문화·예술 산업의 변혁적 리더십과 집단효능감 간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 직무의미성의 매개효과 - KCI 등재

The purpose is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership, job meaning and collective efficacy, and to clarify the effect of this study. In order to clarify this relationship, research models and hypotheses were set up based on literature research, and 377 questionnaires were distributed and retrieved for the relevant industry workers. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on group efficacy. In addition, the influence of transformational leadership on job meaning, the effect of job meaning on collective efficacy, and the mediating effect of job semantics were confirmed. These findings can provide guidelines for organizational change by identifying the effects of transformational leadership on the attitudes of members in the culture and arts industry.

본 연구는 문화·예술 산업의 조직이 타 조직과 비교하여 전통을 중시하고 예술적 가치에 큰 비중을 두는 특성에 초점을 두었다. 이러한 특징을 반영하여 산업의 발전과 경제적 가치 창출에 대한 방법을 제시하고자 변혁적 리더십과 직무의미성, 집단효능감의 관계를 실증분석하고, 효과를 밝히고자 한다. 이 관계를 밝히고자, 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 연 구모형 및 가설을 설정하였고, 해당 산업 종사자를 대상으로 377부의 설문지를 배포·회수하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 변혁적 리더십은 집단효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 변혁적 리더십이 직무의미성 에 미치는 영향과 직무의미성이 집단효능감에 미치는 영향, 직무의미성의 매개 효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 문화·예술 산업에서 변혁적 리더십이 구성원들의 태도에 미치는 효과를 파악함으로써 조직 변화에 대한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
This study focuses on the characteristics of culture and art industry organizations that emphasize tradition and artistic values. 외식서비스산업에서 조직문화의 매개역할을 통한 감성리더십이 직무만족도와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 KCI 등재

In this study, based on the high reliance on the human resources of the food service industry, it investigates relations of each component as integrated view through leadership, organizational performance, and organizational culture. In particular, the relationship between emotional/primal leadership and organizational performance(as job satisfaction and organizational commitment) was verified through mediating effects of organizational culture. The results of this study will provide an integrated perspective on the understanding and development of the food service industry structure, which requires the importance of human relations, and will help convergent thinking among various service industries.

요즘 외식서비스산업의 시장 환경이 산업간 융합을 통해 발전이 급변하고 있으며, 외식산업의 조직이라는 환경 또한 현대화, 산업화가 되면서 점점 복잡하고 예측하기 힘들어지고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 고객의 전체적인 소비과정에 직원의 참여가 반영되는 외식서비스산업의 경우, 인적자원이 그 기업의 경쟁우위가 될 수 있으며 인적 자원 및 조직 관리의 중요성은 크다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 효과적인 조직관리를 위해 리더십의 역할을 인식하고, 외식서비스산업의 종사자들에게 효과적인 조직 관리를 위한 감성리더십의 역할을 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히, 외식서 비스산업 종사자들의 감성리더십, 조직성과, 조직문화에 대해 통합적인 관점에서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조직문화 의 매개효과를 통해 검증해 보고자 하였다. 경기지역 7곳의 외식서비스산업 종사자들을 대상으로 전체 500명 중 383명을 대상으로 외식서비스산업 종사자들의 감성리더십이 조직문화의 매개역할을 통해 조직성과에 영향을 미친 다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 인간관계의 중요성을 요구하는 외식서비스산업 구조의 이해와 발전에 통합적인 관점의 시야를 제공하고, 외식산업뿐 아니라 여러 서비스업종 간의 융합적 사고를 기반 한 인적자원관리 에 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 본다.

금융기관 인수 합병후 조직 문화 및 통합 과정이 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 KCI 등재

That is to say, we analyzed how the M&A of previous financial institutions affected the organizational culture and organizational efficiency, and upon such a base we attempted to suggest an effective method to minimize a side effect in M&A of financial institutions. As the result of the study, we recognized that the more they feel the level of their supporting culture high compared with the opposite company in time of M&A(before combination), the highly the employees sensed the cultural integration speed was fast. Therefore, after M&A we could prospect that the employees of the organization who sensed that the cultural level supported by their organization would be relatively low, would not be satisfied with their duty assigned in the organization and fail to feel a strong affection toward the organization, whereas they would have a relatively high intention to quit the organization. This is exactly accorded with the theory of the individual-organization accorded-value model(Chatman, 1989), which drew the results that the change of the organizational level, so-called the company M&A rising as an issue in overall enterprises including the financial industry would have a negative influence upon the organizational culture and organizational efficiency of the employees.

