Relay Protection Sport Systems Based on MATLAB-Based Simulation Technology

MATLAB-based simulation technology can support the analysis and design of relay protection sport systems. A simulation model is built for the study of sport system relay protection. As an example, the sport system fault simulation, zero-sequence current protection simulation and transformer differential protection simulation are presented herein. The case studies show that the simulation of sport system relay protection is effective and feasible.

The Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is the routing protocol that enables large IP networks to form a single Internet. The main objective of BGP is to exchange Network Layer Reachability Information (NLRI) between Autonomous Systems (ASes) so that a BGP router can announce their IP prefix and find a path to the destination of packets. As the number of IP hijacking incidents has increased, a number of solutions are created to prevent IP hijacking. However, few studies have been researched about an AS path hijacking. We proposed a novel methodology of preventing AS path hijacking by comparing live BGP streams to our policy-based database that collected from RIPE NCC repository. As the number of ASes increases, our method for comparing live BGP streams to our policy-based database have to be enhanced to validate AS path in real time. We enhanced the main comparison algorithm and the performance result indicates that the enhanced algorithm is on average 1.45 times faster than the existing algorithm.

With the development of basketball, individual technical ability is growing, shooting is more and more accurate, offensive means are more and more rich, facing the complex and changing field conditions, if just blindly individual defense, it is difficult to obtain significant results. CAI is a product of the era development and the problems in the process of its advancement which exist in the understanding and the resource reserve are inevitable. For these phenomena, not only the auxiliary and order principle are supposed to be established in the process of applying the computer technology in basketball tactical training, but also the computer-aided technology application value ought to be reexamined. The specific training to teachers of different subjects needs to be strengthened and the construction of CAI network database should be consummated in time. This paper choose CAI applied in Zone defense technology, with variability and flexibility, can effectively limit the player with strong individual ability and come through the defense, and therefore zone defense tactical attract more teams’ attention.

Football is one of the most popular sports in the world. It is deeply loved by massive ball fans. Generally one complete football game lasts around two hours, but only a very little part of it has wonderful views which attract audiences. Although in sport matches, episodes which people care about are of high subjectivity, for football games, they share some in common. . So how to fetch out concerned events from tremendous football videos has become a very important and typical problem. Here we propose a new algorithm for extracting effectively key events from football videos, which is named key event extraction method based on attributes of shots. The method proves higher recall and precision rate.

This paper introduces our design and implementation of a mobile shopping app specializing in local products. One of the most distinguished features of this app is that it is closely cooperates with the local Internet TV. The Internet TV service is integrated into the app, and special events for sales promotion held by the M-commerce system can be dynamically directed to the local Internet TV. The M-commerce system is a client-server system. The server system supports both this M-commerce and the E-commerce that also specializes in regional product. This paper focuses on description of our implementation of the client part.

Tracking of basketball is studied. Firstly, the basketball object template and adaptive object model are established by using the basic characteristic of segmented basketball in the former frame. Then an improved block-matching algorithm is proposed for tracking the basketball. Finally, the edge of basketball is revised, and the mechanism for tracking validity is established.

Previously, we present the motivation for developing 2D game named My Journey to the Mosque (MJTM) that enables to teach children to recite zikir indirectly. There is a need for usability evaluation of the prototype before it can be tested against actual user. Therefore, in order to verify the prototype that has been developed, a usability study was conducted among technical experts. The experts were one from Islamic entertainment industry and two academicians from Multimedia School. A questionnaire has been developed to collect feedback from the expert reviewer. Among the aspects observed by the experts were contents, navigation or interactivity, presentation of the prototype and the use of animations. These are important aspects to be considered according to various previous studies. Results shown that most of the aspects observed by the reviewers were above the average score of 4.00 according to the Likert scale. Findings of this study will be used as a guideline for further enhancements of the prototype.

During laser triangulation measurement, CCD image sensor is used to detect the laser spot with the measured information. Resolution and pixel size of CCD, directly affect the precision of laser scanning measurement. Based on the analysis of the gray centroid algorithm, the improvement gray centroid algorithm is proposed. By using the algorithm to solve the CCD location subdivision, the corresponding relationship between the spot position and the pixel is confirmed. The realization of the acquisition enhances the resolution through the segmentation, and the accuracy of laser triangulation measurement is improved.

