Terror threatens the dignity of life which is the basis of the humanism and it also provokes chaos in society. In order to prevent security hazards, this study analyzes overseas assassination cases from 2004 through 1977 by individual mission types, sorted by the region and by case. The lesson learned from the study is that a small oversight by a security guard may cause a tragedy. Hence, a sound physical and psychological readiness with four phases of integrating and sequence security actions must be constantly repeated.

This study intends to elucidate an answer to the following question posed in physical education that are possibly spurred by the research subject of "Human Movement" The question is that a moving human body deeply associates with the natural causes and further creates such changes, it is the entity that performs based on its reasonable decision making process. Hence the moving human body is a type of an existence that continues to be affected by time. What exactly could possibly categorize the moving human body as a 'live body' from just a 'moving object'? This indeed can not be a simple question of whether the moving body has anything to do with its psychological phenomena and its process of movement. Thus, what this study actually implies is not the combination of the Identity Theory-like body and spirit, but how the human spirit gets directly coupled with the human body as one. This study also intends to further elucidate the bodily metaphysics through memory.

The sports-related media reports should be social interest. The same in terms of sports-related media reports discussed in the context of attempts by various research that has been extensive discussion of those results. Therefore, there are several views of the World Cup press behaviour, but this research approached from the dimension of military culture diffusion. To discover the image and the ideology in the 2006 Germany World Cup soccer tournament in the newspaper report, text analysis was conducted in this research. Five national newspapers dated from May 10, 2006 to June 24, 2006 was used as a source of data collection. To figure out military culture reported in the 2006 Germany World Cup in the media, 'sentence units' analysis was conducted targeting as articles of daily newspaper and daily sports newspaper, and made following results. First, the image of soccer in the text reproduction, media concentrated on their own team's victory and hero of the victory using military terminology make soccer not a place of exchange and unity but a place to compete. In addition, excessive use of military terminology highlights only victory and a hero. Secondly, ideology in the text of the made blind patriotism. But, not by political or conservative groups as in the past but by commercial capitalism. Therefore, the news reports appeared in the 2006 Germany World Cup press it as a competition between countries made receiver pursue patriotism to their own team, so that social phenomenon to hostile opponent country happened. Media reports need to abandon such press behavior and approach as a sound cultural phenomenon through the goodwill between countries beyond sports competition.

In the 7th national curricula, physical education is one of required courses for high school sophomores, but a lot of high schools have decided not to teach juniors and seniors physical education since that is an elective for them. That situation results in cutting down on regular school hours for that class on the whole. Physical education activities are physical activities by which students seek pleasure. They find it delightful to get exercise, and they do that voluntarily without being forced by others. Physical education allows them to build up character and cooperative spirits, and to learn to act together with one another. That is the basis of character education and steps up ego-identity building. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of physical education activities on the self-concept of high school students. The subjects in this study were 39 sophomores and 39 juniors in S high school located in the city of Sanbon. They took a pretest in self- concept, and the experimental group composed of the sophomores were engaged in physical education activities during normal classroom hours for that subject for a three-month period of time from April 4 through May 30, 2008. The activities were carried out twice a week. The juniors who were selected as a control group were enrolled in a class that didn't choose physical education, and no formal physical education activities were provided to them. After the experiment was completed, a survey was conducted on both groups to find out their self-concept. The instrument used to determine the effect of the physical education activities on self-concept was Jeon Weon-sik(1968)'s Self-Concept Inventory, which was modified to suit the purpose of the study. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS program. To check into the educational effect of the physical education activities on their self- concept, the pretest data of the two groups were compared before the experiment was implemented. After the experiment was finished, paired t-test was carried out to compare their pretest and posttest data to see how much improvement there was in their self-concept. The findings of the study were as follows: Being involved in the physical education activities had a positive effect on the self-concept of the high schoolers. In the pretest, the experimental group lagged behind the control group in every part of self-concept that included physical self, moral self, personality self, home self, social self, evaluation of the self and positive self-concept. Overall, however, the former made progress to greater or lesser extents in self-concept in the posttest. According to the results of t-test, the experimental group especially showed a significant improvement in moral self-concept at the p<.001 level of significance, compared to that of the control group. In terms of personality self-concept, the results of t-test also showed a significant disparity between that and the control group at the p<.01 level of significance. The findings indicated that the physical education activities encouraged them to understand and receive themselves, to open themselves as they were, to build the right values, to have a positive mind-set, to bolster their self-esteem, and eventually to take a more active attitude toward school life.

This thesis discusses the influence of golf teacher's leadership style on student's learning orientation and how to do an effective golf teaching. The specific objectives of the study can be formulated as answers to the following major questions: first, what is the difference among golf learning developments in general traits; second, how does the leadership style of golf leaders affect the learning development. In order to accomplish the aim of the study, the golf players who use golf courses in Seoul, and Gyeonggi-Do was set as a population for the survey. The next stage is dedicated to analyze the questionnaire survey by respondents in above golf players randomly (men 200, women, 100) to find out the influence of the leadership style on learning development. This questionnaire survey for this research consists of five questions respectively for comparing the difference learning orientation between independent variables and dependent variables. The result of this study presents; first, they shows differences in leadership style and in learning orientation, depending on background such as gender, monthly income, educational level, and length of teaching. Second, after dividing the golf instructor's leadership style into transformational and transactional, researched the influence of the student's learning orientation on purpose of studying, purpose of achievement, and improvement of rounding, however, the result did not show the statistical relation of cause and effect that is to be attended to, therefore, the leadership style might not have an effect on the student's learning orientation. Third, between golf instructor's leadership style and the student's learning orientation, transformational, one of the subordinate element of the leadership style, has high relationship with the purpose of achievement, one of the subordinate element of student's learning orientation, like r=.859(p<.01), and transactional is also highly related to the same factor, like r=.923(p<.01), therefore, there might be some relationship between the leadership style and the student's learning orientation.

