In this paper, Wish to handle in priority about security of wishing to do data transmission between users specially among way to cope network service problems. Propose firewall that can solve problem of security between users for problematic solution, do so that can do smooth communication with network users sharing resource between each other safety in P2P environment. So that, users who is not given authority in network that consist through imperfect communication channel do not make a problem on security tapping, insertion and erasing of information, and rightful user through only firewall can use service.

In this study, the vibration characteristic of marine N2 generator is improved by finite element analysis and experimental test. The vibration test adopted the rule of KR(Korean Register of Shipping) for the type approval. We investigate 4 type of design using finite element method and choose the best candidate. After making prototype we also test it using excitor and choose that for final design.

This Study is about structural analysis of ball valve for controlling cryogenic LNG's flow or stop in normal temperature. The used valve is demanded safety resistance for inner pressure and temperature variation caused by using it in cryogenic, high pressure surrounding. This study evaluates for safety resistance for inner pressure and temperature variation by heat transfer analysis in cryogenic surrounding, heat stress analysis in temperature variation and deformation analysis in high pressure.

This study was analyzed about influence of the seat back strength on neck injury in low speed rear offset impacts. MADYMO human model with the detailed neck model was used to define the magnitude and direction of internal forces acting on the cervical spine during rear impact. The analysis of neck motion and soft tissue neck injury(STNI) were studied using the lumped parameter model. Increased strength of the seat back resulted in increased ligament and disc forces. On the other hand, decreased strength of the seat back resulted increased force. It is clear that an appropriate strength of seat back allows to minimize a neck injury.

The multistage double acting oil pressure cylinder can overcome limits of a stroke of cylinder. Development target of the multistage double acting oil pressure cylinder makes a overcome operation distance, in the case of transport of bodies or tension, contraction working. It's structure is composed that fluid flow pipelines are inserted in the cylinder. In the serial arrangement of reciprocating cylinders, the multistage double acting oil pressure cylinder can prevent a buckling or cylinder loss because assemble arrangement is simple type of insertion way. Using the MSC.Visual Nastran, the 3D simulation was executed. Through the 3D simulation, we ascertained that the multistage double acting oil pressure cylinder could be adapted to a elevation system.



소요동력 최소화를 위한 유압 댐퍼용 축압기 해석

As hydraulic power has big dynamic fluid force and fast response, fluid power system is used in a wide variety of applications from precision control systems to heavy industrial systems. There are many hydraulic components in hydraulic power systems. Among them, accumulator has several functions such as pressure regulating and storing pressured fluids and it also can relieve the power of hydraulic pump. So, in many hydraulic systems, accumulators are used in proper positions. This thesis develops hydraulic systems which contain exciting damper, accumulator and some other hydraulic components. An external excitation is given to the hydraulic damper to simulate the system pressures and flow-rates. From these simulation data, required hydraulic power can be calculated and a proper size of the accumulator can be designed. The hydraulic system with the designed accumulator is restructured to calculate the overall required system power. Finally, analysing the difference between the hydraulic systems without an accumulator and the hydraulic systems with the suggested accumulator, it is investigated that how effective the accumulator is to save the system power.



감속기 동력전달계통 부품 개발을 위한 동력전달 특성 연구

There are many types of reduction drives for industrial uses. However, it is essential to use precision reduction drives for accuracy of position controls on robot systems. Among the precision reduction drives, the cycloid reduction drive is well known for its high performances and widely used in precision industrial field. Cycloid reduction drives are mainly used in manipulators in robot system requiring a characteristic of a high precision control. When we design this cycloid reduction drive, there are many factors that must be considered. First, a geometrical analysis of a tooth shape must be drawn from the basic concept. Secondly, load distribution, stress distribution and sliding velocity on a tooth should be calculated exactly. Finally, a computer software to optimize the design of a cycloid tooth needs developing. In this study, many different kinds of factors concerning the characteristic of a cycloid tooth were researched on the basis of the analysis of load, stress and sliding velocity on a tooth. The computer expert system to design the cycloid reduction drive was developed using a Visual C++ compiler. In conclusion, the most important factors can be obtained easily as the user put the simple input data.

FTL(Fuel Test Loop) is a facility that confirms performance of nuclear fuel at a similar irradiation condition with that of nuclear power plant. FTL construction work began on August, 2006 and ended on March, 2007. During Construction, ensuring the worker's safety was the top priority and installation of the FTL without hampering the integrity of the HANARO was the next one. The installation works were done successfully overcoming the difficulties such as on the limited space, on the radiation hazard inside the reactor pool, and finally on the shortening of the shut down period of the HANARO. The Commissioning of the FTL is on due to check the function and the performance of the equipment and the overall system as well. The FTL shall start operation with high burn up test fuels in early 2008 if the commissioning and licensing progress on schedule.



SF-PIV 기법을 이용한 해류표면 속도계측

This paper is development of Surface Flow PIV for velocity measurement of surface flow. The new Velocity measurement method for surface flow using video-taped images is presented. Velocity distributions are calculated by the correlation method after the transformation of images to the non-distorted ones. The method to transform oblique-angled images to normal ones as well as its accuracy is discussed in detail. In this study, we carried out velocity measurement of an ocean current velocity distribution of saemangeum sea-wall model using Surface Flow PIV.