According to the local and global feature of image, matching the image from a lot image library, this is the image retrieval task; however, the image retrieval need to search the information in the database, we need to find a method for efficient information retrieval. Deep belief network according to the characteristic of the initiative, through the method of training a multilayer neural network to process large amounts of data, and it is very efficient, in this article, as to the characteristics of image local features and global features, it gives a deep belief network image retrieval algorithm, the experiment verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

The dual U-slot and tri-U-slot patch antennas have been designed to operate in WiMAX and WLAN applications. The radiation parameters such as return loss, radiation patterns, VSWR, and gain of the antennas have been analyzed using CST microwave studio. The proposed antennas have simple structure, simple coaxial feed, inexpensive, ease of fabrication and light weight designed for realizing dual band characteristics. The dual U-slot antenna has the bandwidths of 0.27GHz and 0.47GHz ranging 3.37GHz to 3.64GHz and 5.15GHz to 5.62GHz respectively. The tri-U-slot antenna has the bandwidths of 0.14GHz and 0.66GHz ranging from 3.61GHz to 3.71GHz and 5.18GHz to 5.84GHz respectively. The gains of the dual U-slots antenna have 8.77dBi, 9.47dBi and 8.1dBi and tri-U-slot antenna have the gains of 8.71dBi, 8.66dBi and 9.09dBi at the operating frequencies of 3.67GHz, 5.2GHz and 5.8GHz respectively. The simulated and measured results show that the antennas have stable gains, good impedance matching and directional radiation patterns. The measured and simulated results are in good agreement.
Multiple Circles Detection in Complex Scenes

To solve the problem that the conventional circle detection algorithm has low processing speed and poor identification accuracy in presence of overlap of objects, a novel multiple circles detection algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the consecutive edges with single pixel are obtained through an edge tracking method. Moreover, the edges of overlaid objects are extracted from the cross section according to the linear projection method. Secondly, a large number of non-circular edges are excluded by utilizing a coarse detection that decides whether four points on an edge are on the same circle or not. Lastly, the circles are recognized by the fine detection according to the geometrical feature which two subarcs belonging to one circle have the same center and radius. The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm is superior in speed, precision and accuracy, comparing to the conventional ones, such as Hough transform circle detection and randomized circle detection. Furthermore, it can solve the issues from overlap of objects and accurately identify the multiple circular objects in the complex scenes as well. The algorithm is concise, fast and robust.
Optimal Viewpoint Extraction of 3D Model Based on AdaBoost Iterative Algorithm

According to the limitations of a single measurement algorithm in the current 3D models’ viewpoint extraction, this essay puts forward a viewpoint extraction algorithm based on AdaBoost iterative algorithm, which can make the features adaptive automatically. It, firstly, extracts 3D models’ feature descriptor and feature vector in the model library and adopts AdaBoost iterative algorithm to establish rules about classification and matching from geometric features and various viewpoint extraction algorithm; then, it constructs decision classifier in order to extract optimal viewpoint. In query process, the model obtains viewpoint extraction algorithm which can suit its geometric feature through decision classifier and then gets its best view by calculation. The experimental result shows this algorithm extraction effect is superior to the one by a single measurement algorithm.
Frame Complexity-Based R-Q Model for Low Bit Rate Video Coding

In this paper, we propose an adaptive intra-frame rate-quantization (R-Q) model for H.264/AVC video coding. The proposed model aims at estimating accurate output bit rate according to the quantization parameters (QP) for intra-coded frames in low bit rate networks such as video sensor networks. By taking frame complexity measure into consideration, the parameters of the proposed model can be adaptively adjusted to the visual contents. In addition, the method of Kalman filtering is used to estimate the model parameters for real-time video encoding applications. It is shown by experimental results that the proposed model predicts the output bit rate accurately and thus achieves better mismatch performance than that of the existing method.
Ultrasonic Signal De-noising Based on Wavelet Entropy and Inter-Scale Correlation

In this paper, we proposed an adaptive threshold de-noising method by combining wavelet entropy and inter-scale correlation. Different from the traditional wavelet threshold based de-noising methods, our method can be divided into three steps. First, we decompose the noisy signal by using discrete wavelet transform (DWT), calculate the value of inter-scale correlation of the decomposed wavelet coefficients, and delete the high frequency coefficients which are smaller than the value of inter-scale correlation. Secondly, we equally divide the processed high frequency coefficients into several subintervals, calculate the wavelet entropy of each subinterval, and decide the threshold of high frequency coefficients by combining wavelet entropy and adaptive threshold rules. Finally, we de-noise the high frequency coefficients by using logarithmic smoothing threshold function, and reconstruct the ultrasonic signal. Experiment results have shown that the proposed method is better than some other de-noising methods in terms of SNR (signal noise ratio) and SDR (signal distortion ration).

