Background: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of knee flexor, extensor muscle strength distribution in squat exercise of two forms. Method: Participants were 24 students (males 12, females 12) who don’t have knee joint disorder. We had divided them into 2 groups(45〫 squat group, 90〫 squat group) and we measured peak torque of knee flexor, extensor muscle at 60°/sec angular velocity. Result: Left knee flexor Peak Torque among the two groups was significantly different after exercise(p<.05). Right knee extensor Peak Torque among the two groups was significantly different after exercise(p<.05). Conclusion: Based on these results, muscle strength of the knee joint was significantly increased semi-squat on left flexor and right extensor. Therefore, this result purposes wall slide squat to increase muscle strength of the knee joint, and It was considered positive impact that semi-squat exercie.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the level of awareness of taping therapy in Korea that has changed since Arikawa teacher began to instruct on taping to Korea. in order to achieve the purpose of this research, papers written on the subject of taping therapy in Korea were surveyed, organized, and analyzed at four major sites, and the level of awareness of taping therapy was investigated through questionnaires. The paper survey was conducted on papers searched by the search term “taping” among papers published from 2011 to 2022. In the above survey, a total of 434 papers were searched, including 229 academic journal papers, 23 doctoral dissertations, and 182 master's thesis. This is an increase of 218% compared to 94 papers published from 1998 to 2010. Among doctoral thesis, papers related to physical therapy increased more than four times, and papers related to sprots field is also increased. This means that although the Utilization of use of taping therapy in sports field is increasing, the use of taping therapy in physical therapy is still superior. The survey was conducted from August 1st to August 31st, 2023 to a total of 120 people, 58 men and 62 women, to find out the current state of application of taping therapy, current state of learning, and awareness of the method. Through the above survey, 91% of taping treatments were performed free of charge, which may be due to the fact that it is not yet recognized as a new medical technology in South Korea. In addition, the greater part of taping lectures were aimed at first- and second-year students at university who learned taping therapy through seminars and special lectures, so there was concern that the educational level of taping was insufficent. The application of this appears to be at an extremely rudimentary stage. Also, when we see that people know kinesio taping, but do not know ``gasegenzo taping'', and know orthopedic taping, but do not know the Arikawa taping method, so we concerned that taping therapy education is mainly focused on practical skills. As a result results, after Arikawa started teaching about taping to South Koreans the number of papers increased by 218%, showing significant results. However, there is still a need for a better understanding of taping approach methods, further research on the classification of taping approach methods, and a need for courses aimed at clinical experts.

PURPOSE : This study is a systematic literature review carried out to provide the most efficient treatment method by comparatively analyzing and considering the existing previous papers on shoulder diseases that cause shoulder pain. METHOD : The research papers were published by December 2022, and a literature search was conducted using the electronic databases RISS, KISS, SCIENCE ON, DBpia, and Google Scholar. Search terms include 'adhesive capsulitis', 'rotator cuff', 'shoulder impingement syndrome', 'myofascial pain syndrome', 'calcific tendonitis', 'shoulder instability', and 'intervention', and 58 articles were included. It became. 9 studies were adhesive capsulitis, 10 studies were rotator cuff, 15 studies were shoulder impingement syndrome, 9 studies were myofascial pain syndrome, 5 studies were calcific tendinitis, and 10 studies were shoulder instability. RESULT : As a result of this study, the PNF technique was confirmed as an effective treatment for adhesive capsulitis, and joint mobilization techniques (mulligan, Spencer technique, Kaltenborn) were also suggested as effective treatments. For rotator cuff tear, elastic band resistance exercise, isometric exercise, and trunk muscle strengthening exercise combined with concave humeral joint mobilization and stretching are applied as an early acceleration protocol. As an independent exercise program, a program including stretching and strengthening exercise, shoulder chest It is suggested to apply exercise, spine movement exercise. For shoulder impingement syndrome, stabilization exercise, strengthening exercise, and manual therapy techniques are added to the exercise, suggesting that an intervention method is an effective treatment method for shoulder impingement syndrome. For myofascial pain syndrome, it is proposed to apply stretching and stabilizing exercises to maintain normal function for a long period of time after removing trigger points by applying ischemic compression therapy and extracorporeal shock waves. For calcific tendonitis, it is suggested to apply kinesio taping after performing extracorporeal shock waves in the shoulder hyperextension and medial rotation posture. Strengthening of the stabilizing muscles was confirmed as an effective treatment for shoulder joint instability, and McConnell taping was also effective in the mobility and stability of the shoulder blade. PNF manual resistance technique has also been suggested as an effective treatment. CONCLUSION : The results of this study mainly consisted of shoulder stabilization exercise, muscle strengthening exercise, and electrical therapy as interventions for shoulder pain, and provided evidence for physical therapy for shoulder pain, but additional research is needed. Evidence must be provided.
