PURPOSE : The purpose of this study is to compare prior studies on various motor therapeutic approaches that affect the improvement of respiratory function in stroke patients and to present motor therapy for more effective respiratory function improvement in stroke patients. METHOD : The various prior studies affecting the increase of respiratory function in stroke patients are collected, arranged and compared referring to RISS, NDSL. RESULT : As a result of the study, the diaphragm respiratory exercise, feedback respiratory exercises, combined respiratory exercises, deep neck flexion exercises, sternum and chest extended resistance exercise, respiratory rehabilitation exercise, inhalation and exhalation strengthening exercise and elastic band exercise showed significant increase in effort lung capacity, effortless breathing rate for 1 second, and maximum exhalation speed test. CONCLUSION : In conclusion, feedback respiration exercise, diaphragm exercise, increased thoracic size and diaphragm thickness, which helped the inhalation function. The elastic band exercise strengthened the abdominal muscles and helped the exhalation function. Combined breathing exercises and deep neck flexion strengthening exercises helped maintain the operability of the chest and improve the activity of the breathing auxiliary muscles, helping the function of exhalation and exhalation. In order to achieve such effective exercise results for stroke patients, appropriate breathing exercise methods should be applied depending on the symptoms, environment and condition of stroke patients. Further research on respiratory physiotherapy is also needed.

Background : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of balance ex ercise and plyometric exercise on fuctional ankle instability. Methods : Followed by an ankle instability questionnaire, 25 adults in their 20's were surveyed regarding ankle sprain experience of which, 18 subjects were rando mly assigned into balance exercise group(BEG,n=9) and complex exercise group(C EG,n=9). The degree of ankle instability of each group was determined by the CAI T, The digital inclinometer was also used to measure the ROM of ankle plantar fl exion and dorsiflexion. Static balance ability, dynamic balance ability were measure d using-Biorescue-equipment to evaluate balance ability. Participant's balance left to right and front to back were measured by static plantar pressure and the follo wing results were obtained. Results : To justify its significance, the standard of ankle instability of each contr ol groups were set at less than CAIT 24 points and results showed both groups h ad a statistically significant difference(p<.05). It was also evident the ROM showe d a significant difference in the dorsiflexion of the BEG(p<.05). Furthermore, by c omparing the difference between static balance and dynamic balance, results showe d there was a significant different between Romberg velocity and limit of stability area in CEG and Romberg velocity in BEG(p<.05). Lastly, there was significant di fference in BEG's area between front to back(p<.05). Conclusion : By the mentioned results, it was concluded there were some signific ant effects on the ankle instability, ROM, balance ability and partial plantar pressu re between the balance exercise group and plyometric exercise group.

PURPOSE : The purpose of this study is to examine the methods and interventions of the evaluation of walking disorders of spinal cord injury patients through literature, and to study and organize various methods for treating problems of spinal cord injury patients with walking disorders to present efficient treatment methods that can actually be applied in clinical practice. METHOD : Literature reviews provide information on the spinal cord injury and suggest effective ways to improve the walking disoder RESURT : Physical therapeutic intervention in walking disorders of spinal cord injury patients includes walking training using treadmill, walking training using functional electric stimulation, robot walking training using virtual reality, and walking training combining PNF. All four of these training methods have a positive effect on walking examination of spinal cord injury patients. CONCLUSION : During spinal cord injury, paralytic patients have a strong desire to walk again, and maintaining walking and standing conditions has had a great psychological effect on the prevention of complications and the training of walking suitable for patients is an essential element in the rehabilitation process. Based on this conclusion, I believe that various therapeutic interventions should be applied to improve the walking capacity of spinal cord injury patients in the future. However, it was difficult to compare the effectiveness of the interventions because the walking inspection methods and tools of all the walking arbitration methods were different. It is believed that unified inspection methods and tools will be needed for future studies on pedestrian interventions.

PURPOSE : In this study, we would like to find out how to mediate between stroke patients and walk efficiently through prior research. METHOD : The literature review provides information on stroke and presents the type of gait training that is most effective in training stroke. RESULT&CONCLUSION : When we look at this paper, In the front, rear, and side walk training, it was more effective in the rear and side walk than in the front walk training, and the training method that introduced various methods was more effective than in the general gait training.
