본 연구는 전기추진차도선 도입이 지역경제에 미치는 경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하고, 신산업 R&D 투자의 경제적 기여를 계량화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기존 연구가 산업연관분석을 통한 승수 산출에 주로 의존한 것과 달리, 본 연구는 기업총생산(Business Output) 기반의 직접효과 산출모형과 산업연관분석을 결합한 확장형 분석틀을 적용하였다. 이를 위해 시장 규모(PV), 매출액 대비 기술 비중(T), R&D 기여도(R)를 활용하여 산업 내 직접 효과를 산출하고, 생산유발계수(1.7673)를 적용하여 간접 파급효과를 추정하였다. 또한 실제 시장 확산 가능성을 반영하기 위해 전환율(15%)을 가중치로 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 전기추진차도선 도입을 통해 약 677억 원 규모의 총 경제적 기여가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 전기추진차도선을 조선·전기·배터리·서비스 산업이 결합된 융합형 신산업으로 정의하고, 지역 산업구조 내 전후방 연계효과를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 나아가 신산업 분야의 공공 R&D 투자는 단기적 승수효과를 넘어 중장기적 기술 축적과 산업 생태계 형성을 고려한 경제성 평가가 필요함을 제시한다.

This study quantitatively analyzes the economic impacts of introducing electric propulsion car ferries and evaluates the economic contribution of emerging industry R&D investments. Unlike prior studies that primarily relied on multiplier-based input–output analysis, this research adopts an extended analytical framework that integrates a Business Output–based direct effect model with input–output analysis. Direct effects are estimated by combining market size (PV), technology share (T), and R&D contribution ratio (R), while indirect effects are derived using a production-inducement multiplier (1.7673). A conversion rate (15%) is further applied to reflect realistic market diffusion. The results indicate that the introduction of electric propulsion car ferries generates an estimated total economic contribution of approximately KRW 67.7 billion. By redefining electric propulsion car ferries as a convergent emerging industry integrating shipbuilding, electrical equipment, battery, and service sectors, this study empirically identifies forward and backward industrial linkages within the regional economy. The findings suggest that public R&D investment in emerging industries should be evaluated not only in terms of short-term multiplier effects but also from a medium- to long-term perspective that considers technological accumulation and ecosystem formation.

혁신 생태계의 지속 가능한 성장을 실현하기 위해서는 단순히 기술적 성과를 창출하는 것을 넘어 이를 뒷받침하는 핵심 기업군의 자본조달 효율성을 정밀하게 진단하는 과정이 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국 자본시장에서 20년 이상 생존한 장기 존속 기업을 대상으로 자본구조와 자기자본비용 간의 관계가 재무 이론의 예측에 부합하는지를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 분석의 정교함을 확보하기 위해 사후적 실현이익을 반영한 내재자기자본비용 측정 방식을 적용하였으며 재무적 곤경 요인이 제거된 표본을 엄밀히 선별하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 미래 성장 기회를 중시하는 모형을 중심으로 부채비율이 상승함에 따라 자본비용이 유의하게 증가하는 선형적 양의 관계가 뚜렷하게 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 한국 자본시장의 장기생존 기업 부분에서 부채 위험에 대한 합리적인 가격결정 기제가 정상 작동하고 있음을 나타낸다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 혁신 클러스터를 지탱하는 장기 존속 기업들이 시장 원리에 입각한 효율적인 자금 조달 환경에 놓여 있음을 입증함으로써 건전한 혁신 생태계 조성을 위한 자본시장의 질적 기능을 재확인하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

Achieving sustainable growth within innovation ecosystems requires not only technological advancements but also a rigorous diagnosis of capital financing efficiency among core corporate entities. This study empirically investigates whether the relationship between capital structure and the cost of equity aligns with theoretical predictions, focusing on long-standing firms in the Korean capital market that have survived for over twenty years. To ensure analytical precision, the study employs an implied cost of capital measurement incorporating ex-post realized earnings, applying it to a sample strictly screened to exclude financial distress factors. The findings reveal a distinct linear positive relationship where the cost of capital significantly increases as the debt ratio rises, particularly in models emphasizing future growth opportunities. These results suggest that rational pricing mechanisms regarding leverage risk are functioning effectively within the long-term surviving firm sector. Consequently, this research validates that long-standing firms underpinning innovation clusters operate within an efficient financing environment based on market principles, thereby reaffirming the qualitative function of capital markets in fostering a healthy innovation ecosystem.

본 연구는 헤어산업 내 암묵지의 고착화 원인을 규명하고, 이를 지식자산으로 표출화하기 위한 핵심요인의 중요도와 우선순위를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단을 대상으로 계층분석법(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 2계층인 대분류에서는 지식의 주체(48.8%)와 제도환경(51.2%)은 균형을 이루었다. 3계층인 세부 평가 요인에서는 수용자의 반복 및 실천 의지가 전체 1위(20.0%)를 차지한 반면, 기존 연구에서 강조된 전수자의 공유 의지는 최하위(7.4%)로 나타났다. 대안 분석에서는 교육 설계는 형식지가, 실무 훈련과 트렌드는 암묵지가 우세한 전략적 이원화가 확인되었다. 이는 지식 성과가 전수자의 선의가 아닌 수용자의 끈기 있는 체화와 시장 적응력에 달려 있음을 시사한다. 이에 본 연구는 형식지 관점에서 수용자의 독자적 훈련을 돕는 시각화 피드백 도구 보급과 암묵지 관점에서 유행을 반영하는 모듈형 속성 교육을 전략으로 제언한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of tacit knowledge fixation within the hair industry and to prioritize the key factors for externalizing it into knowledge assets. To this end, an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis was conducted with a group of industry experts. The results of the analysis revealed that at the second level (main categories), Knowledge Subjects (48.8%) and Institutional Environment (51.2%) showed a balanced importance. However, at the third level (specific factors), the Recipient's Willingness to Practice ranked first overall (20.0%), whereas the Provider's Willingness to Share, which had been emphasized in previous studies, ranked lowest (7.4%). The alternative analysis confirmed a need for Strategic Dualism: favoring explicit strategies for educational design but tacit strategies for practical training and trend adaptation. These findings imply that knowledge outcomes depend not on the provider's benevolence, but on the recipient's persistence in embodiment and market adaptability. Therefore, this study suggests the dissemination of visualization feedback tools to assist recipients' self-training (from an explicit knowledge perspective) and the implementation of modular fast-track education reflecting current trends (from a tacit knowledge perspective) as core strategies.