본 연구에서는 금융기관들의 기업인수합병에서 일어나는 문제점들을 파악하고자 기업인수합병을 실시한 금융기관에 종사하는 종업원들의 조직문화 및 조직 유효성을 분석하였다. 즉, 기존 금융기관의 기업인수합병이 조직문화와 조직 유효성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 금융기관의 기업인수합병에 있어서 부작용을 최소화할 수 있는 효과적인 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 인수합병시(통합전) 상대기업과 비교하여 자신의 지원 문화 수준이 높다고 인식할수록 문화 통합속도가 빠르다고 인지하였다. 그러므로 인수합병이 이루어진 후 자신이 속한 조직의 지원 문화 수준이 낮다고 인식한 조직구성원들은 조직에서 부여된 직무에 대해 만족하지 못할 것이고, 조직에 대해 강한 애착을 느끼지 못하며, 반면에 이직의도는 상대적으로 높아질 것이라고 예측할 수 있었다. 이는 개인-조직가치일치 모형(Chatman, 1989)의 이론과 일치하는 것으로 금융산업을 비롯한 기업 전반에서 이슈로 떠오르고 있는 기업 인수합병이라는 조직 수준의 변화가 조직구성원들의 조직효과성과 조직문화에 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다.

Further, comprehensive academic approaches in conjunction with theoretical and institutional factors are far from sufficient. Thus, the present study suggests culture management strategies by establishing a framework of 3-step culture-management analysis in an effort to develop strategies for Cultural industry based on a culture management paradigm. The 3 analytical steps consist of ‘analysis of status, analysis of development factors and deriving implications.’ This study is meaningful in the sense that it could be a source as an exploratory study on stressing and activating the importance of culture management strategies, considering the lack of policy measures to support and foster culture management and relevant strategies.

이 연구의 목적은 문화산업에 적용가능한 문화경영 분석틀을 구안하고, 이 분석틀 을 실제 한국 바둑문화산업에 적용하는 데 있다. 최근 들어 문화경영에 대한 관심이 증대되기 시작하였으나 아직까지 이에 대한 진정한 이해와 정립에 대한 논의가 다루어지고 있지 않으며 이론적·제도적 측면의 요인들을 총망라한 학문적 접근이 미비한 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 문화경영 적 패러다임에 기반을 두고 문화산업을 발전시킬 수 있는 전략을 개발하기 위해 3단 계의 문화경영 분석과정, 즉 ‘현황분석 단계, 발전요인 분석단계, 시사점 도출단계’의 분석틀을 설정하고, 이를 통해 문화경영 전략을 제시하였다. 여전히 문화경영과 전략에 대한 지원과 육성정책이 미진한 상황 속에서 본 논문 은 문화경영 전략의 중요성을 강조하고 활성화시키는 측면에 대한 탐색적인 연구로 서 하나의 단초가 될 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

7S모형의 조직문화특성이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 : 항공우주산업의 조직 속성 및 기능적 배경의 조절효과를 중심으로 KCI 등재

The variables, duly sorted by Pascale et al.(1981)’s 7S model for organizational culture, were assumed to predict employees’ job attitudes, and included Values and Policies, Task Management, Human Resources, Leadership, and Communication. This study also aims to investigate the moderating effects of company types(parent company<K company>, partner company<subcontractors of K company>) and functional divisions (production, technology, management support, R/D, business management, and sales management). The sample of our respondents was 287 employees in Korean aerospace industry(142 employees of K company that is a representative company in the industry and 145 employees of its subcontractors). We used SPSS 21.0 for statistical analysis. Our study reveals useful results for the development of theories and for organizational practices. First of all, communication and leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction and job involvement. It means the organization should reinforce communication and leadership to improve the employees' job attitudes. Secondly, K company employees have more positive job attitudes and perceive its culture more favorably than the employees of subcontractors. It means the subcontractors should improve its culture to make their employees have more positive job attitudes. Finally, characteristics of organizational culture have different effects on job attitudes depending on companies and functional divisions. This study proved and highlighted the importance of subcultures in the study of organizational culture. The study also highlighted the differences in organizational culture and its effects on job attitudes among parent company and its subcontractors. Future research needs to use quantification methods(such as profits, ROI) to measure the effects of organizational culture.