This paper presents a finite element model-based real-time simulation system for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driving system, which, in combination with the vehicle kinetic model, forms a complete electric vehicle (EV) hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation and test platform. The software JMAG is used to establish the PMSM finite element model, and the platform of field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is adopted to construct the PMSM real-time simulation model. The finite element model is also retrieved to coordinate with the vehicle kinetic model in order to facilitate the testing and development of the controller of the EV, the matching of the driving system, the kinetics control algorithms, etc. Through comparing the real-time simulation of the motor driving system with the experimental results of the test bench, as well as analyzing the HIL simulation results of the entire vehicle model, this paper verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of this HIL simulation and test platform.

This paper presents a new CMOS four-quadrant low voltage and low power analog multiplier circuit in voltage mode. In the proposed analog multiplier, transistors are biased in weak inversion by driving them at bulk terminals. The proposed design has fully differential ended output. Input signal ranges are ±40mV and all transistors have the equal sizes. Simulation results have been presented by HSPICE simulator in 0.18μm standard CMOS technology to confirm the operation of the circuit. The results show that the proposed analog multiplier has several advantages in comparison with other analog multipliers.

To get over a difficulty of relying on experience of traditional Landing Signal Officer evaluation technology, this paper designs a universal integrated evaluation of LSO for carrier-based aircraft. After analyzing “evaluation” difficulty, there are four LSO grade technology should be proposed: effect capability integration of multiple flight states attributes; effect capability integration at multiple reference positions; effect capability quantification and evaluation on the final approach. The model simulation results of flight states attribute evaluation at one reference position, reference positions evaluation of one flight states attribute, flight states attribute evaluation on the final approach and reference position evaluation on the final approach indicate the better performance of the new evaluation method in comparison with the traditional way with more accuracy and practicability.
The Acoustical Analysis of Vowel Harmony Issues in Uyghur Words

The vowel harmony phenomena in Uyghur words, its representation forms and main types are introduced first in this paper. Then, from the experimental phonetics point of view, the feasibility and affectivity of acoustical analysis method for harmony analysis are verified. finally, as the application part, the acoustic features such as formant frequency, resonance peak value, vowel duration, vowel pitch and the sound intensity etc. for every disyllabic, trisyllabic and quad syllabic Uyghur words are collected from the “Acoustical Database for Uyghur Language” established by Laboratory of Institute of Ethnology and Humanities of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Xinjiang University. And the statistical analysis carried out on those acoustical feature values and some conclusions and rules are also summarized.

In recent years, fitness course is a new physical education curriculum in colleges and universities in our country that has positive effect to promote the development of contemporary college students' physical and mental health. But the course teaching has many problems to be solved, which is at the development stage and still is not perfected. This article uses the literature material, interview, questionnaire survey and other research methods, respectively in 10 colleges and universities of different regions of Shanxi Province, finds out the factors restricting the development of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province fitness course, puts forward the countermeasures. Studies have shown that college students have a keen interest to fitness, bodybuilding, participation motivation is good, but the low level of cognition. Effect is obvious that college students to participate in fitness bodybuilding exercise. However, the evaluation of college students is not high for the courses in health fitness. Disqualified facilities, lack of class hour unreasonable factors also restrict the nation-wide fitness course.
Parameter Optimization of SVM Based on Improved ACO for Data Classification

The parameters of support vector machine have a great influence on the learning ability and generalization ability, so an improved ant colony optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the parameters of SVM, then an optimized SVM classifier (IMACO-SVM) is proposed for data classification. In the IMACO-SVM, the adaptive adjustment pheromone strategy is used to make relatively uniform pheromone distribution and the improved pheromone updating method is used to submerge the heuristic factor by the residual pheromone information, in order to effectively solve the contradiction between expanding search and finding optimal solution. The selection of parameters of the SVM is regarded as a combination optimization of parameters in order to establish the objective function of combination optimization. The improved ACO algorithm with good robustness and positive feedback characteristics and parallel searching is used to search for the optimal value of objective function. In order to validate the classification effectiveness of the IMACO-SVM algorithm, some experimental data from the UCI machine learning database are selected in this paper. The classification results show that the proposed IMACO-SVM algorithm has higher classification ability and classification accuracy.

It is time to collect the consumer’s feedback to utilize the new variables of the system in any fields of processes or systems, yet the street sculptures using the streetlight as one of the offline advertisements are maintained and exposed in the form of unidirectional communication. The advertisement participation by the control for external advertisements or sculptures of the consumers can be a new paradigm of the street advertisement. This study aimed to design the system so as for multiple consumers of the advertisements to be able to control them, and to realize the remote sculptures exposed again by their participations. Additionally, LED advertisement streetlight which can be used efficiently in the street is feasible to self-charge by the sunlight, to control remotely, and to deliver the information of voltage and LED power consumption status. With this system, we anticipate to provide the users with the efficient illumination information and its control.

