This study was originally motivated in the struggle of learning plural foreign languages at first, thinking it would be helpful to use a single common alphabet system that can inscribe all the foreign languages I want to learn. How nice if we could inscribe all the languages of the world as they pronounce! Here is the new but traditional ONMAL HANGEUL system that can satisfy this need. It is the modified Korean Hangeul alphabet system that can build a syllable as a pronouncing unit with three sounds: the first consonant sound and the middle vowel sound and with or without the last consonant sound. And this paper handles the use of the new Hangeul
alphabets, the ONMAL system, to meet the need of this purpose by recombining the Hangeul phonemes according to the sound value and the rule of the sound generation.
