Machines have been used simply for arithmetic operations and documentation. However, with the development of technology, a new generation of artificial intelligence has begun. Machines are not just tools that can be calculated, but they have been commercialized in various fields, such as natural language processing technology that can understand and communicate human language, or video fields, where human dependence was high. Since 2016, the AI game, “Alphago,” has defeated Lee Se-dol with a significant difference in skill, interest in AI has increased sharply. Machines have started to replace human jobs because of their excellent performance, low cost and competitive edge. In this paper, I would like to present a plan on how to use artificial intelligence to affect human jobs and how to improve productivity effectively by cooperating with machines and humans in the future.

The development of digital technology has changed the structure of the industry over the past few years, and is rapidly changing everything in a company from business processes and business models to changes in the competitive environment, and digital transformation is rapidly progressing throughout the industry. This requires not only technological change, but also digital capabilities and digital leadership from creating customer experiences across all areas of business, to operations, and to reinventing business models. Therefore, this study analyzes the effects of digital competency characteristics and digital leadership characteristics that affect the performance of SMEs through digital transformation on corporate agility, and empirically analyzes whether dynamic competence has a moderating effect between corporate agility and corporate performance. It is meaningful in that it presented and verification.

As the climate problem becomes more serious, mitigating the heat island effect is becoming an important issue. To solve the problem, it is necessary to identify the areas where the heat island effect is more severe and present appropriate measures to those areas. In this paper, we divided Seoul into 573 grids and divided into four clusters by hierarchical clustering techniques to identify the current status of the city's heat island effect. Of these cluster, we chose the one with the most urban features. We extracted the variable importance with random forest models and developed the heat island index from 1) multiplication of the variable importance and 2) the sign of the correlation coefficient between temperature and 3) the corresponding variable. Furthermore we analyzed areas where the heat island effect is severe with the index. According to the analysis, the heat island effect was particularly severe in five grids, and we suggested ways to mitigate the heat island effect for the areas concerned.

This study aims to compare and analyze two representative generative AI platforms, OpenAI's Chat GPT-4o and Google's Gemini 1.5 Pro by examining their strengths and weaknesses in business, application, and technical aspects. By employing the BAT(Business, Application, Technical) analysis method, the study conducts an in-depth comparison on generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini. The study not only reveals the strengths and weaknesses of existing generative AI platforms but also provides valuable insights into the future development directions of generative AI models. Through this research, we can better understand and utilize generative AI technology to adapt and embrace the upcoming AI revolution.

The trend of Trans-media Storytelling is gradually strengthening and showing new features. Since the breakthrough of the Super Mario video game franchise over three decades ago, numerous dramas, films, and animations have been made and adapted for theme parks. In this study, we examine the content characteristics and conditions of spatial transformation media stories, then analyze the case of Super Nintendo World, and examine how to enhance the user experience by changing characters and expanding stories across platforms. Through this consideration, it was found that the game content could be expanded to physical space.

The objective of this study is to propose the necessity of introducing Durkheim's ideas in addition to Marx and Weber's perception on economic inequality in the digital society. Moreover, the study introduces unequal distribution of wealth as a new approach to economic inequality in the digital society. In circumstance where unequal distribution of wealth condenses and regenerates, we need to think about how should we look at unequal distribution of wealth (perception), why this phenomenon emerged (cause), and how should we response to the phenomenon (alternative proposal). That is to say, Marx and Weber's approach is still effective in analyzing causes, however, it has limited explanation for economic inequality in the digital society. Durkheim's theory provides three insights on economic inequality in the digital society. Firstly, it provides a whole new perception to look at economic inequality in the digital society. Durkheim views social phenomena caused by economic inequality in the digital society, such as deviations and crimes, by using the concept of 'social facts.' At the same time, he proposes that there's mutual relationship between individuals and the society. He also finds causes for economic inequality in division of labors and anomic suicides. He believes that alternatives for social inequality in the digital society are 'moral individualism' and 'organic solidarity,' respectively social psychologically and social structurely. Consequently, in studying unequal distribution of wealth, expanded form of economic inequality in the digital society, Durkheim's theories are also effective and applicable in addition to Marx and Weber's.

There are new jobs being born and jobs that are disappearing in our world due to changes of social conditions, the 4thindustrial revolution, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and advancements in information communication technologies. In the future, we might see robots take over the jobs that human had been performing. Recently, new jobs have appeared, based on individuals’ creative abilities or knowledge. Regarding this phenomenon, first, this study attempts to analyze the concepts, terminologies, and cases related to job creation by examining literature reviews and previous studies. Second, this article proposes insightful conclusions by summarizing the characteristics of job creation in the age of digital transformation.

It has already been four years since the first implementation of information protection gifted education, but there has never been an in-depth discussion of performance evaluation including curriculum. In order to ensure the successful establishment and development of gifted education for information protection, it is also important to develop, organize, and manage the process of gifted education for information protection as well as to evaluate its performance. In this paper, we have developed a method to evaluate the performance of gifted education institutions by analyzing previous research. In order to evaluate the performance of gifted and talented information security gifted education, we collected opinions of related experts based on the evaluation model of gifted education institute developed by the Korea Educational Development Institute and selected evaluation items suitable for the evaluation of information protection gifted education center. Delphi technique was applied to the experts, and the validity of the 75 items (43 required, 11 recommended, 21 selected) was evaluated as essential, recommended, and selected. And that all 75 items of the giftedness should be adopted as evaluation items of gifted education institutions. In addition, AHP analysis results showed weights and priorities for a total of 29 evaluation areas. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as a criterion for evaluating the performance of the gifted education institute.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of workers’ personal and organizational characteristics on resistance factors in the process of organizational change when domestic mold companies adopt new technologies. An additional purpose of the study is to seek a systematic framework for management of changes that affect individual performance. In order to empirically study these topics, a hypothesis was established by expanding the technology acceptance models (TAMs). This study analyzed 280 questionnaire responses which were collected by visiting employees of machining centers nationwide. As a result of analysis using the structural equation model, personal characteristics such as cognitive dissonance and burnout were found to have a significant effect on both psychological and behavioral resistance. In terms of organizational characteristics, both interactivity and perceived usefulness had a negative (-) effect on resistance. However, perceived ease was found to affect only behavioral resistance. In addition, psychological resistance negatively affected the intention to use. On the other hand, behavioral resistance had little effect on the intention to use. It was found that the intention to use had a positive effect on personal performance. This study identifies personal and organizational characteristics that affect resistance factors to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic mole industries when they are in the process of adopting new technology. It is meaningful that this study proposed an organizational change management plan in order to derive positive results.

This research reviews the meanings of open technology innovation, examines the current status of start-ups, and studies growth plans for open technology innovation-based start-ups. In addition, this study provides plans for successful start-up growth, establishing visions and goals based on open technology innovation, and creating harmonic trust and cooperation between organization members for domestic prep entrepreneurs who are just starting, as well as businessmen who are trying to switch to a different industry. The detailed research results for this study are as follows. First, this article identifies the meaning of convergence and studies the role of ICT as a catalyst in an innovative economy. Second, we review the concept of a start-up and the current status of domestic and foreign start-ups. Third, this study proposes a growth plan for open technology innovation-based start-ups by reviewing previous research and other cases. The growth plan for open technology innovation-based start-ups will provide an important theoretical foundation for future research on start-ups, and will also arouse insight for start-up progress in practical aspects.
