Purpose : In the modern society, the social structure is getting more complex due to the development of science and the increase of information, and the relatio n between user and space is also being expressed more diversely. This characte ristic of space as a complex system came to require the methodology to review the functional efficiency from the stage of planning with the objective and quantitative method. Methods : The vision-based analysis method has a limit in analyzing the characteristics of complex system rather than the physical analysis of space. This study proposes a method to analyze the space structure by using the interaction between space and agent based on the agent-based modeling theory that reflects the characteristics of complex system. The study was carried out in the following way. First, through the experiment of proposed model, the vision analysis theory and the agent-based analysis theory were compare d to evaluate the validity and effectiveness of agent-based analysis model. And then, it proposed the possibility of new analysis method by measuring the space sharing rate according to the adjustment of time and space control variables. Results : The results of this study are: 1) Even in the same space structure, the space occupying time of agent has influence on the relativity change of spac e structure; 2) In the spaces with the same topological route, the size change of space also has great influence on the relation of space structure. Conclusion : With this, we can expect the fairly practical effect of the agent -based analysis model when it is applied to the preliminary simulation for the space traffic analysis and the set-up of effective route, as a tool to analyze the emergence phenomena occurred by the interaction between agent and space as the complex system characteristic of space.

Purpose : Orthopedic Medicine Taping organized by the Arikawa-Isao. Orthopedic medical taping are four ways. Such as Functional taping and Prime mover taping and Postural reflex taping, and Local taping. He did organize them in orthopedic medical point of view. Method : Movement pain with musculoskeletal suffer symptoms. Result : The physiological effects of a taping by stimulating the muscles tension is that it has facillitation. Mechanical effects to make a difference to the movement of bone or support of the muscles, ligaments. And in any part of the tendons and muscles,. to block or reduce stress. Conclusion : Taping method chosen by the motion test. A manual therapy for treating back pain appears when you try to stand up in the first application. Then the iliac both sides, anterior tilt to apply the taping. This method is called functional taping. If you're back pain can not stand independently, applying T12 taping. This method is called local taping. In right-rotating back pain appeared, taping is applied to left external oblique muscle and quadratus lumborum muscle. If pain is present when you Right lateroflexion with extension, apply taping in the same way. This is called prime mover taping. If the pain remains shall apply to the following additional taping muscles. That is, the right side is quadratus lumborum, gluteus maximus, rectus femoris, latissimus dorsi, lower trapezius, and the left side external oblique abdominis, iliopsoas, hamstring, upper trapezius, and pectoralis minor. This is called postural reflex taping.

The mixograph measures and records resistance of a dough to mixing. Mixing curve indicates optimum development time. Tolerance to overmixing, Mixograph has been used to study effects of added ingredients on mixing properties, dough rhelog, blending, and quality control and for evalution of hard, soft, and durum wheats. This combination signal conditioner and analog to digital converter unit allows the Mixograph and other instrumentation to be simply interfaced to an IBM compatible computer. The module is powered by a calculator style DC power supply with an output voltage of 6 to 18 volts. Mixograph test, the peak time, peak height, whidth at peak, and the width at 8 min of Mixograph increased as the amount of chitosan solution in bread dough was increased. The peak time of the Mixograph duration increased almost twice when 2% chitosan solution was bread dough, but decreased when the amount of chitosan solution added 3%.
