Optimization of Animation Curve Generation Based on Hermite Spline Interpolation

Computer animation is the combination of computer graphics and art field. In computer animation design, the adjustment of route for the animation object movement is a time consuming work for the designers. It is not only related to the generation of motion path curve, but also related to the speed smoothness of key frames. Based on the methodology of Hermite spline interpolation, this paper proposes a method to adjust the curve tangent vector length by considering the parameter of key frame, and use this method to relieve the unevenness of animation speed. Experimental results demonstrate that this method can improve the movement effect of animation route design efficiently.

This paper studies the characteristics of ECG signal. In order to complete ECG signal acquisition, the electrocardiograph front-end circuit includes instrumentation amplifier circuit, high-pass filter circuit, 50 Hz notch circuits, four-pass amplification circuit and low-pass filter circuit. To drive subsequent circuit accurately recorded ECG signal, through the Multisim simulation verifies the feasibility of the circuit, which are verified availability through the experimental test.

Dengue is considered as one of the diseases which needs serious attention, especially in the less developed areas of the world. In order to allow sufficient time in taking necessary decisions and actions to safeguard the situation for local authorities, an accurate analysis of dengue epidemic seasons is crucial in preventing and counteracting its effect. To address the issue, this paper proposes a web-based dengue tracking system (DTS) that utilizes environmental factors in predicting the future behavior of dengue cases. The study aimed to track down and analyze the dengue cases that take place in the city of Iloilo, Philippines. The researchers used Artificial Neural Network for prediction based on the amount of rainfall, relative humidity, mean temperature, and monthly recorded cases. The system can serve a valuable purpose for the health sectors as it guides them to take action on recorded cases in areas which are prone to dengue. Through this, early detection and warning of dengue case growth can be monitored and preventive measures can be implemented immediately, thereby reducing the possibility of an outbreak.

Blind Super-Resolution Image Reconstruction Based on Weighted POCS

In the paper a weighted Projection onto to convex sets (POCS) algorithm for image super-resolution reconstruction is proposed, which using POCS scheme to reconstruct image without knowing the degradation model and related parameters. In the proposed algorithm, adaptive block matching is utilized to estimate translational motion among various images firstly, and then APRX algorithm is adopted to estimate the point spread function (PSF) and the ideal high resolution image. Finally based on the traditional POCS algorithm, the paper introduced the prior information about low resolution image definition into POCS to calculate the residual and control the threshold by weighted parameter of image relative definition, and realized the dynamic threshold selection in the whole progress of reconstruction. Results of experiments show that the algorithm in the objective evaluation and visual effects achieves better reconstruction results, which confirm the validity and robustness of the proposed algorithm.

Folk cultural resources is an important part of the Chinese traditional culture, it includes not only the traditional sports activities, but also new formation of folk sports. At the same time, the development of network technology promote the education reform of college physical teaching, sports course teaching shows the trend of diversification. In this paper, we first analyze the characteristics of Heilongjiang folk sports, and then propose cultural characteristics, geographical features and creativity of folk sports. On this basis, we studied the development of folk sports curriculum resources by using network platform. The result shows that more than 48.5% teacher know well of folk sports, more than 61.3% teacher think it is necessary to carry out the folk sports. Overall, the development of folk sports is not only a way of entertainment, but also a way of folk cultural heritage.

Nowadays, because of air pollution, the lack of energy and the rising demand of motor vehicles, china’s government has published much policy to encourage the development of the new energy car industry. However, it doesn’t work as expected for the lack of effective business model of the market promotion of the new energy car industry. The development of urban public environmental protection and logistics industry call a stable demand of urban logistics cars; and the environment pollution and traffic problem provide a wide space for the market of battery electric vehicles used as urban logistics cars. This paper analyzes current circumstances and problems of the market of new energy cars, provides a business operating model of battery electric vehicles, which is setting up an individual operating company, and states different operating models with different subject of operation. Based on all these conclusions, the paper discusses the implementation condition, process, economic benefit and relative policy advice of business promotion model of the individual operating company with a topic of battery electric vehicles used as urban logistics cars, in order to commercialize them from the demand of the market.

Research on the Habit of Physical Exercise and Influencing Factors Based on Web Survey

In this paper, we analyze the impact factors of college students' physical exercise by using probability sampling method; the data was collected based on the non-probabilistic method of network experimental investigation. The survey shows that physical exercise can bring joy and vitality to people's life, and will improve the quality of life. The data shows that 22.4% students have formed the habit of sports; also 50% people agree that the motivation for exercise is to lose weight. Through analyzing the characteristic of sports, the results show that more than 75% students are willing to carry out sports with friends, however, due to the lack of places to participate in sports activities, most of the students chose the school or district park for physical exercise. So that, physical education in colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of sports habits, improve students' enthusiasm for physical exercise.

In this paper, we propose a design configuration of a unified remote controller under IoT environment using IFTTT services. This unified controller approach is necessary to avoid the limited functionalities of smart phone App approaches without unified control. The proposed system design can be implemented with one-chip IoT interaction module that can be used in wearable devices.

A Novel Visual Saliency Detection Method Using Motion Segmentation

In this paper, we propose a novel visual saliency detection method using motion segmentation. We group the corner point trajectories using a two stage clustering algorithm. The most stable trajectories are pre-clustered using mean shift in the first stage. Then, we propose an unsupervised clustering method to cluster the trajectories and detect the number of motions automatic. At last, the motion saliency map is generated with the segmented spare feature points. Experimental results show that our proposed method is capable of achieving both good accurate and the stable performance.