본 연구는 국내 항공우주산업의 대표기업인 K사와 그 협력업체를 대상으로 조직문화특성이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. Pascale 외(1981)의 7S 모형에 근거하여 조직문화특성을 가치와 정책, 업무관리, 인적자원, 리더십 및 의사소통 등 5개로 구분하고 이러한 특성들이 직무만족과 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구대상은 287명(K사 직원 142명, 협력업체 직원 145명)이며 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 의사소통과 리더십은 모두 직무만족과 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 하위문화를 불문하고 조직성과에 영향 주는 공동의 기업문화가 의사소통, 의사결정 참여 및 상호 이해와 지원이라는 Li 외(2010)의 주장과 일치하다. 이원분산분석의 결과, 모기업 K사 직원들이 협력업체 직원들보다 직무태도가 더 긍정적이고 조직문화에 대한 긍정적 인식도 더 높았다. 그리고 기술부서의 직무태도가 가장 긍정적이고 연구개발부서와 사업관리부서의 직무태도가 가장 부정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 리더십에 대한 긍정적 인식은 연구개발부서가 가장 높고 생산부서가 가장 낮았다. 조절효과에 대한 분석결과, 근무회사(K사/협력업체)는 리더십과 직무만족, 그리고 업무관리와 직무몰입간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기능적 배경(연구개발부서, 사업관리부서, 생산부서)은 리더십과 직무만족, 그리고 의사소통과 직무만족간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 기능적 배경(기술부서, 사업관리부서, 생산부서, 연구개발부서, 영업부서, 경영지원부서)은 또한 가치와 정책, 인적자원, 업무관리, 리더십 및 의사소통 등 5가지 조직문화 특성과 직무몰입간의 관계를 모두 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 모기업과 협력업체에 따라 조직문화 인식이 차이가 있으며 이에 따라 직무태도가 다름을 입증하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 기능적 배경에 따른 하위문화가 존재하며 이에 따라 조직문화가 직무태도에 미치는 영향이 서로 다름을 입증하였다. 본 연구는 기존연구에서 간과되었던 하위문화를 새롭게 조명하였다는데 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

I really expect progress of members’ safety consciousness through this survey, furthermore it affects to vitalize communication regarding safety between members in organization and to promote interests in each member’s safety consciousness. According to ‘frequency’ and ‘main cause’ analysis to verify the validity of safety consciousness and safety culture level of members, 80% of respondents agree to the validity in principle and especially the safety consciousness and safety culture level of members in the petrochemical industry is superior to that of members in other industries. In the ‘main cause’ analysis, main causes are set as follows: safety consciousness, operating process, expense for safety, safety regulation. The members who working over 20 years and the personnel of managing department recognize better than other members regarding all causes. Peculiarly, other members have a tendency for lack of understanding ‘safety regulation’ unlike other main causes. This means that though they know the importance of safety, they try to avoid rules regarding safety cause of individualism. So for reducing industrial accidents by upgrading the safety consciousness, It is necessary to lead member’s self-directed participation on matured safety culture and to interaction between safety consciousness, operating process, expense for safety and safety regulation by multilateral approach.

