Purpose : The Carotid Angio inspection including Aortic arch applied to wide area is conducted as the Contrast Enhance MR Angiography(CEA) which is using a contrast medium. However it is a burden not only for someone such as infants, pregnant women and patients suffering from kidney failure but continuous use of contrast medium also can be a burden for patients who has been taken follow up inspection since diagnose lesion already. The purpose of this study is to estimate a usefulness of the Time of Flight (TOF) by comparing with CEA. Materials and methods : 10 patients with an average age of 58 (from 45 to 75) who had MRA inspection in our hospital were studied using 3.0 Tesla Aachieva (Philips, Netherland) MRI system and Sense Neuro-Vascular 16 Channels Coil. The same patient was inspected both TOF and CEA simultaneously. The TOF inspection included from Aortic arch to Willis Circle by connecting 3 TOF stacks and so did CEA inspection. The quantitative analysis was conducted through signal to noise ratio(SNR) and contrast to noise ratio(CNR) with soft tissue by setting up an area of interest on CCA bifurcatoin, ICA, ECA, MCA and VA concerning obtained image. In case of qualitative analysis, 3 radiological technologists and 1 radiologist evaluated 4 items (1: Visibility of the blood vessel, 2: Image distortion measure, 3: Overlapping measure with vein, 4: Peripheral blood vessel description measure) into five points scale (1: Very bad, 2: Bad, 3: Normal 4: Good, 5: Very good). Results : Results for the quantitative analysis was obtained by calculating the average of 5 ROIs in case of SNR and CNR separately. Results of SNR, TOF were generally measured higher than CEA (In case of TOF were 166.1, 205.2, 154.39, 172.23, 161.95, and CEA were 92.05, 95.43, 84.76, 73.69, 88.3). But according to the result of CNR, both TOF and CEA were measured similarly as 67.62, 106.71, 55.9, 73.74, 63.46 for TOF and 67.82, 71.19, 60.52, 49.45, 64.07 for CEA. Throughout every results of each ROI, SNR showed statistically meaningful consequence (0.05<p), on the other hand CNR was not (p>0.05). In case of qualitative analysis the average of each evaluated item was 4.2points and 4.28points in the item1, 2.93points and 4.55points in the item2, 4.6points and 3.13points in the item3, 2.88points and 4.6points in the item4. According to the results TOF was measured higher in the item3 while in the item2 and item4 CEA was higher and in case of the item1, both CEA and TOF were similar. To sum up statistically meaningful results (p<0.05) were shown in the item2, item3 and item4 but not in the item1 (p>0.05). Conclusions : Both TOF and CEA are complementary because each inspection has pros and cons, but when inspect wide area including Aortic arch normally CEA is conducted. But TOF inspection also can be considered as alternative in terms of patients who has difficulty in the contrast medium such as infants, pregnant women and patients suffering from kidney failure and patients during follow up.

PACS is one of the most used medical information system and share information from other hospitals through the PACS. Data integrity means zero defects data and this is a prerequisite of information system performance. but I wonder if I can trust these informations that Incorrect information from radiotechnologist's mistakes, anonymous in emergency department, Newborn baby department, modified informations at later. And Modified informations causes defect in integrity of the data. When we import, we use DICOM header not DB data. so error occurs that DB data is deferent with DICOM Header information. This paper discusses to resolve as above problem using DICOM object such as DICOM PR, SR. And propose quality management system that can guarantee the patient information and can manage exam history.

To be investigated and measures to reduce the medical exposure of patients to change the Epidural Injection time Fluoroscopy Pulse Rate in this study. Was conducted in 50 patients who underwent surgery Epidural Injection performed by interventional care of Konkuk University Hospital from January to April 2013. The treatment time with the change of Pulse rate, is measured in minutes fluoroscopy time, and measured the area dose (μGy㎡) and depth dose (mGy). Using the Image J program, to measure the PSNR and SNR. The fluoroscopy time as a result surgery, there was no significance in the statistical analysis, and depth dose is 34.3 to 34.9%, was reduced from 35.8 to 38.7% the area dose. It is possible to reduce the appropriate Pulse rate, to reduce the dose without statistical analysis significance fluoroscopy time.

