국내ㆍ외 유명 스포츠 지도자의 코칭 요인

In this study, the documentary method was employed to analyze coaching factors of domestic and foreign famous sports leaders. The analysis results of the collected data are as follows. First, domestic and foreign famous sports leaders always thought that there was nothing more important than a team, and made a lot of effort to unite team members into one. They also improved cohesion of teams using their own rules. Second, domestic and foreign famous sports leaders used training skills with their own know-how. They had unique technical training methods to instruct players in consideration of players', or sports games' characteristics. Third, the common feature of domestic and foreign famous sports leaders was that they were excellent in evaluating abilities of players. They had great capabilities to select players with a lot of potentials, provided customized instructions in consideration of players' abilities, and fielded players in the games, according to the circumstances. Fourth, domestic and foreign famous sports leaders applied various ways to breathe along with players and communicate with them, and never gave up players first. This effort of leaders is an important factor to form trust among players. In conclusion, these study results demonstrate that coaching factors and roles of sports leaders are very important to make players show good athletic performance.

볼링 투구 동작 시 숙련성에 따른 NJerk의 적합성

The study has been movement control between expert and non-expert in Bowling. Five experts and five non-experts participated in the experiment. The Subjects of the ball straight through the four steps using pitch Bowling was conducted. Interval analysis were selected back-swing, release, follow-through. Each interval was analyzed by integration. The Data analyzed speed, acceleration, time, Jerk, NJerk. The experimental data were analyzed with an independent t-test. The major results obtained from this study were as follows. First, expert showed more short time and more fast speed than non-expert in Bowling. Second, expert showed small NJerk than non-expert in Bowling.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among leisure participation motivation, leisure satisfaction and athletes’ life satisfaction in women basketball athletes. To achieve this purpose, the subject was selected by women basketball athletes. In total, 210 survey questionnaires were distributed and 200 questionnaires used after eliminating 10 incomplete samples. There are three questionnaires(Leisure Motivation Scale, Leisure Satisfaction Scale, Athletes’s life Satisfaction Scale). The collected data were analyzed by the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis with SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The results were as follows; First, the characteristics of background variables made a statistically significant differences in leisure satisfaction and athletes’ life satisfaction. Second, women basketball athletes of leisure participation motivation had a significant influence on leisure satisfaction. Third, women basketball athletes of leisure participation motivation had a significant influence on athletes’ life satisfaction. Last, women basketball athletes of leisure satisfaction had a significant influence on athletes’ life satisfaction.

This study is to investigate the improvement plan of scoring and management method that is pointed out as the most problems as the study on the improvement of Poomsae competition has been conducted. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, an open questionnaire was conducted to study participants, and the improvement plans of scoring method according to the study results analyzed based on the collected data are as follows. First, for the fair and accurate scoring, the criteria for additional points and deducted points should be redefined. Second, the way to distinguish scoring elements of game as the internal and external parts of technology needs to be considered. Third, according to the division in the form of the game, the difference between scoring elements should be considered. Fourth, the fairness should be improved by changing the way of organizing judges into groups and assigning games to the lottery system. The improvement of management method is as follows. First, the coach seats should be installed in the stadium to contribute to the improvement of player's game. Second, the judge's stand and video recording area should be readjusted out of current way for the simple and easy judgement on games. Third, by regularizing and making a procedure for game schedules according to the division and making the most Poomsae competitions follow a certain way, the external factors of a game should be blocked not to give disadvantages to player, instructors, and judges.

The purpose of this study was to suggest ranking method for badminton players using a bradley terry model in order to solve a problem in accordance with a domestic application of the Current World Ranking System. This program was based on Ms excel visual basic 6.0 and used maximum likelihood estimation to verify goodness of fit test of the program model. On the one hand, the data asked to prove a reliability of the program put to use the outcome of the match of the high school & university athletes in the 2006 Spring National Convention of Badminton. Firstly, the developed program is suitable for determining the ranking for amateur badminton players. Secondly, in an analysis based on the outcome of the match of high school & university athletes, a model suitability of the program could apply to both male and female appeared inequally. Therefore, an evaluation of badminton athletes needs a caution. Thirdly, an established evaluation program according to a comparative power hold some problems in an individual event such as badminton. It can be solved with a recent developed program.

