할로겐램프의 발화와 화재감식기법의 연구

In this study, the fire risk factors according to the heat generation of the halogen lamp are analyzed, and the cause of the fire of the halogen lamp is identified through a fire reproduction experiment and compared with the actual fire case.We will diversify the types of lamps and stabilizers, which are the main components of halogen lamps, to check the heating temperature and structural characteristics of the lamps and stabilizers of LED lighting installed recently by comparing the results of the experiment, to find out whether there is a temperature change in the halogen lamps and stabilizers through reproduction experiments, and to see if it affects the ignition caused by pieces such as wood and Styrofoam used for dust and interior design.The purpose of this study is to contribute to the improvement of fire detection techniques using data produced through such experiments and research.

In this study, the final evaluation indicators were analyzed through a survey on the opinions of related persons and a procedure to verify the applicability of the evaluation model as a study to evaluate the capabilities of emergency rescue support institutions and improve and supplement their deficiencies. It can be seen that there are differences between the central and provincial agencies in charge of the emergency rescue support institution's capability evaluation index. By separating the evaluation items for improving the capability evaluation of central and provincial emergency rescue support institutions and conducting a confirmatory factor analysis to verify the evaluation index and method development reflecting the characteristics of the institution, 24 items were finally selected and a measure of the capability evaluation index of emergency rescue support institutions was developed. Central and provincial emergency rescue support institutions use differently the operating systems, emergency rescue response activities, human resources, and physical resources necessary for organic and cooperative responses with emergency rescue support institutions at disaster sites, so it is desirable to evaluate the capability of emergency rescue support institutions fairly by separating them for each institution in consideration of the characteristics of the institution.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the exact cause of the fire through an experimental study on the fire that occurred at the Coupang Fulfillment Service Deokpyeong Logistics Center. Through a reproduction experiment of conditions similar to those at the time of the fire, we would like to investigate the exact cause of the fire at the Coupang distribution center. Analyzing the fire ignition situation recorded on CCTV, it was found that a fire broke out in an unloaded outlet and that electricity was continuously supplied for a certain period of time after the fire broke out. In addition, based on the problems derived in the experimental process, we would like to study ways to reduce fire and analyze the phenomena that appeared in the reproduction experiment to examine precautions when identifying fire. In this regard, we tried to reproduce the possibility of the same situation through experiments.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the possibility of ignition by chemical reaction of fine aluminum powders generated in the recycling process. To this end, 4 types of recycled aluminum powders that are common in industrial sites were collected and analyzed for particle size, purity and surface shape, and previous research papers and fire cases on aluminum powder fires were reviewed. In addition, five artificial ignition experiments were conducted to verify that recycled aluminum fine powders could actually cause a fire due to the possibility of spontaneous ignition due to oxidation heat and the heat of hydrolysis reaction in response to moisture. As a result of the artificial ignition experiment, it was demonstrated that the recycled aluminum powders could be ignited by the heat of hydrolysis reaction in the presence of flammable gas and moisture in the air.

Underground parking lots in apartment houses are becoming larger, more complex, and the risk of fires such as electric vehicle fires is increasing day by day. The following conclusions were reached by conducting an experiment to suggest an efficient smoke emission method that can be applied to apartments immediately and a smoke removal facility that needs to be applied to apartments to be built in the future. 1) The optimal smoke transfer method using a mobile blower to secure the visibility of the fire brigade in the early stages of the fire in an underground parking lot was found to be a mixed method (PPV+NPV) that combines positive and negative pressure smoke. 2) In the case of the mixed method (PPV+NPV), it may be difficult to install the blower at a height of 2m depending on the environment of the entrance and the conditions of each fire station. 3) The PPV method, which is most commonly used in the field, pushes air from the entrance of the underground parking lot to the blower or smoke exhaust lane. If there is no outlet nearby, smoke disturbance and eddy currents occur, which worsens the field of view, and smoke spreads to other areas, causing another damage. 4) It would be effective to apply the 27CMH/㎡ standard of the performance-oriented design evaluation and operation guideline such as fire fighting facilities.

Recently, the spread of video recording devices has increased, making it easy to see in our daily lives, and introducing them into fire investigations can provide information that is difficult to miss or identify in the field, so it can be useful. In the existing fire investigation technology, the main method was to analyze physical evidence such as burn patterns and debris and investigate the cause of the fire through eyewitness questions. However, It is a study on how to more accurately determine the ignition point and cause of the fire by using analysis technologies for images such as CCTV and black boxes collected at the fire site. Among the various image analysis techniques, the image compression analysis technique is a technique that can be easily applied, and as a result of experimenting and analyzing at various image reproduction speeds, it was confirmed that a certain double speed image compression helps the fire occurrence point and analysis.
