For the successful settlement of community care, the establishment of a multi-layered system for the protection of the rights of senior citizens is necessary, but the system for the protection of the rights of senior citizens is insufficient. In this study, in order to explore what is needed to protect the rights of senior citizens at regional units in Korea under the current situation of a community care system, I would like to examine the role of Kitakyushu city in Japan as an example of the case of the regional unit and draw up suggestions for Korea. In the case of Kitakyushu city, the advocacy system is clearly divided according to the unit of the user's living unit, and the work of specialized institutions and other institutions is clearly divided and linked to each other in order to protect the rights of senior citizens who are subject to rights infringement, and in the case of difficulties being solved in the basic district unit, the role system is to be dealt with in a larger unit. This study suggests the need for rights-of-affection systems to vary on a regional basis.

The importance of disclosure of information in the nursing care insurance system is a new system that is being provided by plural supply. There is a need for a reasonable choice of the user for care services. In March 2001, Japan promoted the information disclosure IT by e-government focusing on e-government. However, the information of nursing care insurance, which was excluded from the generalization of IT at the time, could not be found in the disclosure of informatization. The purpose of this study is to clarify the data on the process of publicizing Japan's information insurance system. First, review the preceding research on Japanese medical care information and find out the meaning of the nursing care insurance system. Second, it examines the relationship between the information disclosure of nursing care insurance, IT utilization, and the nursing care insurance system. Third, we propose the information disclosure frame of long-term care insurance and long-term care insurance in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to classify Japanese settlers in colonial Korea by generation and to specifically investigate the experience and awareness of the second generation settlers through literature and stories they left behind. The second generation settlers refer to Japanese people who immigrated to the returned to Japan after Japan's defeat in World War II. Their mental structure formed in the midst of dynamic experiences of the time show complicated aspects. In this paper, I looked at the issue, focusing on Hino Keizo's Mujinchitai.

A lot of research has been done on the relationship between external derivation and meaning in modern Japanese onomatopoeé. But it is easy to overlook the relationship between the inner derivation that to derive a new word by altering vowels in the Ancient Japanese and its semantics. However, onomatopoeé pairs in vowels alternation, which ate still used in mordan Japanese, have different meanings due to different viewpoints. This is different from the semantic differentiation by external derivation of modern Japanese. On the other hand, like the alternation of yura and yara which are the adjectival base, yara disappears and newly another type of apophony like yoro may occurs. So, we have to consider not only the vowel-alternating forms found in the Ancient literature, but also the correspondence relationships between the onomatopoeés that are in the newly generated vowel-alternating relation.

This study tries to present a list of basid verbs in the Japanese Bible by analyzing the quantitative views of the verbs appearing in the Japanese Bible and the frequency of their use.

Retro fever has been raging in Korea in recent years. Such retro phenomena include the tvN drama "Reply Series," which began in 2015, the music program JTBC's "Two U Project Sugar Man" series and the box office of the 2018 film "Bohemian Lepsod." Retro phenomena are spread across cultures ranging from movies, dramas, music, costumes, design, architecture, food, dance and advertising. Retro is short for English "retrospect," meaning recollection, recollection and remembrance, longing for the past and tradition, and remaking it. In particular, a trend called "new-tro" is in vogue in Korea. Newtro refers to "the phenomenon of enjoying retro anew" as a combination of "new," which means novelty, and "retro," which means recollection and memory. Compared to Korea, it began to take place in Japan for many years from 1986 and has been a "shawarette" craze since the early 2000s. Shawaretro means Northteljier and yearning for show and era. It is collectively called Korea's Newtro, which has influenced all of Japan's culture. In this presentation, we will examine the historical background and meaning of retro-favourism in Japan, analyze the characteristics and trends of "shawarette," and further analyze the impact of "shawarette" on Japanese culture as a whole.