This study aimed to analyze the pedaling pattern of cyclist during Wingate test(30sec). The subject were university cyclist(male 10) and subjects performed the standing start(SS) and rolling start(RS) using Wattbike Pro.(United Kingdom) for Wingate test(30sec). The paired t-test was used to analyze pedaling efficiency(PE), peak pedaling velocity(PPV), mean pedaling velocity(MPV), time to peak power (TPP), time to mean power(TMP) and angle to peak power(APP) by the starting types. The statistical significances were accepted at .05. PE and PPV of RS were higher than SS(t=-2.717, p=.024; t=-2.938, p=.017, respectively). However, there was no significant difference in MPV between RS and SS(p>.05). TPP of RS was faster than SS both left(t=2.248, p=.049) and right(t=3.367, p=.009) leg. However, there was no significant difference in TMP between RS and SS(p>.05). There was no significant difference in APP between RS and SS(p>.05).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of altitude training of ski players on inflammatory factors(TNF-α, IL-6, CRP) and lipid peroxidation(MDA). Seven ski players were participated 4weeks altitude training. Blood samples were obtained from before and after training. The training started between 2800 and 3500m of altitude. As a result 4weeks altitude training did not induce any significant change in all parameters. In conclusion, intense exercise and altitude exposure may not have a cumulative effect on inflammation and oxidative stress. Further research are necessary to investigate whether an altitude training could effects other inflammatory and oxidative stress factors.

The purpose of this research was to acknowledge difference in methods of service by female tennis players in the hope of improving overall performance in game, which yielded the following results. In case of anterior-posterior position, movement in the rear appeared to be large, with the slice serve showing the least in movement. Spin serve happened to be placed high up in the spectrum during the impact for the vertical position, with the flat serve placed at the lowest vertical position. During the follow-through, the slice serve had the largest angle. The angle of wrist was bigger for the spin serve than that of slice serve and flat serves, though the slice serve produced the largest angle at the point of the follow-through. During backswing, the elbow angle had the most flextion for the spin serve until the impact point where the angle turned obtuse, yet the outcome for shoulder angle was in the reverse order. While the center of mass anterior-posterior speed was high for anterior movement during the flat serve from point E1 to E3, the slice serve indicated slowest movement speed. Flat serve in horizontal movement appeared to be swift at the point of E1 and E2, whereas spin serve was at a fast pace at E3. In the case of vertical velocity, the spin serve was the highest. The anterior-posterior speed of the racket came out to be high for the slice serve during backswing and at the impact point, whereas the horizontal speed of the flat serve for such points appeared to be reduced by the largest amount. There was an increase in the speed of spin serve, which yielded meaningful results in terms of statistics. Vertical speed during back swing was high for slice serve and low for spin serve, though the latter resulted in the highest speed of drop at the point of impact.

Squat was the most representative exercise for effective muscle development because it strengthens hip, thigh, and core muscle that are important for running, jump, and lift motion. The aim of this study was to investigate how leg stance types in squat exercise affect muscle activity, ground reaction force(GRF) and knee pain scale. Twelve weight lifters performed squat exercise with 0°, 15° and 45° leg angle 85% of 1RM. To yield the factor, we utilize force platform, electromyography(EMG) and display equipment and select eight kinds of muscles(rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, glutus maximus, biceps femoris, semitendinosus, lumbar erector spinae). As a result of this study, there was not significant difference in muscle activity and GRF factor. However, muscle activity is inclined to be high and it takes the shortest time for GRF maximum impulse at 15° stance angle. Also, the degree of knee pain scale is the lowest at 15° stance angle. According to these results, 15° stance angle in squat exercise may be the most efficient form

