Fire occurs due to various reasons, but among them, electric fire is one of the most common causes of fire occurrence. Many studies have analyzed the metallurgical structure of electric wires. However, that studies tend not to actively reflect the situation at the fire site. A firefighter who can grasp the situation of the fire site most accurately limits the ignition spot at the priority site and checks the cause more clearly through the discrimination and emotion of the evidence collected at the point estimated to be the ignition point You can do. In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of the metallurgical structure of electric wires in case of heat generation due to overcurrent. Also, we verified the comparative analysis and the validity of emotion through the case of the topic presumed to be overcurrent at the site and the experiment. In the experiment, First, the case where the copper wire is blown with overcurrent with air cooled, secondly, in the case of water cooling after external heat is added for a certain time after being melted by overcurrent and finally, four experiments were carried out in the case of applying external heat, then cooling in the case of air and water cooling. Therefore, in this research, by analyzing the metallic structure of electric wiring based on the knowledge information at the time of field work and carrying out feelings, it is helpful to conclude the cause of the fire clearly of electric fire.

As demand for photovoltaic system increases, there were the fire accidents related to photovoltaic array junction box. In this study, we have revealed that the junction box be exposed to the humid air and easily subjected to the fire by short-circuit. According to the analysis of the last five years for domestic vehicle registration status the increase of gas vehicles is easily predicted in high oil prices continue. But study on safety assurance in fire risk analysis or control measures for gas vehicles is insufficient relatively. Bi-fuel vehicles converted to bi-fuel system for gasoline and gas is a fire explosion hazard on the general gasoline and gas vehicles at the same time through LPG taxi car fire case. This paper propose a way to system improvement and accident prevention in fire suppression.

Recently, the laundries are becoming magnification and automation, with changing the lifestyle of modern people, and the laundry fires continue to occur annually. In particular, the laundry explosion fires by oil vapor can cause a lot of casualties and property damage because of creating a shock wave as well as flame. Most of them take place by the reaction between ignition sources such as static electricity(friction), spark(short circuit), motor overheating and oil vapor of dry cleaning solvent in dry machine. Among them, static electricity is the most common ignition source in laundry explosion fires, but few systematically studied the explosion condition by static electricity. First, we have verified the explosion characteristics for dry cleaning solvents by investigating the qualitative analysis(GC-MS), flash point, explosive range, hazard(MSDS). This test has measured the minimum ignition energy of static electricity depending on the internal temperature, current, the distance between electrodes. As a result, the minimum ignition energy of static electricity has increased by decreasing internal temperature, current and extending the distance between electrodes.

By 2012, There are many studies on the risk of ignite the bimetallic thermostat(phenol resin moulding), the automatic temperature regulating apparatus for cold and warmth temperature water purifier. But, Detailed studies on the risk of firing the ceramic thermostat that is manufactured by revising the technical standards order No. 2012-0339 safty standard in August 2012 is insufficient. Accordingly, through experiment, we were checked that ceramic bimetal thermostat is perfectly safe from Tracking and determined the extent of Tracking by measuring the current flow of salt water. Meanwhile, we studied the thermostat inside the burned water purifier to determine whether it was self fired by Tracking or ignited by external flame.

In this paper, we analyzed the fire risk caused by the influence of the plastic film capacitor degradation on the single-phase motor. Plastic film capacitors are used to start single-phase motor of most commonly used electric fans in everyday life. We analyzed the effects of plastic film capacitors on the motor using some electric fans. The combustion test of the plastic film capacitor material and the calorific value of the motor according to the capacitance change were analyzed. When the capacitor terminal was opened and shorted due to capacitor degradation, the temperature of the motor was tested. As a result, those were confirmed that the motor was stalled and the temperature of the motor was higher than normal operation in both cases. We proved that the capacitor failure could lead to the higher motor temperature and it might ignite the electric products.

In this paper, a fire occurred during the charging process of a device using a series of lithium secondary batteries, such as a solar cell car, at OOOOOOOO University (Nam Inchon Campus) located in Juan-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, on May 07, The cause of the fire was analyzed and inferred through a real fire experiment. Although the fire and explosion accidents of lithium secondary batteries occur every year and safety standards for them are gradually upgraded, objective and rational accident analyzing methods of lithium secondary batteries and sharing of accident cases are systematically carried out after ignition and explosion And when a lithium secondary battery is ignited or exploded, the appearance and deformation of the external appearance are so severe that it is difficult to analyze the cause of the clear reason. In this study, the rechargeable lithium secondary battery sold in the market was selected, and the situation where the battery was charged during the charging situation was pointed out and the possibility of the ignition was reproduced and analyzed by changing the condition of the charging condition. I would like to use it as a reference for analysis.
