Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of modality and exercise therapy on delayed onset muscle soreness. Method: Subjects were assigned to 18 male and female(ultrasound group: 6 , stretching : 6, control group : 6) at random. Ultrasound was treated insertion of quadriceps frequency: 1MHz, Strength: 1.5 / ㎠, Time: 10 minutes. Stretching, active stretching, was repeated total 10 times and 30 seconds in duration on hip flexion which is opposite effect of quadriceps and knee flexion in a prone position. All of data calculated average and standard deviation and analyzed to investigate the effects within ultrasound therapy and stretching group using repeat measured ANOVA, one-way ANOVA and LSD. Result : Ultrasound and stretching group was not represented to statistically significant difference between groups. Conclusion : Ultrasound group showed that the effects on MMT, PPT, ROM, VAS in differences in group by time interaction but ultrasound and stretching group was not represented to statistically significant difference between groups.

Resistance exercises employing thera band method of hip flexion, extension, adduction, abduction and knee flexion, extesion excercises was performed with 10 times 3 sets of each operation, 20 seconds rest between set and once for 30 minutes. Circulation exercise was composed of a total 30 minutes, for 5 minutes each of the six tasks of the program repeated four minutes per exercise, 1 minute rest. Conducted three times a week over eight weeks was walking before and after the start of exercise (10M Walking Test ), balance (functional reach arm , four square step), quality of life was evaluated by measuring the effects of exercise, compare the differences in the way of movement to have the amount of change before and after. Results : The following are results of the study. significant difference was observed in all populations of both military between after exercise, and walking, balance ability and before exercise. Kno wledge of dementia to the general characteristics did not significantly affected to Physical Therapy student. Non-Department of Health student was affected by acquisition of dementia information and living with the elderly. Physical Th erapy student had significant influence depending on the household monthly in come. Non-Department of Health student had significant influence depending on student age. Physical therapist had significant influence in accordance with de mentia information. Objective : This investigation is an important course for those who are preparing to take the entrance examination. In order to successfully increase standing long jump records, providing primary material of techniques of improving exercise and results is our objective. Methods : In order to achieve this objective, group will carry out leg training, dividing the group to exercise core muscles and running (3km), allocating 11 people per group, carrying out a systematic exercise program three times a week for four weeks. Results : Before exercise, two weeks later, and after four weeks, data will be measured and compared. After analysis, the significance of three groups test values were evaluated and I have the following results: Conclusion : In group one, the lower leg exercising group, standing long jump result had decreased compared prior to exercising. However, after four weeks of exercise, the total increase compared to prior results as significant(p<0.05). In group two, the 3 km running group, the gradual decrease of total results of standing long jump after two weeks and four weeks was not significant(p<0.05). In group three, the core muscle training group, the gradual increase of total results of standing long jump after two weeks and four weeks was significant(p<0.05).