본 연구의 목적은 석유화학장치 산업의 조직 구성원들의 안전의식과 안전문화 수준을 측정해 보려고 한다. 본 연구에서 사용한 안전의식과 문화에 대한 척도에 대한 빈도분석과 요인분석을 실시한 결과 빈도분석에서는 대체로 그렇다와 매우 그렇다가 80%이상 응답하였으며 석유화학장치 산업의 조직 구성원들의 안전의식과 문화 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 요인분석에서는 안전의식, 작업절차, 안전비용, 안전규칙요인 4가지를 추출하였다. 분석결과는 근무 연수가 20년 이상의 조직 구성원들과, 타 부서에 비하여 운영 부서에서 안전의식, 작업절차, 안전비용, 안전규칙이 가장 높게 나타났다. 그러나 기타 부서에서는 안전의식, 작업절차, 안전비용은 높게 나타났으나, 안전규칙만 제일 낮게 나타났다. 이는 안전에 대한 중요성은 알고 있으나 안전에 대해 회피하려고 하는 개인주의적 성격을 나타내고 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 따라서 안전의식 수준을 더 높여 산업재해를 줄이기 위해서는 조직구성원들의 자발적 참여가 가능하도록 조직의 안전문화가 성숙되어야 하고, 요인분석에서 도출된 안전의식, 작업절차, 안전비용, 안전규칙 간에 상호작용을 할 수 있도록 다각적인 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

미래사회 지속을 위한 차문화와 1인 가구 연계 방안 : 보성 녹차산업과 나홀로 노인가구를 중심으로 KCI 등재

The findings reveal that welfare policies for the elderly in rural areas are heavily focused on support-oriented approaches. In response, the paper suggests shifting towards participatory programs in addition to these support measures. The cooperative healing and wellness program that links Boseong's green tea industry with elderly single-person households is summarized as follows: Building an infrastructure network through community engagement: The first step is to establish an infrastructure network that connects the green tea industry with elderly single-person households, promoting active participation within the community. Operating participatory programs: Based on this infrastructure, the program aims to expand opportunities for social interaction and participation, transitioning from production activities to educational activities. Sustained support and follow-up management: Continuous support from the local government of Boseong County is crucial for thorough follow-up management, ensuring the expanded operation of "cooperative healing and wellness welfare content" that is based on the green tea industry and elderly single-person households. In the following section, we will discuss the practical aspects of the policy proposals based on the regional characteristics of Boseong-gun suggested in this study.

이 글은 미래사회 지속을 위한 한 방안으로 글로컬문화산업과 1인 가구 특히 노인가구에 주 목하였다. 이를 위해 이 글에서는 60대 이상 1인 가구의 비중이 두드러진 전남지역의 대표 문화산업 중 보성군의 녹차산업에 나홀로 노인가구를 연계한 치유&힐링 복지콘텐츠 개발을 논의하였다. 그 결과 우리는 농촌 지역의 노인 복지정책이 지원형에 집중되어 있음을 파악하고 그 지원형에 더하여 참여형 프로그램으로 방향 전환 검토를 제안하였다. 보성 녹차산업과 나홀로 노인가구가 연계한 협치 기반 치 유&힐링 프로그램을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역사회 연계를 통한 인프라망 구축이다. 둘째, 구 축된 인프라망에 기반하여 생산활동에서 교육활동 참여로의 사회접촉 및 참여 기회를 확대해나가는 참 여형 프로그램의 운영이다. 셋째, 보성군 지자체의 지속적 지원에 기반한 사후관리를 통해 보성 녹차산 업과 나홀로 노인가구에 기반한 ‘협치 치유&힐링 복지콘텐츠’의 확대 운영이다. 다음 지면에서는 본 연 구에서 제안한 보성군의 지역 특성에 따른 정책 제안의 실천적 측면의 논의를 기약한다.
This paper focuses on glocal cultural industries and single-person households, particularly elderly households, as a strategy for sustaining future society. Specifically, it discusses the development of healing and wellness welfare content by connecting the green tea industry in Boseong County, a prominent cultural industry in Jeonnam Province, with elderly single-person households, which are notably prevalent in this region. The findings reveal that welfare policies for the elderly in rural areas are heavily focused on support-oriented approaches. In response, the paper suggests shifting towards participatory programs in addition to these support measures. The cooperative healing and wellness program that links Boseong's green tea industry with elderly single-person households is summarized as follows: Building an infrastructure network through community engagement: The first step is to establish an infrastructure network that connects the green tea industry with elderly single-person households, promoting active participation within the community. Operating participatory programs: Based on this infrastructure, the program aims to expand opportunities for social interaction and participation, transitioning from production activities to educational activities. Sustained support and follow-up management: Continuous support from the local government of Boseong County is crucial for thorough follow-up management, ensuring the expanded operation of "cooperative healing and wellness welfare content" that is based on the green tea industry and elderly single-person households. In the following section, we will discuss the practical aspects of the policy proposals based on the regional characteristics of Boseong-gun suggested in this study.