Perfusion MR imaging is how to use exogenous and endogenous contrast agent. Exogenous perfusion MRI methods which are dynamic susceptibility contrast using T2*effect and dynamic contrast-enhanced using T1 weighted image after injection contrast media. An endogenous perfusion MRI method which is arterial spin labeling using arterial blood flow in body. In order to exam perfusion MRI in human, technical access are very important according to disease conditions. For instance, dynamic susceptibility contrast is used in patients with acute stroke because of short exam time, while dynamic susceptibility contrast or dynamic contrast enhancement provides the various perfusion information for patients with tumor, vascular stenosis. Arterial spin labeling is useful for children, women who are expected to be pregnant. In this regard, perfusion MR imaging is required to understanding, and the author would like to share information with clinical users

Bone is so crucial anatomy for human body. Many researchers study deep into a subject about bone regeneration. There is no standard analysis for quantitative Neo-bone regeneration on calvarial defected model. Micro CT is so useful method to quantitative analysis of Neo-bone regeneration. This study was show that how to quantitative analysis of Neo-bone regeneration with μ-CT. Micro CT was possible to quantitative analysis for Neo-bone regeneration on Calvarial defected model. futhermore Not only was Micro CT possible for qualitative analysis but quantitative analysis on the mouse calvarial model. This study will provide bone biology researchers with accurate quantitative analysis.

PACS Import external image of the thread of the tasks and duties of hospital revenue and business efficiency falls over time. 500 beds or more medical imaging import work outside of the hospital, most hospitals use a PC, KIOSK, and was used in 15 hospitals where, CD Autoloader where use was the only one. Working hours compared to CD and DVD media to test the results of the Import target PC, KIOSK, CD Autoloader Import spent less time in the order, and also the greater capacity of CD Autoloader four times the PC, KIOSK 2 times Import could be implemented quickly. In addition, the waiting time of the patients was measured using the PC's time to Import, 2011 14.5 minutes and the average patient waiting time, KIOSK and later use CD Autoloader 2012 average patient wait time of 8.25 minutes, 43% of the existing average waiting time was 5.25 minutes to reduce. However, KIOSK case of a patient in a way that directly Import latency time was soon. Import of three ways: in terms of efficiency and excellent CD Autoloader way, the patient waiting time in terms of ease of use and KIOSK was excellent. In addition, with the introduction of CD Autoloader with KIOSK Joint of the items waiting time of patients and patient satisfaction rating is considered to be a major contribution.

This study evaluated the apron quality management and shield efficiency in the education laboratory for radiology students. For making a proposal of effective control of lead apron, Eighteen aprons, used in 4 university laboratories of dae-gu, Kyungpook area, were analyzed regarding their uniformities, transmission doses, lead equivalent and shield efficiencies. In conclusion, the lead apron uniformity was generally good. Also, the shield efficiency corresponding to lead equivalent was high. However, the quality control of lead apron was not satisfactory. Since there is a potentially possible chance for students to be exposed to a radiation during practical radiation-training in the education laboratory, the quality-control maintenance of the lead apron should be unceasingly maintained for the radiation protection.

Patients who had claustrophobia tend to feel fear when they were scanned by an MRI, CT, PET-CT, or using a gamma camera scan. In this paper, claustrophobic patients were tested to find effective ways by changing patient's positions. For this paper, PET-CT scan in patients who had claustrophobia were used in the prone position. Prone position helped to maintain stable position and to get a h0igh quality of inspection without failure. Thus, as claustrophobic patients were requested taking prone position, they could feel comfortable. In a confined space, prone position for the claustrophobic patients who had a fear of the PET-CT examination would be expected to reduce the failure rate of inspection.
