Thus We are going to analysis what muscle groups influence on Low Back Pain. Method : The subject of this study is consist of 58 adults who have any pain on the Low Back. The subjects performed using CENTAUR®, 3-D spinal stabilization training implement on each 0, 45, -45, 90, -90, 135, -135, 180 angles(-:left side, +;right side). Results : 1. Means of 0〫angle(flexion) are left side 72.18[kNm] and right 79.06[kNm] moment. 2. Means of 45〫angle(side olique flexion) are left side 66.55[kNm] and right 69.81[kNm] moment. 3. Means of 90〫angle(side flexion) are left side 47.80[kNm] and right 78.68[kNm] moment. 4. Means of 135〫angle(side olique extension) are left side 57.35[kNm] and right 58.69[kNm] moment. 5. Means of 180〫angle(extension) are left side 54.67[kNm] and right 54.43[kNm] moment. Conclusion : Trunk extensor group was more high moment about 15% than trunk flexor group. Trunk extensor group was more high moment about 3.14% than trunk flexor group. Trunk extensor group was more high moment about 2.4% than trunk side flexor group, more high moment about 2.4% and 11.31% than trunk left and right side extensor group.

The present study was performed to examine the comparative significance of perceptive symptom on visual display terminals (VDT) syndrome between occupational and control hobby group using by reliable questionnaire and to finally provide guideline of alternative management for prevention of VDT syndrome. This survey study carried out from Jan 5th to Feb 5th, 2006 using three hundred people who just use VDT in usual were selected for control hobby group aged 18-53 (mean, 29.4) and another three hundred employees who work at least 20 hours per week at a VDT were randomly selected for occupational group aged 19-55 (mean, 32.7). 1. Both groups were evaluated at the daily using hours, posture, whether daily taking exercise for 30 min, whether be educated on computer work based on the questionnaire, wherein showed the statistical significance(P<0.05) in occupational group compared to control hobby group. 2. The frequency of VDT perceptive symptom as well as experience of therapeutic treatment showed the statistical significance(P<0.05) in occupational group compared to control hobby group. 3. In survey study based on arbitrary satisfaction index of the questionnaire regarding current affairs, it showed satisfaction by 35.1%, so-so by 52.8%, non-satisfaction by 12.2% in occupational group indicating dissatisfaction with their own affairs by 65%. 4. In case of daily-using VDT for 2-4 hr, based on the inquiries about eye itching, face itching, feeling warmed up, feeling bad and feeling of losing eyesight, it showed the statistical significance(P<0.05) in occupational group compared to control hobby group. 5. In case of daily-using VDT for 4-6 hr, based on the inquiries about inconvenience and/or pain of fingers, feeling stress, defect of memory, oppressive sense of eyelid as well as trembling eyelid, it showed the statistical significance(P<0.05) in occupational group compared to control hobby group. 6. In case of daily-using VDT for more than 6 hr, based on inquiries about perceptive symptom of eyelid with hyperemia, decreasing ability of concentrate on, headache, feeling dizziness as well as constipation, it showed the statistical significance(P<0.05) in occupational group compared to control hobby group. Taken together, the results suggest that personalized preventive programs based on scientifically approved index could improve satisfaction index for workers who use VDTs with varies perceptive symptoms.

Purpose : The Purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of taping, ultrasound, AMCT treatment on the pain and grip strength with carpal tunnel syndrome patients. Methods : To study divided of third groups. the each groups was consisted of 10 patients. each groups were apply to ultrasound therapy for 5 minute, Taping was attached from wrist joint to elbow joint medial epicondly after maximun extension. AMCT application was contact the posterior aspect of the proximal head of the radius. The line of drive is anterior and inferior. Next, contact the anterior aspect of the lunate by positioning the instrument on the volar aspect of the wrist. just distal to the wrist crease. The line of drive is straight posterior. pain and grip strength were assessed prior, before the, after 1 week, after 2 weeks treatment. All 3 times calculated pain and grip strength. Results : The results were as follow: 1. There were statistical significance on the pain and grip strength with taping, ultrasound, AMCT groups(p<.05). 2. AMCT group was more statistical significance than taping, ultrasound groups on the pain and grip strength(p<.05). 3. There was no statistical significance between ultrasound and taping group on the pain and grip strength(p>.05). Conclusion : AMCT therapy are more effect able than taping, ultrasound therapy for grip strength increased and pain decreased. Therefor, AMCT therapy is most effect able for pain decreased and grip strength increased with carpal tunnel syndrome patients

Method: Statice balance were measured by a Balance Performance Monitor (BPM). Measures are included sway path, area, and maximal sway velocity. Each test was repeated twice and made a mean. Each of 4 conditions (eyes open, right eye closed, left eye closed, double eye closed) evaluated effect of visual block at standing balance. The one-way repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare a mean the different visual block on standing. Results: The results of this study were as follows; 1. The sway path was a significant difference in eyes open (131.95±15.79㎜), right eye closed (104.26±11.48㎜), left eye closed (114.55±28.94㎜) and both eye closed (183.50±14.03㎜), (p<.05). 2. The sway area was a significant difference in eyes open (171.42±4.93㎟), right eye closed (171.63±19.28㎟), left eye closed (158.11±20.15㎟) and both eye closed (204.92±15.91㎟), (p<.05). 3. The maximal sway velocity was a significant difference in eyes open (26.89±7.18㎜/s), right eye closed (23.58±9.37㎜/s), left eye closed (24.76±8.27㎜/s) and both eye closed (29.55±5.70㎜/s), (p<.05). Discussion and Conclusion: That subjects were all blocked their visual ability affected their static balance. Therefore visual ability would be needed to have functional and independent daily life and considered as important factor in rehabilitational approach.

If we are to promote recreation as aviable therapeutic technique, we must regard its function as instrumental, the means to acquire some remedial charges in the client's psychic state. In order to accomplish remediation, we need to promote perceptions of control in our clients, facilitate growth by exemplifying therapeutic attitudes and employ leisure activities in order to reduce unnecessary stress. For Therapeutic Recreation to assume its rightful place alongside allied health professions, we must continue to delineate the therapeutic experience in Therapeutic Recreation so that it is more easily assimilated into what most of our colleagues in other therapies take the word "therapeutic" to mean. Though we know Therapeutic Recreation to be Therapeutic, our problems have related primarily to a failure to understand the Therapeutic Recreation phenomenon and explain it in a lucid manner.

Myofascial pain syndrome characterised by the presence of trigger points. Trigger points are defined as tender areas deep within the muscle belly whitch, when palpated, result in referred pain that reproduce the patient's pain complaint. The referred pain does not follow simple segmental patterns and is not necessarily situated in the same dermatome, myotome or sclerotome as that of the trigger point. Specific patterns of pain referral have been described for all muscles of the body. Trigger points are said to be located within taut bands of muscle fibers. Theses represent tense muscle fibers, ranging from a few milimeters to a centimeter in width, that are found by palpation along the longitudinal axis of the muscle among the normally slackened fibers. A transient muscle contraction, the local twitch response, can be induced by rolling the trigger point under fingers. Trigger points have been described as a being either active or latent. It is thought that many regional pain conditions, including subsets of low back, cervical disorders and tension headache. Treatments for myofascial pain syndrome are physical therapy, stretch, spray, postural rehabilitation and medication.
