PURPOSE : The purpose was that examined the effect of pelvic deformity on balance by considering the importance of awareness of pelvic changes and the importance of continuous posture management METHOD : This study was conducted from June 5, 2017 to July 5, 2017 in 30 patients (male: 12, female: 18). The subjects were divided into the normal group (15 patients) and the abnormal group (15 patients) after measuring the slope of the pelvis and vertebral deformation using a vertebra structure analyzer (Formetric 4D, Diers Inc., Germany) Pelvic Torsion Group, Pelvic Slip Group, and Pelvic Torsion + Slip Group (5 each). And Balance Analyzer (Balance Master 7.0 version, NeuroCom International, USA) and dynamic balance capability was divided into RT, MV, EPE, ME, and DC. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS 24. for window program, and the corresponding sample t-test and independent sample t-test were used. RESULT : The results of this study are as follows. 1. There was no statistically significant difference in dynamic balance ability between normal group and abnormal group. 2. There was no statistically significant difference in dynamic balance ability according to gender of normal group. 3. There was statistically significant difference in dynamic balance ability according to gender of the pelvic torsion group in ME (.018). 4. There was statistically significant difference in dynamic balance ability according to gender of the pelvic slippery group in ME (.016). 5. There was a statistically significant difference in the dynamic balance ability according to gender of the mixed group in RT (.000) and MV (.022). CONCLUSION : The pelvic changes did not show a large change in the overall balance in the human body, but the balance ability according to gender showed a slight difference.

Based on the previous research on sports injuries of marathon athletes and participants, the results are as follows. first. Surveys on the types of sports injuries of marathon runners and participants can be used as a key resource for preparation and prior learning for medical trainees and medical volunteers. second. The most frequent injuries to the marathon athletes and participants were knee, followed by ankle and sole. third. The most common sports injuries of marathon athletes and participants were patellofemoral pain syndromes, followed by ankle sprain and plantar fasciitis. The following research is needed in the future. Only marathon athletes and participants should be targeted. More subdivided areas and disease types should be presented and investigated.

PURPOSE : There are a number of prior articles about stress, but there is a problem that it is difficult for the general public to use. Because of, This stimulates the vagus nerve to study simple but effective stress management methods. The purpose of this study was to Stimulate vagus nerves to organize simple and effective stress management methods and identify their effects. METHOD : By providing stress factors and situations, we perform two vagus nerve stimulation exercises to confirm whether there is a stress reduction effect by relaxing the cardiovascular system. The study subjects should be 45 people who are not in the same class. Experiments should be divided into 15 control groups, 15 eye movement groups, and 15 tongue protruding groups. The study period was 3 weeks and divided into exercise group and control group. We will perform one experiment per person once a week. RESULT : Eye movement was effective in activating parasympathetic nervous system by stimulating vagus nerve, but less effective than tongue pushing exercise. The tongue - tilting movement stimulated vagus nerve, so the effect of activating the parasympathetic nervous system was the same as that of eye movement, but the effect was better than eye movement. In addition, the parasympathetic nervous system was stabilized, but the effect was less in the exercise group than in the exercise group. CONCLUSION : Both eye movements and tongue movements showed a reduction in stress and activation of parasympathetic nervous system, and there was a sufficient difference in the comparative analysis. As a result, the vagus nerve stimulation exercise was temporarily stressed to patients with initial stress such as headache, tachycardia, It is expected to have positive and significant results for those who have chronic stress by making the stress reduction effect and maintaining the stable state.

PURPOSE : The purpose of this study is how the difference in leg lengths affects the initial body changes. After making an artificial leg length difference for normal people, we will measure the tilt of the spine and the torsion of the pelvis in the body. Based on this, we tried to provide the basic data of correction prescription(shoe lift or heel lift) for the difference of leg length. METHOD : This study was conducted to investigate the effects of leg length differences on the body. After measuring the leg length of the subjects, the leg length difference was given using 1cm, 2cm, 3cm, 4cm, 5cm insole. For adaptation to an artificial leg length difference, each height was stepped for 10 minutes, and measurements were made during the last minute of adaptive gait. We used Formetric as a Measuring tools. RESULT : The subjects who participated in this study were 16 male and 15 female adults in the age group of 20, who were in the K age group. The increase in the insole height resulted in a difference in leg length, And the extent to which it is concerned. CONCLUSION: This study used a spinal structure analyzer (Formetric 4D, Diers Inc, Germany) to investigate the effect of general characteristics, BMI, VAS, leg length, and gender insole height on body changes. According to statistical results, the higher the difference of anthropomorphic leg length, the more influence on pelvic torsion and tilt angle, but it did not affect kyphotic angle and lordotic angle.