The Crab Cannery Ship is reenacted in the context of various cultural phenomena, and it is proposing new directions in approaching and understanding phenomena from various standpoints. Especially, from the rank, group of few people, sought change and awakening to the personal problem in the depressed era which the power ruled over the people, but now the general public are seeking the clue for the solution not only for personal issues but also for the issue which occurs in modern society through Kobayashi’s works. Such practices indicate that people are interpreting Kobayashi not as the temporary and fixed figure but by modernizing the figure as the era changes. Additionally, as restructuring Kobayashi, people are not only fossilizing and admiring the figure as the past but also restructuring in the context of the modern times and call the figure in front of the people to change the recognition about Kobayashi as the folk hero.

본고는 문화산업을 통한 고바야시 다키지의 『게 가공선』에 대해 살펴보았다. 작품 『게 가공선』은 문화산업의 외연과 영역을 확장하여 영상 및 공연예술 산업뿐만 아니라 출판 산업에 이르기까지 다양한 영역에서 융・복합 문화콘텐츠 산업으로 활용되고 있다. 이를 목도한 독자나 관객들은 『게 가공선』과 현대 사회와의 사이에서 공통성・유사성을 발견하고 이에 공감했다. 『게 가공선』은 시대에 흐름에 따라 다양한 문화 현상 속에서 재현되고 다양한 관점에서 접근, 이해하는데 새로운 방향을 제시하고 있다. 특히 과거 권력이 민중을 지배하던 암울한 시대에 소수의 집단인 계급에서 이제는 일반 민중들도 각각의 개인적인 문제에 대한 변화와 각성뿐만 아니라 현대사회에서 발생하는 문제까지 고바야시를 통해 해결의 실마리를 찾으려 하고 있다. 이것은 고바야시를 과거에 국한된 한시적이고 고정적인 인물로서만이 아닌 시대의 변화에 따라 현대화하여 해석되고 있음을 의미한다. 그리고 고바야시를 재구성함에 있어 화석화되어 단지 과거로만 기려지는 것이 아니라 현대에 이르러 재해석되어 민중 앞으로 불러들임으로써 민중 영웅적인 존재로 인식되어 변모해왔다고 할 수 있겠다.

This study was initiated from the necessity of analyzing how the industries related to the culture industry are structured and their effects on the country and national economy in a situation where China's culture-related industries are steadily growing. This paper is to analyze Chinese culture & entertainment industry developed with governmental measures to expand domestic demand has related to national economical ripple effect from macro economy aspect by using an inter industry relation table 2007, 2017. This study uses the 2007 Chinese input-output table released in 2010 and the 2017 Chinese input-output table released in 2020 for empirical analysis. The originality and significance of this research is the lack of research testing on the relationship between an industry and changes in related industries so far. Chinese Input-Output table in 2007 and 2017 are used as a tool of this research and all kinds of ripple effect and relation with other industries is analyze using by ‘Index of the power of dispersion’, ‘Index of the sensitivity of dispersion’, ‘Effect on production inducement’ and ‘Value added analysis’. The originality and significance of this research can be found because of the lack of research to examine the relationship between an industry and changes in related industries. However, it is difficult to fully explain the impact of the rapidly changing Chinese cultural industry on the country and its economy.

Among them, however, Japan’s animation contents account for the highest proportion, establishing themselves as a key cultural content that Japan is promoting. So this paper focuses on the animation contents that are the core of Japan’s cultural contents. In the process of it, the paper looks at the trend of using animation contents from the past to the present and analyzes the strategy of Japanese contents. First of all, it examines the development process of the Japan’s animation industry by grasping the trend of it until now. In it, the creative source of animation contents can be found and the diversity and efficiency of the Japan’s cultural industry can be analyzed. The paper also examines the direction of Japan’s policy of cultural industry to further spread animation contents. Based on this, it analyzes the essence of “Content Tourism,” Japan’s newly emerging plan of regional revitalization, and looks into the ways and examples of its links to animation contents. In addition, through the strategy of using animation in the local community, it identifies new roles and ways of utilizing animation contents. By closely analyzing the structure and strategy of the Japan’s cultural industry, which can be produced with just one animation content, the paper intends to make a suggestion of the accurate implications for Korea’s cultural industry.