The purpose of this research is to provide efficient basic training data to effectively respond to international games by analyzing the point earning techniques and scoring power’s differences from the wrestling matches before and after the regulation revision. after wrestling was exempted from Olympic games, the regulations were drastically revised. To analyze the content, 140 male free style wrestling games from 2013 World Universiade Competition, which after the regulation revision, and 2013 Worldcup Wrestling Competition, which was before the regulation revision. According to the comparative analysis on the scoring technique categories, the result indicated that there was statistically significant differences (χ 2=58.259, p=.001) between the existence of scoring technique categories before and after the regulation revision. For the scoring ability, the average score during Worldcup Wrestling competition was 6.2 and average scores on Universiade Competition was 9.7, showing more scores earend after the regulation revision compared to before. From the aspect of techincal scores, Worldcup competition’s 1point technique was 234 times (72.9%), 63 times on 2 point techniques (19.6%). However in the Universiade Competition, 63 times on 1 point techniques (17.3%), and 278 times on 2 point techniques (76.5%) shows a reversal in technique usage. In the scoring zone aspects before the revision, 182 times were central zone (56.5%), and 140 times in the danger zone (43.5%). After the revision, 254 times in the central zone (69.6%) and 109 times in the danger zone (30.1%) indicates an increase in central zone targeting for points.

The purpose of this study was to compare the performance of postural control between outstanding skiers and ordinary skiers. All subjects were assigned to 2 groups (outstanding group – national skier (n=13), candidate of national skier, and ordinary group – college level skier (n=13)). Dynamic posturography was measured for Equilibrium score (stage 1 to 6), sensory tests (somatosensory ratio (SOM), visual ratio (VIS), and vestibular ratio (VEST), and reaction time testing. In results, equilibrium scores of stage 1 and 4 in the outstanding group were significantly greater than the ordinary group. In addition, equilibrium scores of stage 3, 5 and 6 in the outstanding group were higher than the ordinary group. In the sensory tests, both groups mostly utilized SOM when they performed postural control. Moreover, VIS in the outstanding group was greater than the ordinary group; however, there was no difference in reaction time between groups. In conclusion, postural control in the outstanding was higher than the ordinary group, thus training for development of equilibrium is required to improve ski performance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of torso stability and mobility training programs on enhancing judo wrestler's balance ability & strength, and spine stability. There were total of 27 research subjects who met the following requirements: above 20 years of age who are currently active and registered as a colligate judo athlete with minimum 10 years of competitive experience. In addition, by using Formetric III, subjects were morphologically categorized and those who were categorized as normal, were excluded from this research. the experimental group of 15 people and the control group of 12 people were divided then the subjects were properly educated about the research in prior to encourage them to sincerely participate. The 12 weeks of core stability program participants (n=15) were tested daily for one hour for three weeks, among moove program 3 levels RPE 13~ 15 were used. The control group (n=12) just participated in normal training. The athlete's spine formation such as Trunk Imbalance, Pelvic Tilt, Pelvic Tosion, Surface Rotation, Lateral Deviation were calculated by using Fometric III. The conclusion following the results are as follows. First, 12 weeks of core stability training program showed statistically significant effect on spine stability in such categories as Trunk Imbalance, Pelvic Tilt, Surface Rotation, Lateral Deviation. Secondly, There were no significant positive effects of 12 weeks of core stability training program on Pelvic Tosion which inferred that more constant and longer duration of the program was needed in order to fully analyze the effects.

일회적 운동에서 기능성 핫슈트 착용이 체중감량과 에너지 소모량 및 운동효율성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to determine effects of functional property of wearing hot suit with reinforced moisture permeability on energy expenditure and exercise fatigue changes. Eleven athletes from Korean wrestling team of Y University in Kyungki-do participated in this study. All experimental procedures were conducted in a laboratory under 50-55% relative humidity and 24-25°C room temperature condition. Prior to this study experiment, VO2max of all participants was calculated for exercise intensity set-up through pre-test followed by ACSM protocol. They conducted exercise under 65% VO2max with 30 mins wearing hot suit and wearing general polyester suit without moisture permeability three times each. Weight loss, energy expenditure, blood lactate level, and subjective exercise intensity were measured and compared. There was significant difference in weight loss for wearing hot suit compared to general polyester suit (p<0.05). There was significantly higher exercise efficacy and total energy expenditure in hot suit compared to general polyester suit (p<0.05). Energy expenditure change at each exercise section was significantly higher in general polyester suit and hot suit compared to non wearing suit. Moreover, there was significantly higher energy expenditure in wearing hot suit compared to general polyester suit. Subjective exercise intensity changes showed that there was no interaction among suits and increased exercise time; however, wearing hot suit showed lower subjective exercise intensity changes at each exercise section compared to general polyester suit. Effects of wearing general polyester suit on blood cholesterol change was higher than wearing hot suit (p<0.01); however, there was no significant difference in wearing hot suit and not wearing suit. In conclusion, it can be expected to have positive effect of wearing hot suit on maximizing diaphoretic effect and decreasing psychological stability and fatigue.

