Sine most of the site identification for fire investigation is carried out through the eyes and judgement of investigators, they might make a mistake in determining the cause of a fire. This study aims to introduce an engineering theory into the site identification to determine the cause of a fire by means of a scientific and empirical method. To be specific, it was used Heskestad's formula and FDS to compare the combustion type and characteristics of combustibles with the flame height whether or not oil combustion improver was used in the inside fire of a compartment. The study result is as follows. First, Heskestad's formula, which calculates a flame height, could be used to derive the minimum heat release rate (Q) from the flame height and the diameter of combustibles when the flame reaches to the ceiling. Then, the ingredients of combustibles on the floor could be understood to determine whether the flame reaches to the ceiling by the heat release rate of combustibles themselves or the third fuel is involved. Second, the diameter of combustibles was classified to compute the heat release rate, and then Heskestad's formula was used to predict the flame height. Third, for gasoline, the flame height was represented as 2.28m when the floor area was 0.22㎡. Therefore, in case of fire, it needs to check the combustion type of the ceiling as well as the floor and determine whether or not oil is used through an ingredient analysis. Finally, problems and implications of this study were discussed.

In the National Police Agency statistics According to In 2017 alone, children, the disabled and the elderly with dementia are reported missing. There are an average of 100 missing cases per day. In addition, according to data compiled by the National Defense Agency, there are 40,000 to 50,000 fires annually in Korea, Massive loss of life and property will result. Therefore, research on various algorithms for these disaster sites and search methods for missing persons continues, and drone technologies with automated search and analysis features are being developed, particularly using artificial intelligence. As a method of collecting data for searching for missing persons and identifying disaster sites, data such as 360 degree panoramic photos and images can be obtained by attaching aerial video and photography, 3D mapping, and special equipment to drones. Data acquisition aims to extract data analysis elements so that deep learning pattern recognition algorithms can be applied to the latest technology of artificial intelligence. Deep Learning's extraction of elements to search for various missing persons and detect disaster sites is the most important element in unmanned mobile device control technology including AI (Artificial Intelligence) drones. A number of causes of human casualties at the disaster site and the search for missing persons are due to the delay in searching for missing persons and the lack of human error during the inspection and diagnosis of the disaster site.

In this paper, We analyzed the effect of the type of container and residual heat on spontaneous ignition of fried dregs. Experimental results showed that the vapor of fried oil served as initial ignition material, and the frying powder became high temperature carbide and acted as an ignition source. At this time, Oxygen was fed differently according to the type of container, and it was proceeded to flaming ignition.

Secondary cell batteries are considered environmentally friendly and energy efficient, be widely used in private, home and industrial fields. However, when lithium is exposed to air, it is dangerous to cause an explosion due to the rapid oxidation of hydrogen. There is still a lack of risk awareness and scientific investigation into Secondary cell batteries. The purpose of this study is to identify and inform fire hazard points through fire cases and fire investigations. Research data for preventing recurrence of fire accidents on secondary cell batteries and use it for fire detection technology.

Arson should be tried to find the real truth of the arson(murder) fire incident where human casualties are frequent in that the arson rate is much higher than other fire. In addition, fire investigators need to pay close attention to identifying the cause of the fire, and a professional and scientific fire investigation infrastructure is needed to identify the cause. Recently, the addition of the severity of arson has increased not only for the original reasons such as grudge and retribution but also for the fire because of social network services (SNS). However, in the court, arson crime is not guilty because of insufficient evidence It is a reality. Arson is one of the five major violent crimes. As the criminal nature of the crime is strong, it is decided by the investigating agency to determine whether or not to fire according to the investigation result. However, even in the case of firefighting first approaching the fire scene, There is a need to carry out investigations based on investigations on preservation, human, material and environment. In this study is to investigate the effects of SNS on arson incidents in Korea. Fire investigators were asked to analyze the motives of arson, murder motives, general forensics for criminal cases, fingerprints, I would like to suggest the investigation(identification) method through case studies.

As Korea has four distinct seasons, it should be prepared to win the cold in winter. So It is applied to residential facilities as well as plant and animal facilities and general buildings. To prevent frost in piping and keep stable warm, hot wire or heating lamp are used but it is well known that hot wire causes electrical factor such as insulation deterioration or short circuit due to tracking. Since heating lamp generates strong radiation, it is often the case that the cause of the fire is due to the accumulation of radiant heat. A total of 17,224 fires have occurred in Chungcheongnam-do during the recent five years. 46 of 89 cases by heating lamp indicate the cause of the fire caused by over heating, excluding the case of the electric power and the cause unknown, that means the fire caused by over heating is 51% of that cause. In addition, Chungbuk Provincial Police Agency Investigation Headquarters attribute recent case of cause, happened in Chungbuk-jecheon sports center on Dec. 21, 2017 and died 29 people and injured 40 people, to overheating of heating lamp installed in first floor parking lot or electrical factors due to dielectric breakdown of the constant-temperature wire. Therefore, in this study we investigate this two cause of Chungbuk-jecheon sports center case and want to figure out the limit of the possibility ignited by heating lamp. also we will focus on whether we can make mistakes in the identification of cause of fire. We also propose a method to identify the exact cause of fire by comparing the possibility of ignition of the previously studied hot wire.

In the case of a fire or disaster in a high-rise building, the efficiency of the evacuation and the need for preventive construction are increasing due to various problems. As seen in many large accidents, the damage caused by the maze was complicated by the complicated structure and uncertain distance.