일본의 문화콘텐츠는 전 세계적으로 막강한 파워와 영향력을 지니고 있다. 일본만의 독특한 문화콘텐츠를 활용한 문화적 확장성은 일본문화산업의 지배력을 한층 배가시키고 있다. 일본문화산업 속에서 일본문화콘텐츠의 활용 방식과 전략은 다양한 형태로 이루어지고 있지만, 그 중에서도 일본 애니메이션 콘텐츠가 차지하는 영역은 가장 높은 비율을 이루며 일본이 내세우는 핵심 문화콘텐츠로서 자리매김하고 있다. 본고는 이와 같이 일본문화콘텐츠의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 애니메이션 콘텐츠에 주목을 하여 과거부터 현재까지 이어져 온 애니메이션 콘텐츠 활용 방식의 흐름을 살펴보고 일본의 콘텐츠 전략을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 먼저 최근까지의 애니메이션 산업 동향 파악을 통하여 일본 애니메이션 산업의 전개 과정을 살펴보았다. 그 속에서 애니메이션 콘텐츠가 만들어 내는 창조적인 원천 소스를 확인할 수 있었고, 이를 통하여 창출되는 일본문화산업의 다양성과 효율성을 분석할 수 있었다. 그리고 애니메이션 콘텐츠를 더욱 확장시키기 위한 일본의 문화산업정책의 방향성을 살펴보았다. 이를 기반으로 현재 새롭게 대두되고 있는 일본의 지역활성화 방안인 ‘콘텐츠 투어리즘’의 본질을 분석하고 애니메이션 콘텐츠와의 연계 방식과 사례를 살펴보았다. 그리고 지역공동체의 애니메이션 활용 전략 을 통하여 애니메이션 콘텐츠의 새로운 역할과 활용 방식을 파악하고자 하였다. 이처럼 애니메이션 콘텐츠 하나로도 충분히 만들어 낼 수 있는 일본문화산업의 구조와 전략을 면밀히 분석함으로써 한국의 문화산업에 적확한 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것이 본고의 목적이었고 지속적인 향후의 과제이기도 하다.

최근 포켓몬GO라는 게임이 전 세계적인 인기를 구가하고 있다. 포켓몬GO는 단순히 게임의 인기를 넘어서 하나의 사회적인 현상으로 자리매김할 정도라 할 수 있을 만큼 그 열기와 관심은 뜨겁다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본고는 먼저 포켓몬GO의 인기요인에 대하여 분석을 하고, 포켓몬GO 자체가 지니고 있는 문화콘텐츠로서의 동력을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이것을 세계적인 사회적 현상으로까지 촉발하게 만든 근본적인 이유와 문화적 원형을 통하여 향후에도 이어질 문화콘텐츠의 중요성과 그것이 파생시키는 다양한 가치와 효과의 의미를 고찰하였다. 하지만 21세기 문화의 시대에 문화콘텐츠를 상품 자체에만 집중하여 경제적 득실만을 생각한 나머지 앞으로 그것이 동반할 수많은 순기능의 요소와 가능성을 오히려 하락시키고 있는 것은 아닌지 말이다. 전통적 문화원형에 대한 제대로 된 인식적 토대 없는 무분별한 사용, 이들에 대한 작위적이고 과장된 이미지의 포장, 그리고 굴절된 이미지의 범람과 사용은 엄청난 결과를 초래할 수 있을지도 모른다. 이러한 불행한 사태를 미연에 방지하기 위해서라도 문화콘텐츠의 일시적 유행에 의한 단절이 아닌 지속가능한 연속성을 만들기 위하여 지금부터 해야 할 것들을 좀 더 깊이 있게 고민해야 될 시점이 아닌가 생각이 든다.