코어(core)안정화 운동에 따른 조정선수의 척추형태 변화가 경기력 향상에 미치는 영향

This study did pre-surveys for the spinal shapes and rowing performances of rowing athletes with 2 or more years of rowing experiences, and after conducting 12-week core stability exercise, it analyzed the spinal shapes, such as trunk imbalance, pelvis tilt, pelvic torsion, surface rotation, lateral deviation, kyphotic angle and lordotic angle, and the elements of rowing performance, such as the records in 500m, 2000m and 6000m. Study subjects were members of Y University rowing team in Seoul and a total of 26 rowing athletes with 2 or more years of rowing experiences, and they were the ones who wanted to participate in core stability exercise program, but were classified according to their morphology by using Formetric Ⅲ and then the subjects within the normal ranges were excluded. 26 people agreed to study were assigned to the control group(13 people) and the excercise group(13 people) and the main experiments were undertaken. For the experimental group(n=13), 12-week core stability exercise program was conducted with 3rd strength of Imoove program for one hour per day, 3 times a week, and the normal rowing training was conducted only for the control group(n=13) The spinal shapes before and after the exercise were observed twice by using Fometric and the records in 500m, 2000m and 6000m were measured by using rowing ergometer. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The analysis results of the abnormal angle changes of the spinal shapes before and after 12-week core stability exercise showed that the average values decreased in an experimental group compared to a control group, and the paired-t-test results of these reduced changes showed that there were statistically significant differences in a exercise group of trunk imbalance, pelvic torsion, surface rotation, lordotic angle and lateral deviation. However, the levels decreased slightly, but it appeared that there were no statistically significant differences in an exercise group of pelvis tilt and kyphotic angle. 2. The analysis results of the rowing ergomter record changes before and after 12-week core stability exercise showed that the records in 2000m and 6000m decreased and the record in 500m decreased slightly, and by the paired-t-test results of these changes, it appeared that there were statistically significant differences in a exercise group of records in 2000m and 6000m, the record in 500m decreased slightly but it appeared that there were no statistically significant differences in a exercise group of records in 2000m.

한국과 일본의 마라톤 경기력 비교 분석

The purpose of this study was to compare the difference in marathon time between Korea and Japan in order to improve the performance of marathon for the 17th Incheon Asian Games in 2014. This study compared marathon time between elite levels of Korea and Japan. Using the top 10 best athletes, we compared the marathon's best time, progress of record, record development and the difference between periods. The results indicated that Japanese had faster records korea over the year. The Korea showed a highest rate of best record growth. Japanese was faster than Korean on the average time of the top 10 by year. There was a significant difference in the analysis of records difference by the periods. It was concluded that Korean athletes showed lower levels compared to Japanese; therefore, it is imperative that Korean track & field team needs more organized training methods to improve the performance on the marathon.