Object-oriented software systems emerge from mere keystrokes to form intricate functional networks connecting many collaborating objects. In this paper, building on complex networks, software collaboration networks contained within several open-source software systems have been examined. Because of the association between objects, the ripple effect exists in those software networks. The distributions of forward and reversal ripple degree in software networks are analyzed, and focusing on high ripple degree nodes, a metric formula that evaluates the significance is presented. According to our metric, the fragile nodes, rigid nodes and a “hidden danger” node in software system can be selected, which can be used to provide guidance for design and remodeling of software systems.

This paper suggests an assignment algorithm in order to construct a reasonable Slope for any given data along with building division algorithms for generating interpolating intervals. In connection with these, finding out the Smooth Curve algorithm and generating it are essential. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Targeting Based on Image Matching

Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of the target for one UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), an UAV target location method based on image matching is presented according to the data of video and photograph as well as the information of the digital map. Firstly, using the improved artificial matching method, the UAV aerial images are jointed based on the digital map to obtain the coordinates information. Then, the UAV video frame resolution containing the target is improved by the improving method of super-resolution reconstruction. Finally, making use of the improved SIFT algorithm, the video frames are registered with the aerial photo to complete the location of the target. Results prove that this method can achieve the target location without the UAV’s position and attitude information, while improving the precision and speed of target location, this method is an effective one for target location based on the image matching in the battlefield.

The basketball segmentation in close shots is studied. According to the consistency of basketball color, color segmentation is implemented. Then with the help of steerable filters, the method detects image edges and the orientations of them. Finally, based on edges and their orientations, Hough transform is improved to get the circle center and the radius of basketball.

In this paper, we propose a novel pixel-based stylization technique that analyzes and transfers impressionistic styles. A pixel-based stylization technique has tended to focus on only a single term (color or texture), so that it is not easy for them to express complex styles, such as impressionist paintings. In this paper, we propose a novel pixel-based stylization technique that analyze and transfer impressionistic styles. We analyze regions of a source image with respect to three characteristics – color pattern, texture, and flow pattern – and then transfer each region's impressionistic style to a target image based on saliency similarities.

With the rapid development of internet and information technology, adopting internet platform will provide new advantage for companies, especially for sporting goods business. In recent years, most sports enterprises build their own online sales platform, enhance customer loyalty and improve its competitive advantages by using efficient B2C distribution platform. In this paper, we make empirical analysis of the factors that will affect the brand loyalty, the result shows that: (1) from the correlation analysis, the platform trust and platform satisfaction has a significant correlation with the brand loyalty; (2) from the regress analysis, the coefficient is -0.865, t is 3.801 and Sig. is 0, the result shows that platform satisfaction has significant positive effect on platform loyalty. On this basis, we put forward the related suggestions to improve the network marketing of sports commodity.

PCM (phase change memory) has been regarded as one of the most promising NVRAM. Due to its excellent features including high access speed, good scalability, byte addressability, and low idle power, PCM is expected to be an alternative to DRAM or flash memory in the future. So far, many different kinds of architecture have been proposed to merge PCM into the memory hierarchy of computer systems. For PCM-based computer systems, considering that PCM has various properties differing with DRAM and conventional storage media, traditional cache management policies based on DRAM and disks have to be re-designed. In this paper, we present a survey on the cache management policies for PCM-based systems that employ PCM as main memory or as secondary storage. Specially, for different PCM-based architectures, we explain how PCM-aware cache management policies exploit PCM’s advantages and overcome PCM’s drawbacks like asymmetric read/write latencies.
Incubators, SMEs, and Economic Development of China

In this rapidly growing and competitive technological development world, business incubation is a very supportive and productive tool for promoting the entrepreneurial environment, job creation and economic development. The efficacy of incubators is a crucial aspect for boosting the speed of local, regional and national economies and SMEs development. This study argues to suggest that efficiency of business incubators is vital for actively contributing in economic development especially for developing countries, namely China. A document analysis and archives based survey was conducted to review and analyse the practices of business incubators, as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Finally, the findings of the study reveal some future directions of business incubators in China with policy recommendations.

Therefore, to complement, we made a device that can generate high-dose radiation by using a high-capacity capacitor. The mobile X-ray device was designed for high factor and reduction in power consumption by applying pulse frequency modulation capable of variable driving frequency in a high voltage-generating device. In this paper, we studied frequency and output characteristics varying depending on the load fluctuation of the mobile X-ray machine. As a result, exposure dose and operation frequency linearly increased or decreased, depending on the changes in tube-voltage and tube-current.