본 연구는 21세기 들어 급변하게 전환되고 있는 문화와 예술의 사회적 역할에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 그 변화에 대학이 능동적 또는 적극적으로 대응하고 있는가에 대한 연구이다. 문화산업의 발전과 사회적 위상 확대는 문화예술에 대한 사회적 가치의 확대를 가져왔다. 최근 청년실업 문제가 확대되면서 정부나 사회에서 대학에 요구하는 졸업생들의 취업, 그리고 최근에 활발히 전개되고 있는 창업에 대한 의무에서 우리 공예분야 또한 자유로울 수 없을 것이다. 사실 대학의 다른 어떤 분야보다 공예를 포함한 예술분야는 후 세대들의 취업과 창업 등과 같은 경제성 확보 분야에 대한 적응력이 부족했던 것은 사실이다. 사회적 변화에 대학에서 공예분야가 얼마나 적극적 대응을 하고 있는가는 매우 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 연구 결과 공예를 포함하고 있는 시각예술분야의 교과목들은 창작 중심의 교과에 집중되어 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결국 예술품 창작 중심의 교과를 통해 전통적인 순수 예술 중심의 가치만이 가장 중요한 대학의 역할로 규정 되어 있음을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 일부 시각예술을 통한 경제성 확보의 교과가 없는 것은 아니지만 그 또한 미약한 비중을 가지고 있으며 더 중요한 것은 그 교과과정들 조차 타산업의 보조적 또는 종속적 관점에서의 경제성만을 고려하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 20세기 후반 이후 확장되고 있는 예술의 사회적 가치 부분인 스스로의 경제성 확보 부분에 대해서는 매우 취약한 것으로 확인되었다.

My research is the place which lost concept in conservation policies. The principal thesis is that conservation policies, excessive focusing on tourism, have transformed the place commercially. I support this thesis through critical analyses in four areas, Bukchon(北村), Insadong(仁寺洞) which are included in conservation area and Donamdong(敦岩洞), Seochon(西村) which are not yet included in. I argue that the urban conservation policy is a place policy that is based on the publicity. Although the economic benefits of place-industrial approach made prosperity in conservation areas, most of inhabitants felt alienation from the place. Increasing price of land, moved to away of inhabitants, gentrification, overran shopping street are often observed in conservation area. It have been witnessed the dogmatic approach of conservation policy. Besides, the government, which is responsible to make policy, is not considered native what they really need. In the case of Tosokchon(土俗村), where is in Seochon, I witness the place has synergy effects in matching traditional food and house. Another case of Peter Bartholomew's house, where is in Donamdong, I witness Han-Ok's(韓屋) potential power to survive spontaneously through reinterpretation of Han-Ok. In recent years, inhabitants of Dongsomundong(東小門洞)-6ga, where the demonstration took place opposed to the redevelopment of areas, win at the sue to revoke a designation of conservation area. A Brief Discussion about Intercultural Communication Function on Game Culture Industry KCI 등재

...Culture and communications play very important roles in the development and progress of human societies. At present, the cultural industry has become one of the major industries in countries around the world, though the cultural industry is facing new types of media which have brought about changes. Nonetheless, when considering industries which are always associated with culture, one tends to think of music, animation, publishing and film, and other fields. With the advent of the internet and the information era, the digital game completely changed with the media propagation mode. People also gradually began to consider the potential games have as a cultural product. Digital games are both technical and artistic, and they communicate as a new art form. Their powerful artistic expression and the propagation have seen rapid developments over a relatively short time span of only a few decades as games quickly penetrated into all areas of our social lives. In the background, many countries today strive to develop their cultural industries. As an emerging form of media, games based on traditional media and the related advantages, especially as a product of the cultural industry, considering their functions and effects on cross-cultural communication, have been the subject of much concern. This paper aims to study the position of games in the cultural industry and their culture communication effect in the cross-cultural communication field ultimately to uncover the cross-cultural communication elements and transmission mode of games. We also hope to provide a basis for intercultural communication studies of games.