2013년 기계체조 세계선수권대회 링 경기 연기내용 분석

This study analyzed the performance content of 8 gymnasts who performed in the finals of Ring Game at the 44th 2013 Apparatus Gymnastics World Championships. Following conclusion was obtained as the result of analysis. First, the distribution of 80 skills performed by 8 gymnasts was; difficulty level D 50% by 40 times, difficulty level E 18.75% by 15 times, difficulty level C 16.25% by 13 times and difficulty level F 15% by 12 times. Second, the difficulty level scores of performance by 8 gymnasts were obtained only by performing skills with difficulty level C, D, E and F. There were; 2 difficulty level C skills, 10 difficulty level D skills, 6 difficulty level E skills and 5 difficulty level F skills. Third, the most performed skills by each difficulty level were; Uprise bwd. or giant swing to hdst. with straight arms (2s.) skill was 53.85% in difficulty level C, Jonasson skill was 20% in difficulty level D, Uprise bwd. to sup. scale at ring height (2s.) skill was 40% in difficulty level E and Roll bwd. slowly with str. arms and body to swallow (2s.) skill was 58.3% in difficulty level F. Fourth, the element group distribution in the performances by 8 gymnasts were; Group IV was 38.75% by 31 times, Group III was 25% by 20 times, Group II was 16.25% by 13 times and Group I was 10% by 8 times. Fifth, the number of skills performed by 8 gymnasts were; 1 skill in Group I, 2 skills in Group II, 5 skills in Group III, 14 skills in Group IV and 1 skill in Group V. Sixth, the most performed skills by each Group were as following. This study conducted 8-week's training for maximal muscular strength of lower limbs for four female shot putters in total including two members of the national team of female shot put and the country's two high-ranking players, to examine influence of training for shot putters' muscular strength of lower limbs on their records. The study reached conclusion as below. Firstly, mean value of Leg Press in 8-week's training for maximal muscular strength of lower limbs increased by 7kg from 161kg before training to 168kg thereafter, while mean value of Dead Lift increased by 9kg from 144kg to 153kg. In addition, mean value of Leg Extension increased by 9kg from 109kg to 118kg and mean value of Squat increased by 6kg from 155kg to 161kg. Secondly, mean value of 8-week's shot put records increased by 22cm from 14m 98cm before training to 15m 20cm thereafter.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of beta-alanine supplementation and altitude training on aerobic capacity(200m swim performance) and muscle power in K university’s swimmers. Fourteen male swimmers(two groups; β-ala & Con) were performed swim trials in sea level and altitude(1980m) for respectively 4wk(total 8wk). We were checked 200m X 5th records and muscle power(60o/sec Peak torque) analysis at 3 times(pre, 4wk & 8wk). Body compositions(weight, %BMI, muscle mass) were measured pre & post(8wk). The results showed that 200m swim performance records was significantly different pre training between sea level training (p<.05) and pre training between altitude training (p<.001) in β-ala group. But not Con group(placebo). Muscle power(60o/sec Flexion Peak torque) records was significantly different pre training between sea level training (p<.05) and pre training between altitude training (p<.05) in β-ala group. But not Con group(placebo). In conclusion, efficiency of beta-alanine supplementation were increased a beneficial effect on 200m swim performance(aerobic capacity) and isokinetic’s muscle power in elite swimmers.

The purpose of this study was to understand what influence Service Quality and Relationship Quality of Public Sports Facilities has on Customer Loyalty. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which Service Quality Scale as translated by Jo(2002), Park(2003), Relationship Quality Scale as translated by Kim(2003), Lee(2003), Oh & No(2005), Customer Loyalty Scale as translated by Lim(2006), Jeon(2007). 300 subjects were selected from the participants whom in sports for all in the seoul & gyungki by the stratified cluster sampling method. Among these selected subjects, 257 responded, and data analyses consisted of employing frequency analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Multiple correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS/PC+ version 15.0. The following results were obtained: 1. It was found that Service Quality of Public Sports Facilities has an influence on Relationship Quality. 2. It was found that Service Quality of Public Sports Facilities has an influence on Customer Loyalty. 3. It was found that Relationship Quality of Public Sports Facilities has an influence on Customer Loyalty.

