and empathy of service quality. In other words, customer satisfaction increased along with certainty, responsiveness, tangibility and empathy of service quality. The effect of service quality on revisiting intention showed that certainty of service quality had the highest significant effect on revisiting intention, followed by empathy and tangibility of service quality. In other words, revisiting intention increased along with certainty and empathy of service quality. But the lower tangibility of service quality was the higher revisiting intention was. As for the above-stated results, service quality in hair shops has a very big effect on customer satisfaction. Consequently, customer satisfaction is a facilitating variable that leads to revisiting intention and word of mouth, that is to say regular customer acquisition in hair shops and new customer creation.