The family characteristics of Hata Uji are generally defined as Labor work groups, local-oriented, and lower-class clan groups, and this perception is supported by many researchers. However, if you look closely at Rikokushi(六国史), Shinsen- shojiroku(新撰姓氏録), it is easy to see that Hata Uji was the largest clan group in Japanese ancient times. Therefore, there is a gap between recognition and facts and the intent of this study is to try to convert them. According to Rikokushi's records, in the early days of the ancient tombs, Hata Uji was already a major force and a large group already accounting for 8 percent of Japan's total population. In the 700s, the collective residence records of Hata Uji spreaded nationwide. In particular, Hata groups showed such enormous economic power that it would not be possible without their financial support for the construction of Emperor's palace. Based on their economic power, Hata Uji founded Hachiman Jinja(八幡神社), Inari Jinja(稲荷神社) and Shimogamo Jinja(下鴨神社), which are loved by numerous Japanese even now In the ancient times, there are three points where the Korean immigrants arrived in Japan. First, it is a route that they departed from the south coast and arrived in Kyushu(九州). Hata Uji in this area established Hachiman Jinja. The second route was stopping over at Izumo(出雲) and they arrived in Tsuruga(敦賀) and finally settled in Oumi(近江). Hata Uji worshipped Shilla Myojin(新羅明神) in Onjoji Temple(園城寺) in Oumi(近江). The last route was that they arrived at Naniwa(難波) via Setonaikai(瀬戸内海) and settled in Katsuragi Gose(葛城御所) where was the native land of both Yamashiro Hata Uji(山城秦氏), and Kamo Uji(賀茂氏) who established Shimo- Kamojinja in Kyoto(京都). Minamoto Yoshiie(源義家), Yoshitsuna(義綱) and Yoshimitsu(義光) who were the middle ancestors of Minamoto Yoritomo(源頼朝), the founder of Kamakura Bakufu(鎌倉幕 府), held an adult ceremony in front of God Yamata (八幡神), God Kamo(賀茂大明神) and Shilla Myojin(新羅明神) respectively and each was called by Yawata Taro（八幡太郎), Kamojiro(賀茂次 郎) and Shillasaburo(新羅三朗), depending on each God's name.

Nation-State is theoretically classified into two types: Civic type and ethnic type. The aim of this presentation is to discuss how ethnocentrism and hatred could be emphasized or avoided by characteristics of national solidarity and patriotism in different countries and ages.

From the point of view that has been considered the views on life and death of Japanese, we analyzed basic mathematical understanding of a class of students at our university. Also we made a brief discussion with respect to one case of learning content about the current state of arithmetic in elementary school. As a result, it was found that about half of college students were worried about formula calculation and formulating relatively simple problems. Considering the case of elementary school, it may be insufficient to consider the connection between university and high school.

The purpose of this study is to introduce Mongolia’s educational system and educational method. We also compared in the view point of educational method between Korea and Mongolia. In this study, we use PMI method for comparing Mongolia’s educational system with Korea. In the PMI frame, we can introduce the characteristics of Mongolia’s educational system and educational method, and also compare to those of Korea.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trend related to Free Semester System more accurately using the content analysis method. To achieve the research purpose, 172 articles were selected for analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, the studies for free semester system are steadily increasing from 2013 to 2018. Second, studies related to the free semester system have been published in various journals, but there is a lack of continuous research. Third, there was a high proportion of subjects that could be handled in free semester activities and gymnasium subjects but the studies related to subjects such as Korean, English, and Mathematics are very insufficient in general. Forth, activity programs related career exploration were large, while research on field experience and club programs was hardly found. Fifth, The research on program R&D and application was most actively conducted, and it is steadily researched in the order of quantitative research, literature research, and qualitative research. Mixed studies, on the other hand, were not carried out much. Sixth, compared to student-related studies, fewer articles were published for teachers and parents. Seventh, although the researches on the curriculum and teaching methods are the most conducted, there is a lack of research on performance regarding student evaluation, and research on actual condition analysis related to student evaluation showed the least. The results of this study will provide implications for future research direction about free semester System or free school year.

The purpose of this study is to know ship collision and importance of causation decision. For example, the causal relationship of crashes due to internal factors or external factors. In addition, criteria for judging causality was reviewed. Also, applicaion to the case of collision accident caused by various causes such as negligence was considered. As a result, It is important to identifying the cause of a crash. moreover, It is need to conclude the final the causal relationship in damages compensation. Because it is very difficult to establish a causal relationship, and the causal relationship is very close to the judgment of responsibility.

The purpose of this study is to explore both learner educational engagement and related explainable theory. In the ‘Flow’ state, people can be absorbed in their works, hobbies, and studies, while others screen out. Csikszentmihalyi conceptualizes the term of ‘Flow’ in the field for psychology. In this study, we want to introduce the concept and main factors of flow. We also find out the cases of ‘Flow Experience’ in the field of education. Specifically, we show examples of flow experience in the field of education from Korea, Japan, and Mongolia.

The lectures that researchers have been in charge of during the first semester of 2018 and the first semester of 2019 are the first-year subjects, “Russia Overview”. In this study, we will try to deal with "Russia overview" lesson management up to the interim examination period of each of 2018 and 2019. In FY 2019, the research collaboration writing applied by researchers was done in the form of assignments utilizing e-classes. After each class time, the assignment until midnight the next day was submitted. The items to write are summarizing the core content of the lesson, the existing knowledge and experience, thoughts and connection examples of what you have learned today. The professor evaluated the task to be written each time and gave a score (1 to 2). The professor evaluated the task using a predetermined rubric, and provided individual comments on the task as needed. Learning outcomes of learning-linked writing should be clearly identified through notable improvements as indicated by changes in the overall evaluation, changes in student satisfaction, changes in attendance, changes in writing ability, etc.