This study is to examine the relationship between sports club activity and adaptation to teaching profession for elementary school teachers who had taken part in sports club activities when they were undergraduates of Education University and who have less than three years of teaching career. To this end, I examined and analyzed various recognitions on adaptation to teaching profession such as teaching subjects, academic affairs allotment, classroom management and human relations by gender, working regions (Gangwon province, Gyeonggi province), sports event of club, sports club participation period. The result from the analysis of the recognitions on adaptation to teaching profession for the teachers who had taken part in sports club activities through this study is as follows. First, as for the adaptation to teaching profession by gender, male teachers have more difficulties than female teachers in the area of academic affairs allotment and human relations. And female teachers have more difficulties than male teachers in the area of classroom management. Second, as for the adaptation to teaching profession by event, the teachers who participated in individual events answered difficulties for the questionnaires of the attempts of new teaching methods in the area of teaching subjects. And the teachers who participated in team events answered difficulties for the questionnaires of embarrassment by children’s questions. The teachers who participated in team events answered difficulties for the questionnaires of work plans and performance in the area of academic affairs allotment. The teachers who participated in individual events answered difficulties for the questionnaires of setting up goals, classroom operation, personality guidance and pleasant classroom atmosphere in the area of classroom management. The teachers who participated in individual events answered difficulties for the questionnaires of conversation with parents in the area of human relations. The teachers who participated in team events answered difficulties for the questionnaires of participation in school management. Third, as for the adaptation to teaching profession by sports club participation period, the teachers who participated in club activity during the whole four years as University students are most positive for the recognitions on the attempts of new teaching methods in the area of teaching subjects. The more they have difficulties in the attempts of new teaching methods, the shorter the sports club participation period is in decreasing order of less than 2-3 years and 1-2 years.

The world is now blowing hot air meditation to solve the human problems that arise in the modern society. Meditation is introduced in Yoga Sutra that is the ancient scripture and consist of the content of eight steps. This study has been about the availability and application for education in performing Mantra meditation. The effect of Mantra experience is described by phenomenological approach and compared the results with the meaning of meditation in Yoga sutra. Research subjects, they could easily be absorbed, achieved peace and stability. Also they increased physical relaxation and ability can be absorbed in their work. As a result the position of Mantra in the eight steps in Yoga sutra identified the part of sense control step that is 5th step in yoga sutra for meditation as well as about the meditation parts that are 6th, 7th and 8th steps in yoga sutra. This can be expected to be applicable to the sports scene with the element of competition, as well as in physical education and for expecting to improve the efficiency of all the work. Introduction of mantra meditation in the field of sports and physical education will be help to increase the role of the sport and physical education.

This study might serve as a reference for helping ‘Sports for All’ participants in the aspect of quality improvement through active physical activities and emotional cultivation, which pursues the activities, per se, for changing the participants’ perception and for enjoying a sound leisure time. In addition, it aims to seek for paths that will link to life-time sports and to suggest more empirical academic and working-level implications, by understanding the social attitudes of various experiences and behaviors. After entering the encoded data into computer, we analyzed SPSS 17.0 for Windows program and conducted Multiple Regression Analysis, in order to verify how the ‘Sports for All’ participants’ continuous participation intention influences the sports value and social attitudes. Based on the above research methods and results, we made the conclusion as follows. First, the continuous participation intention seems to influence sports value. Second, the continuous participation intention seems to influence social attitudes. This needs to be further analyzed comprehensively to demonstrate the significance of sports value and the right social attitudes by developing the ‘Sports for All’ into physical activities, leisure activities and social activities for joining a better ‘Sports for All’., which ultimately pursues the optimum satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sports participation on the interpersonal competence of physical disability. The subjects of this research are 240 people participating in sports for the disabled in Korea, presently in 2013. In oder to test the research hypotheses, the collected data were analyzed through correlation analyses. The results of this study are as follows: First, the outcome of Sports participation and starting interpersonal is statistically significant. Second, the outcome of sports paticipation and right claims is statistically significant. Third, The outcome of Sports participation and consideration for others is statistically significant. Fourth, The outcome of Sports participation and conflicts manigment is statistically significant. Fifth, The outcome of Sports participation and. self-open is statistically significant. According the the results of this study, it is proved that not only sports direct participation is influential to develop interpersonal competence, but also sports indirect participation is influential to develop interpersonal competence. Follow the results of this study suggest guidelines for physical disability’s sports indirect participation program development and emphasize the important of interpersonal competence to enhancing sociality.

