선박용 염분측정기 개발 및 성능 평가

A fresh water generator is designed to produce fresh water from sea water. This generator produces fresh water by evaporating and condensing sea water, and it uses the engine jacket water as the heat source. While a vessel is sailing, it uses main engine coolant to produce fresh water and also, while a vessel is in port, it uses auxiliary engine coolant. After all, sea water is evaporated the heat which the coolant contains, so it can produce fresh water economically, because it dose not need additional heat source. A salinity meter is a densitometer measuring the concentration of salt in sea water. This study designed the multi-function salinity meter(SAL-2000). SAL-2000 has many functions such as conductivity, salinity, flow rate, and so on. In order to evaluate the performance of SAL-2000, the measuring experiments such as salinity, flow rate, and pressure have been conducted.

LPG 엔진에서 연료조절밸브를 이용한 공연비 제어에 관한 연구

This study investigates experimentally Air-fuel ratio feedback control with a fuel valve in a LPG engine. The fueling valve is controlled by electronic control unit which is made with micro computer. Various control logics are employed and then PID control is adopter as a proper logic for own system and Air-fuel ratio feedback control by PID control was experimentally of various operation area with the stable control algorithm of PID control that was earned from the former experiment. On the process the experiment, determination experiment of each control part coefficient was the biggest variable among the whole result of experiment. We could know as a result of experiment that the lange of overshoot is bigger as the proportional control part os bigger integral control part is related with the delay time and coefficient of differential control part is related with the decrease of overshoot range from the experiment of various operation area we could also analyse consequently that direct fuel control in the fuel value makes more stable control status in rare operation and low load area.

The Dry Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) consists of a driving pulley and a driven pulley joined by a rubber V-belt. An each pulley consists of a fixed flange and a movable flange. The movable flange of the driving pulley has the centrifugal roller and a ramp plate in the flange. The movable flange moves toward a fixed flange under the actuation of a centrifugal roller, as the driving pulley speed increases. In this study, the function and the relationship of the all parts in the Dry CVT are investigated. The profile of movable flange is analyzed. The effect of axial force is also analyzed by speed ratio and load torque.

Dry CVT(Continuously variable transmission) consists of a driving pulley and a driven pulley joined by rubber V-belt. Each pulley consists of a fixed flange and a movable flange. The movable flange of the driving pulley has the centrifugal roller and a ramp plate in the flange. In this study, the formula with respect to relationship between a driving pulley and a driven pulley was derived, based on theoretical investigation about Dry CVT of a common and practical auto-bicycle(125cc). Also, the axial forces on the driving pulley and the driven pulley were analyzed.

해안지역에서의 단동형 비닐하우스 구조 보강방법에 관한 연구

The actual status of a single span vinyl-house for a institution vegetable cultivation in a main cultivation area was investigated to make good use of the data for developing a structural reinforcement method of single span vinyl-house. The structural stability of single span vinyl-house with a width of 6.0m and high of 3.0m utilized in that area was analyzed by using a three-dimensional visual FEA code. Finally, the optimized structural reinforcement method of pipes with a width of 6.0m which had a roof height of 3.0m was respectively presented. The results showed that the structural reinforcement method of the single span vinyl-house was classified as the model cases from a view point of structural stability. It was secured under the condition of a wind velocity of 40m/s and a snow-depth of 35~55cm, simultaneously.