One purpose of this study on exercise injuries of Taekwondo players is to diagnose and examine potential causes and types of regional body injuries which they sometimes suffer in Taekwondo drill and match, so that they can exert better performance and skills in stable environment. The other purpose of this study is to help players or coaches recognize and understand the results of analysis on injuries of Taekwondo players, so that it may contribute to minimizing their injuries in drill or match. As a part of survey, this study adopted a questionnaire form comprising total 25 question items. Total 300 male Taekwondo players attending 12 men's middle schools were asked to join this survey. And 264 valid and complete questionnaire forms were screened from all 300 players for data analysis. As a result, this study comes to the following conclusions: 1) Except just 3 respondents, 261 respondents(99%) answered that they were ever injured in drill or match. So it is necessary to take preventive countermeasures for potential risk of injury, while coaching staffs should take best care of their players as possible. And it is important that our players should know about certain body regions that are very susceptible to injuries in drill or match, and should also feel it necessary to take preventive measures for potential injuries. 2) It was found that most injured regions were focused on feet, arms and legs. In case of foot region, there were almost equal frequencies of injury among instep, ankle and toes. In case of arm region, finger injury accounted for 50% of all injuries. And in case of leg region, knee injury accounted for 43% of all injuries. It was noted that our respondents showed higher frequency of finger injury than any other injuries they ever suffered. Thus, it is necessary for our Taekwondo players to wear protective outfits to prevent them from potential injuries on each body region, and ball their fists in match to avoid potential risk of injuries on or in finger. 3) For the type of frequent injuries, it was found that blister accounted for 50% of all skin injuries; bone bruise accounted for 61% of all bone injuries; and muscle bruise accounted for 57% of all muscle and tendon injuries. Here, our respondents suffered blister more frequently than any other injuries. Therefore, it is more important that their injuries, even a light injury caused by bodily touch or friction during their drill or match, should be treated with appropriate medical care to prevent the injuries from aggravation into more serious cases, apart from seriousness of all injuries(e.g. blister, bone bruise, muscle bruise, etc) that our Taekwondo players suffer. Moreover, although our players showed low frequency of neurosensory injuries, they are likely to suffer serious symptoms from such injuries, so it is necessary to promptly and appropriately treat the injuries. Above all, it is more important to mandate Taekwondo players to wear protective outfit to prevent them from potential injuries. 4) In terms of when they get injured in their body regions, it was found that most respondents suffered injuries at afternoon(75%), during winter(43%) and at exercise game(57%). In particular, it is noteworthy that psychological weakness(i.e. mental defects) of players is associated with their injuries. 5) It was found that lack of warmup and cooldown(19%) accounted for most representative cause of injuries, while complete warmup and cooldown(38%) accounted for most representative way to prevent any injury. This finding indicates why it is important for our Taekwondo players to steadily practice warmup and cooldown. Thus, it is essential that coaching staffs should instruct their players in such preventive measures and players should keep practicing them habitually. 6) For possible channels of diagnosis and medical treatment after injury, it was found that our respondents showed relatively high preference for diagnosis and medical treatment from medical specialists(doctors : 55%, hospital: 64%, physical therapy 39% respectively), and these medical channels were effective in treatment of our players. Therefore, it is required to assure placement of medical staffs like medical specialist or trainers in preparation for potential injuries during match or drill.

This study aims to reconfigure the effect of taking creatine on training, such as the correlation between the period of taking creatine and its effect on training, taking creatine and the effect on training according to the types of exercise, and taking creatine and the effect on body composition, as many people are getting concerned with it as good ways of boosting performance in sports by maximizing their exercise performance capacity. It can be more effective to identify accurate degree of intensity and the main energy system of the given sport entry before taking creatine. Creatine is an energy source which is stored in a muscle in the form of a mixture with high-energy compound phosphoric acid to maintain resonable value during the short-period anaerobic muscular activity leading to the rapid declination of ATP, and then decomposed over time. The effect of creatine on exercise is maximum during the period of 3 to 5 day after taking it. As creatine is saturated from 6 day after taking it, it can be more effective to take creatine in a short-term period, from 3 days to 7 days, than long-term period. As shown in many studies, short term creation supplementation is very effective in getting instant power and it has positive effect in the aspect of work, the whole muscular power. And also it is effective especially for the athletes requiring anaerobic exercise ,that is, muscle strength and power rather than aerobic exercise, as it affects greatly on high intensity lasting 30 seconds or under and exercise performance capacity repeating several times. It is difficult to draw an accurate conclusion related to the change of body composition after taking creatine because it is still controversial among researchers. However, it is a general agreement in academic circles that short term or long term creatine supplementation with resistance training can cause to gain weight and get lots of body fat.

The purpose of this study was to compare the difference in upper limb bone density between high school women soccer players and age-matched women students, and to identify the influence of regular exercise participation on the bone density in the non-predominant site. Subjects were divided into two groups. One was women soccer player group(n=25), and the other was control(n=25). Bone density was measured with Radio-Absorption method with roentgenogram, commercial scanner, and bone densitometry diagnosis software. As a results, BTI at radius in the women soccer player group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<.001). And T-score and Z-score in the women soccer player group was also significantly higher than those in the control group(p<.001). In conclusion, bone density at the non-predominant site in athletes was also influenced by exercise. And it is suggested that intervention for the increase in the bone density and muscle strength at non-specific site in athletes should be introduced.