Today’s enterprises are difficult to effectively run a company by relying on only the rapid change of market environment, customers’ diverse demand, and enterprise competition. To establish a knowledge base about customers’ demand and disposition, the study made a sampling framework in Seoul, earmarked 10 morning soccer fields using stratified random method, and sampled a total of 320 members of the 10 morning soccer teams which were selected as sampling target. Of the 320 samples, a total of 299 responses were analyzed, other than 21 responses which were judged unfaithful or partly omitted. Data was processed with SPSS10.0, and used the following statistical methods. First, demographic characteristics of the samples were examined with frequency analysis. Second, response distribution of each terms was examined with descriptive analysis. Third, reliability test of the questionnaire used Cronbach’s α test. Forth, feasibility test of the questionnaire used factor analysis. Fifth, statistical hypothesis was tested by analyzing the impact of life style onto team faithfulness. The impact of team faithfulness onto conglomerate image was tested by doing multiple regression analysis. Significance level was set to P<0.05. Following is the conclusions. First, influence of life style onto pro-team royalty: self-centered and other-oriented factor gave significant influence to direct observation. Self-centered, public relation, and other-oriented factor were significantly related to information regimentation, and self-centered and public relation factor to the variety of information. As to the influence of life style onto pro team royalty(attitude factor): self-centering and self-respecting factor gave significant influence to team relevance, and self-centering. Self-respecting, and other-oriented factor gave significant influence to team preference, and self-centering and other-oriented factor gave significant influence to team contribution.

The research is for investigating the difference of exercise addition and psychological satisfaction, and exercise addiction and psychological happiness in exercise participation. The method of the statistical analysis used in the study, were exploratory factory analysis, internal consistency analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Here’s the result of research. First, the exercise addiction in participation frequency, the exercise desire is not significantly different. But the withdrawal symptom and emotional attachment are high as frequent as participated. The exercise addiction in exercise hour, the withdrawal symptom is not significantly different. But the exercise desire and emotional attachment are high as much as worked out. The exercise addition in exercise experience, the emotional attachment is not significantly different. But the excercise desire and withdrawal symptom are high as long as experienced. Second, the psychological happiness in participation frequency, the confidence and pleasure are high as frequent as participated. The psychological happiness in exercise hour, the confidence and pleasure are high as much as worked out. The psychological happiness in exercise experience, the pleasure is not significantly different, the confidence is high as long as experienced. Third, the psychological happiness in exercise addition, the exercise desire effects on the confidence and pleasure significantly the withdrawal effects on the pleasure, and the emotional attachment effects on the confidence and pleasure.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the improvement plan of unequal work environment for female instructor in Taekwondo gym. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, in-depth interview was carried out and by using distinction between truth and false of data and multilateral verification with group of experts, the research finding is produced as follows. First, the changes on the fixed gender roles in Taekwondo are needed. The improvement of female instructor’s status which has been only acting as an assistant of male instructor in formal events of Taekwondo gym is required. Second, the promotion and wage of female instructors should be improved. Despite the same working hours, the wage differs markedly and the promotion system has been unequally treated. Third, the changed recognition on female instructors is required by calling them as "female instructor". The specific details of improvement plan for inequal instances of female instructors in Taekwondo gym are as follows. First, the role of organizations such as Korea Women Taekwondo Federation that can protect the rights and interests of female instructors need to be enhanced. If the Taekwondo related organizations introduce various human resource management systems to arbitrate inequality problems and to recommend improvements, the rights and interests of female instructors shall be improved. For this, the discussion and consultation between Taekwondo related organizations, employment director, and employee instructor to rationalize employment stability of instructors in Taekwondo gym along with employment-related laws prescribed by the government should be a priority. Second, the specific training for characteristic and working environment of female instructors shall be included in a regular program of qualification training of Taekwondo leader. Third, the Taekwondo related organizations such as kukkiwon should develop strengths of female instructors as a program and perform actively to improve the status of female instructors. Also, it should be encouraged to use this in the first line gyms.
