대학생들의 학업스트레스와 수면장애의 상관관계

PURPOSE : The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between academic stress and sleep disorders among college students, and list the factors that reduce academic stress. METHOD : This study was conducted with 316 college students in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades enrolled in the Gyeongnam region. The study period is from October 12, 2020 to October 23, 2020, and there were a total of 316 questionnaires distributed to the study, aimed at those who explained the purpose and purpose of this study to the subject and expressed their intention to participate in it. Implemented. RESULT : The level of stress according to academic stress was 14.56%(46 people) in the health group, 63.60%(201 people) in the latent group, and 21.83%(69 people) in the high-risk stress group. Most of the subjects belonged to the latent group. Normal 0%(0 persons), moderate sleep disorder 92.72(293 persons), severe sleep disorder 7.28%(23 persons). None of the subjects were normal, and most of them had moderate sleep difficulties. CONCLUSION : In the sub-factors of academic stress, study stress was the highest, and in the correlation with sleep disorders, class stress was the highest, and all sub-factors of academic stress showed positive correlations with sleep disorders. If the causes of academic stress, measures to reduce academic stress, and measures to improve sleep quality suggested in this study are developed, it is expected that the academic stress and sleep quality of college students can be improved and improved.

Background : Research has been actively conducted on methods that can apply co mplementary medicine to various fields, but few studies have been conducted on how Korean Pharmacists working in pharmacies can use complementary medicine. Therefore, it is a meaningful study to provide a way for Korean Pharmacists to use complementary medicine to perform clinical pharmacy more effectively in pharmacies b y looking at the profession of Korean Pharmacists and analyzing various therapies of complementary medicine. In addition, these attempts will not only expand the capabilities of Korean Pharmacists, but will also help to develop methods that can utilize the knowledge and treatments of complementary medicine in the healthc are field. Methods : In this study, we will analyze in detail the role that Korean Pharmaci sts play in pharmacies, and focus on nutritional therapy among complementary me dicines that herbal pharmacists can use in pharmacies. Results : In this paper, among various raw materials for health functional foods, w e have summarized the functional raw materials made from natural products, and in p articular, we have dealt with only the notification-type raw materials listed in the revo lution of the Health Functional Food Code. Since it has been selected and summarize d mainly on items that have been verified for various types of functionality, it is expected to be a material that can sufficiently secure the clinical value of use in p harmacies. Conclusion : If Korean Pharmacists develops knowledge of complementary medic ine including nutrition therapy and engages in pharmacist work, it is expected that it will be possible to provide active advice so that patients can engage in more int egrated healthcare, not just explanations for selecting medicines in the process of consultation with the patient.

PURPOSE : The purpose of Physics Therapy Students in Busan The relationship between Self-Esteem and Major Satisfaction and to determine the relationship. METHOD : The subjects of this study are consist of 236 students of department of Physical therapy college in Busan, and college in Busan data are collected from October 8 to October 23 in 2020 by structured questionnaires. RESURT : The average score of physical therapy student's self-esteem was 3.85 out of 5 points. The average score of major satisfaction of physical therapy students was 3.88 on the 5-point scale. The sub-factors were satisfaction in the order of recognition satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, general satisfaction, and subject satisfaction. The higher the self-esteem for oneself, the higher the degree of satisfaction in the major is interpreted. CONCLUSION : Based on the results of this study to enhance students' self-esteemand satisfaction with their major in physical therapy development of education program based on motives for admissions the relationship between professors and students according to the grade, It is believed that measures to promote gender-based contentment will be needed.

PURPOSE : The purpose of the research is to find out the satisfaction level of the clinical practice after the clinical practice of students in the department of physical therapy, and to find out the impact of clinical practice on career decisions in major employment and the choice of desired institutions and fields. METHOD : The subjects of this study are consist of 342 students of department of Physical therapy university in Busan, ulsan, gyeongsangnamdo and college in Busan Data are collected from October 8 to October 27 in 2020 by structured online questionnaires. RESULTS : Although the field of preference is the same as the field of actual practice and the field of preference after practice, other groups are highly satisfied with the field of preference before practice. Although the preferred major institutions are different before and after practice, the same group is highly satisfied with the major institutions that have been trained and the preferred major institutions after practice. CONCLUSION : As a result, it was confirmed that the satisfaction level of students in physical therapy departments in clinical practice affects employment preference institutions and fields.
