Background : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of stati cs stretching and fascia stretching on hip joint range of motion, muscle strength, and pelvic alignment. This study was conducted on 31 subjects without back pain. Methods : Subjects were divided into two groups; static stretching(group Ⅰ, n =11), fascia stretching(group Ⅱ, n=13). Both groups executed the exercise thre e times a week for 4 weeks. The ranges of hip motion were assessed by gonio meter, the muscle strenth was conducted by Microfet2, and the pelvic alignment was assessed by Posturemeter before and after in both groups. The data was analyzed by the paired t-test to compare differences before and after on each group and the independent t-test to compare between the two gro ups. Results : In groupⅠ, showed significant increases in bilateral flexion, extensio n, and lateral rotation, while in groupⅡ, left abduciton and right lateral rotation i ncreased significantly. In groupⅠ, the difference of stretch of hip muscles was n o significant before and after, however, in groupⅡ, the strength of right lateral r otation significantly increased. There was no statistically difference in range of motion, strength, and pelvic alignment in between groups. Conclusion : According to the results, stretching exercises are effective for en hancing range of motion and pelvic alignment; however, they do not significatly i mprove muscle strength. To increase muscle strength, it is necessary to perform both stretching and strengthening exercises concurrently.

Unlike other companies, medical institutions are located at the point of contact with patients, their main customers, so service to patients is of utmost importance, and it can be said to be a service industry with a very high dependence on human resources. However, research on the social responsibility activities of medical institutions is conducted very peripherally, unlike corporations, which are actively conducted with a focus on indexing and empirical research on social responsibility activities. Accordingly, this study aims to study the social responsibility activities of oriental medicine hospitals, which are an under-researched field among various types of medical institutions. Through a survey of the social responsibility activities of general companies and hospitals, the social responsibility activities of oriental medicine hospitals are investigated. The significance of the study is to secure an effective driving force for efficient hospital management by suggesting a direction for the hospital. To date, most studies on social responsibility activities have been conducted on general companies. However, research on hospitals' social responsibility activities is being conducted very locally, unlike corporations, which are actively conducted with a focus on quantifying and empirically researching social responsibility activities. In addition, most of today's social contribution activities in oriental medicine hospitals are carried out locally only in areas utilizing organizational personnel, so empirical and systematic research on the effects of social responsibility activities in oriental medicine hospitals is insufficient. Accordingly, this study will be used as a basic study on the social responsibility activities of oriental medicine hospitals by investigating various social responsibility activities that can be applied to hospitals, and provide information that can strengthen the capacity for efficient management of oriental medicine hospitals. The significance of the study is to provide a basis for strategy establishment.

According to Mulligan, taping is relatively difficult to quantify. In addition, it was said that only one or two days were applied due to abnormal reactions of most skin. Nevertheless, taping is a necessary tool for the treatment of dysfunction. Mulligan used most of the taping applications to maintain the effect of manual therapy. It was also used as an alternative to manual therapy. Mulligan's taping method can be seen as functional taping in the author's pursuit of orthopedic medicine taping. Orthopedic medicine taping divides musculoskeletal dysfunction into contractile and non-contractile tissues and presents each treatment. Among them, functional taping is an approach to the problem of dysfunction in non-contractile tissues. Many studies have also reported that applying various interventions suitable for the disease together rather than using only one treatment can expect a higher therapeutic effect. From this point of view, taping is considered to be valuable for research as one of the techniques that is quite easy to use in combination with manual therapy.