문화와 미디어는 인류사회와 발전에 매우 중요한 작용을 지닌다. 과학기술이 고도로 발전한 시대에서 전통적인 미디어는 신흥매체의 거대한 도전에 직면하며 동시에 새로운 기회를 맞고 있기도 하다. 게임의 탄생은 기존의 매체구조를 철저하게 변화시킬 미디어 모델이다. 대중문화의 동일화와 다원화가 동시에 등장하고 ‘하나의 세계문화와 다양한 지역문화가 함께 존재하는’ 복잡한 배경에서 신흥매체로서의 게임의 어떠한 강점 때문에 주목을 받게 되었는지 고찰하고자 한다. 온라인 게임은 기술성, 예술성과 매체성을 모두 지닌 신예술 형식으로, 그 강대한 예술표현력 및 미디어와 문화를 뛰어넘는 전파기능은 빠르게 발전하여 짧은 수십 년 내에 신속하게 사회생활의 각 영역에 침투할 것이다. 본문은 미디어와 매체, 게임의 강점의 각도에서 관련이론지식과 사례를 결합하여 대중문화전파에 대한 매체의 기능, 작용 그리고 영향에 대해 탐구하고자 한다.

천편일률적인 방식이 아닌 그 지역과 지역자원의 개성을 드러낼 수 있는 방향으로 지역 경제 활성화가 이루어져야 한다. 보령의 머드를 활용한 기존의 화장품과 다른 새로운 형태의 보령머드를 활용한 새로운 산업분야 발굴이 필요하다. 보령머드를 활용한 건자재, 가구 제품개발 등의 사업화 지원으로 기업 경쟁력을 강화하고, 이에 대한 파급효과로 새로운 창업 형성 및 지역 외 기업이전을 유도하여 지역경제 재활성화를 도모 할 수 있다. 연구방법으로 문헌연구, 현황분석을 통하여 친환경 건축자재인 환경 친화형 제품개발 산업의 당위성을 도출하고자 하였다. 실증분석으로 조사 대상은 보령 머드를 활용한 특화품목 분야 및 관련 전후방 기업, 지역의 관련 기업 15개 업체를 대상으로 보령 머드를 활용한 산업에 속한 기업 니즈 파악 수요조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 수요가 높은 프로그램 유형에 관하여 응답기업은 전반적으로 마케팅 및 홍보지원이 중요하다고 응답한 것으로 나타났다. 마케팅 및 홍보 지원에서 차순으로 선호도가 높은 지원사업 세부 프로그램은 신규 마케팅채널 구축 및 다변화(Buyer)발굴(3.67)로 나타났고 국내외 설명회 및 전시회 참가지원(3.60)도 선호도가 비교적 높게 조사되었다. 결론적으로 지역 내 친환경 업체를 대상으로 기술역량을 향상 시켜서 생산역량을 향상시키는 정비례 방법으로 현재와 목표치의 기업발전경로를 구상할 수 있다.
Regional economic revitalization should be made in a way that can reveal the individuality of the region and its local resources, rather than in a monolithic way. It is necessary to find new industrial fields using existing cosmetics and other new types of Boryeong Mud. With support for commercialization of materials and furniture products using Boryeong Mud, the company can strengthen its competitiveness and induce new start-ups and transfer of businesses outside of the region to revitalize the local economy. The purpose of the research was to derive the status of environmentally friendly product development industries through literature research and analysis. As a result of empirical analysis, 15 businesses in the front and rear areas and related businesses in the region were surveyed to identify the needs of businesses belonging to industries using Boryeong Mud. The study found that the respondents generally said that marketing and promotional support was important for the types of programs that were in high demand. The detailed program of support projects with high preference in the following order in marketing and public relations support was found to be (new) establishment of marketing channels and diversification (Buyer) excavation (3.67), while the preference for domestic and international presentations and exhibition participation (3.60) was also found to be relatively high. In conclusion, the current and target corporate development paths can be envisioned as a best practice of improving production capacity by improving technology capabilities for eco-friendly businesses in the region.

Therefore the effort for a recurrence prevention is necessary absolutely. The Hallyu, Korean Wave which contains Korean movies, TV dramas, songs, dances and etc., contents have exported to Asia and it has been introduced to the world. However, anti-Hallyu phenomenon happened in China and Japan at 2005. Although it was not that bad, it doesn't mean it was disappeared completely. Actually the drama export, which had increased every year, decreased for the first time last year. Anti-Hallyu is one of the reasons. Anti-Hallyu is a expression for afraid and jealousy from sudden Korean wave. Also it can be explained with history, culture, social relationship between Korea and the other countries. Anti-Hallyu is able to break the achievement of Hallyu at once. Therefore the effort for a recurrence prevention is necessary absolutely.
