스카라 로봇의 성능 평가에 의한 제 2 암의 최적 설계

In this paper, optimal design of the second arm in a SCARA robot was studied. The mass and moment of inertia of the second arm of a SCARA robot have great effects on performance indices such as cycle times and torques of the first and second axes. To reduce the mass and moment of inertia, optimal design was carried out by FEM analysis using parameters such as width and height of the arm rib, which was newly adopted to decrease the arm thickness in keeping stiffness. Computer simulation was conducted in X and Y directional paths. As a result of the optimal design, maximum torques of the first and second axes decreased by 10.1% in maximum.



디젤기관의 연소활성제 첨가에 따른 성능 및 배기특성에 대한 실험적 연구

In this study, the potential possibility of oxygenates on butyl ether(below BE) was investigated as an combustion activator for a direct injection diesel engine. It tested to estimate change of engine performance and exhaust emission characteristics for the diesel fuel and oxygenates additives blended fuel which has four kinds of blended ratio. The smoke of blended fuel(diesel fuel 80vol-%+BE 20vol-%) was reduced in comparison with diesel fuel, that is, it was reduced approximately 26%. And, power, torque and brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC) didn't have no large differences. But, NOx of BE blended fuel was increased compared with diesel fuel.



수치해석과 모형시험을 이용한 트롤어선의 선형개발

To fulfill the design requirement from the Algeria owner, Hull form development of a trawl fishing boat was performed. Model test at CWC in INHA Technical collage was carried out to investigate the resistance characteristics and CFD analysis using FLUENT was performed to examine flow patterns and pressure distribution around hull etc. The designed hull form satisfies speed-power requirement of 10.5 knots at installed power. This paper describes the design feature of trawl fishing boat and evaluates the model test results and CFD results. The design constraints for Algeria trawl fishing boat were explained and the speed of the ship was compared with sea trial results.



연성접착제를 사용한 접착이음의 강도평가에 대한 해석

The objectives of the present study are to show how to predict the crack initiation at the terminus of adhesive bonded joints to calculate the crack growth in the adhesive layer using the total strain energy release rate. The crack propagation for ductile adhesives is theoretically estimated using -curve. -curve is determined from static shearing tests of single lap joints. The total strain energy release rate for single lap joints is evaluated using a boundary element analysis. The strength prediction is conducted by means of the R-curve and the total strain energy release rate.The conclusions are summarized as follows; (1) A crack propagation geometry of the bonded structure using ductile adhesive was predicted from the distribution of the total strain energy release rate. (2) The final failure load for lap joints is predicted by the R-curve method based on the fracture mechanics. (3) The final failure load for stiffened plates with a steel L-beam is predicted by the R-curve method based on the fracture mechanics.



동력경운기용 고구마 수확기 개발

This study was carried out to investigate of the performance for Sweet potato Harvester using Power-tiller. There was highly reduction in energy consumption using by Sweet potato Harvester of Power-tiller. A diesel engine with four cycle with single cylinder, water cooling and rated output 8.1 kW/2200 rpm was selected. The experimental factors for performance test, engine speed ranged from 1000 rpm to 2400 rpm, and BSFC, efficiency, traction power, and vibration were measured. The results obtained were as follows; engine output were increased from 4.4 kW to 5.74 kW at 1800 rpm and increased to 8.83 kW at 2400 rpm The specific fuel consumption was decreased to 320 g/kW.h at engine speed 2200 rpm and the traction power were showed 420~440 kgf.



시스템 히트펌프의 용량조절 및 최적화에 관한 연구

A system heat pump provides the benefits of comfort, energy conservation and easy maintenance. Recently, the system heat pump has been employed in small and medium-sized buildings. However, the performance data and control algorithm for system heat pump are limited in literature due to complicated system parameters and operating conditions. In the present study, the performance of a system heat pump with two indoor unit is measured by varying indoor loads, EEV opening, and compressor speed. In addition, the integral optimum regulator which includes MIMO control algorithm is proposed. The capacity modulation and optimum capacity for each indoor unit can be adjusted by utilizing the EEVs opening and compressor speed. The proposed scheme shows appropriate control performance at test conditions.

Robotic manipulators are increasingly deployed in complex environments or to perform complex tasks. Studies on dual-arm-robots have been continually carried out in robotics areas to provide robots in dangerous environments, similar to those which human beings would be normally in, without a special change to the working environment. In previous study, a dual-arm-robot has been designed. The robot, however, has some defects in its heavy weight and big shape. In order to reduce weight of an arm robot, the robot has been designed using a hollow-shaft-servo- assembly. The hollow-shaft-servo-assembly is composed of a hollow-shaft-servo-motor, a hollow- shaft-harmonic-drive, a hollow-shaft-brake, a hollow-shaft-encoder, and a servo-drive.




히트펌프 시스템을 이용한 멸치 건조기 성능

An experiment was carried out to evaluate the anchovy dryer performance using heat pump. We manufactured single stage refrigeration system using R22 and the dryer objects is frozen an anchovy. According to frame mobile method of the drying room inside divided at 3 drying rooms. After operating 13 hour machineries and accomplished a dryness experiment. The result which accomplishes an experiment, the dry condition which follows in frame movement of the drying room did not appear. According to the tray which is being put but in the frame the condition of anchovy dryness appeared different. It is concluded that the mean moisture evaporation rate is 60.7%, and the mean production of dryer an anchovy is 1.62 ton/day per dryer room.



이동통신 옥내기지국용 에너지 절약형하이브리드 냉방기 개발

The hybrid cooling system of vapor compression system and naturally circulating coolin system using R-410a for indoor mobil tele-communication center(IMTC) is developed and its performance is experimentally studied. Its results are summarized as follows. First, cooling capacity of naturally circulating cooling system is proportional to indoor and outdoor temperature difference and it has max. 4,550 kcal/h at indoor and outdoor air temperature difference 15℃. Second, heat exchangers of evaporator and condenser should be designed and constructed to be able to get maximum refrigerant capacity by naturally circulating force and to enhance heat transfer by refrigerant. Third, cooling capacity of hybrid cooling system has optimum operating point according to refrigerant charging capacity and refrigerant charging capacity of naturally circulating cooling system is 30~50% more than vapor compression refrigeration system.

In this paper, spray angle and theoretically cover extent in actuality cover extent is difference, spray form, spray air, spray high, over lap extent according to use usage becomes different and actuality cover extent applies over lap 20[%], and succeed to reduce error of cover extent maximum theoretically with actuality cover extent and got near result in cover extent of 10[%] withins.
