Previous policy of Korean mechanization was wrong through prescriptive culture. Nongovermental people should bring this problem forth and make effort to establish North/South Korean common keyboard and enable North and South Korea to discuss following problems together. The matter of Korean keyboard is scientific problem. Thus this task should be entrusted to keyboard professionals. Northern and Southern professionals should make standard device and propose it when North and South Korea discuss this problem.

Ahn-Keyboard makes one syllable by inputting several consonants and vowels at the same time and (simultaneous input system of syllabic character) and is the most suitable for computer age. This had been made in result of long period of trial error from 1997 by 2003. Chinese fitted input unit has been developed based on this. This includes signs, consonants and vowels suit for Chinese.

This study was originally motivated in the struggle of learning plural foreign languages at first, thinking it would be helpful to use a single common alphabet system that can inscribe all the foreign languages I want to learn. How nice if we could inscribe all the languages of the world as they pronounce! Here is the new but traditional ONMAL HANGEUL system that can satisfy this need. It is the modified Korean Hangeul alphabet system that can build a syllable as a pronouncing unit with three sounds: the first consonant sound and the middle vowel sound and with or without the last consonant sound. And this paper handles the use of the new Hangeul alphabets, the ONMAL system, to meet the need of this purpose by recombining the Hangeul phonemes according to the sound value and the rule of the sound generation.

In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e‐Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self‐study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e‐survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

There are many studies of understanding human feeling with computer. In this study, Korean feeling verbs could be arranged by existing meaning classification and those in one group could be quantitatively compared with one another. The result of the experiment based on two hypotheses met our intuition well enough.

语音识别中DTW改进算法的研究

Based on local and global constrains, an improved DTW algorithm was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the collected voice data was trained, so the reference template and the test template are constructed by computing the MFCC feature parameters for the training data and the test data, and furthermore, the DTW algorithm was designed according to the local and global constrains. Finally, the proposed DTW algorithm was used to the pattern matching for the reference and test templates. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has the remarkable effect in reducing the recognition time and enhancing the recognition accuracy.

本文基于局部约束条件和全局约束条件,提出了一种改进的DTW算法。首先,对采集到的语音数据进行训练,构造由MFCC特征参数构成的参考模板,同时计算测试数据的MFCC特征参数构成测试模板;其次,根据局部约束条件和全局约束条件形成本文的DTW算法;最后,利用改进的DTW算法对测试模板和参考模板进行模式匹配。实验表明,该方法可以明显缩短识别时间,而且具有较高的识别率。

基于潜在语义分析的随机分块文本检索算法

A fast text retrieval algorithm using the idea of random blocking for massive‐content text based on Latent Semantic Analysis is proposed in this paper. Firstly, by fully considering the correlation between terms, retrieve and massive‐content text are represented in lower‐dimensional space and the model is improved using the way of singular value decomposition. Secondly, a random blocking query method is used for the retrieval of paragraphs which take the cosine similarity as the fitness function between the retrieve and massive‐content text and then the candidate paragraphs are output when there similarity value are higher than threshold. Experiments show that the proposed method has high performance in text retrieval by considering the semantic information fully and can achieve text retrieval quickly.

本文基于潜在语义分析技术提出了一种对大容量文本进行随机分块的快速文本检索算法。首先,充分考虑了词项之间的相关性,在低维空间中表示待检索文本的各个段落与检索文本,利用奇异值分解方法模型对其进行了改进;其次,利用随机分块检索算法,以检索文本和待检索文本各段落之间的余弦相似度作为适应度函数进行检索,将相似度超过阈值的候选段落输出;通过对实验结果分析,本文算法充分考虑文本语义信息,检索效果较好,能够实现快速文本检索。
